This is an excellent dance studio. I entered my email on their website to try out the free week and I was contacted within 48 hours! The emails were informative, customer focused, personal, and clear. Any questions I had, they were just an email or phone call away. All staff is kind, friendly, and passionate about dance. I am so pleased that my daughter has found a place where she feels all of her strengths are challenged and her artistic nature is openly expressed. I would recommend this studio to all of our friends and family! You have got to check them out for yourself!

My 11 year old daughter started at Desert Star Dance this summer with their "Sampler" that was a low cost way for her to go to a number of classes and figure out what she liked. She ended up signing up for Ballet and Lyrical. My daughter just started in August and I very happy with choosing Desert Star Dance. I looked at many other schools but this felt like the best choice for her and so far it has been. They offer Saturday classes which is what I was looking for. The teachers are friendly and uplifting. Every time I have a question with something they are prompt and courteous. I love how they have windows that you can watch your child through. They work with my daughter at her level. We both love coming here!

My daughter went from taking one class to five because she loves it there so much! If she could she would go everyday. They have a variety of quality classes with quality fun teachers for all ages and genders. We have been a part of this studio going on the 3rd year with no complaints.

This is a great dance studio! My daughter has been going since January 2019 and went from one class per week to two. The teachers are all very qualified, great with kids, and professional. The recitals are top notch productions. My daughter has really progressed with her dance skills in her short time attending. We absolutely love DSD and recommend it to all of our friends!

We are very happy to have found this dance studio. The teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable about dance. After performing and growing up with dance in my childhood for over 10 years it was important for us to find a dance home for our daughter. She is almost 4 and in the tot's combo class and tumbling. The facility is clean, I love that there are couches and tables to sit at and even a kitchen for students to eat and do homework while at dance. I wish I had this growing up. I would get home at between 9-10pm and then eat dinner. The location is convenient, and I look forward to watching my daughter at her first recital.

I have two daughters that have danced at Desert Star Dance for many years! Desert Star Dance is their home away from home. The instructors are passionate about what they do and inspire both of my girls to be and do the best they can. DSD has the best year end show in the valley, always entertaining and well organized. 5 stars all the way!!!

My daughter loves Desert Star Dance, the instructors are fantastic and classes are on time and affordable. I recommend them to everyone and now lots of her friends go there too. The Hip Hop classes are great! I also had to switch classes due to my work schedule and they were more than accommodating.

We tried out 2 other dance studios before deciding on Desert Star. I am so glad we we chose them and we are very happy here! It feels like a big family. This is an excellent dance studio. My older daughter has been a dancer here for over a year now and my 2nd daughter just started July 2019. They love to dance and they are always excited to see the other dancer. Great staff and great dance instructor my daughters love Miss Ann and Miss Janice they are very kind, helpful friendly and knowledgeable and very passionate about what they do. The recital dance was amazing! I recommended to my friend and her daughter loves it and has been dancing now too! I do recommend to anyone and Thank you Desert Star Dance.

We were told we could borrow tap shoes for the intro. classes through Gilbert Rec. and showed up to the 3rd class and they tried to bully us into buying tap shoes and were very rude when when we said no, so much so that we just left and filed complaints with City of Gilbert and City of Chandler.

All I can say is, you CAN go home again! We were at Desert Star for 7 years, and then left to try another studio for a couple years. Those two years away made us realize that what we had at Desert Star Dance was awesome. We came back this year and have been welcomed back with open arms, smiling faces, and amazing instruction. We truly feel as if we are at home and both my daughter and I are very happy. Much thanks to Ann and all of the staff for providing us a place to learn from great instructors, and a place where my daughter feels happy, valued and comfortable.

Having just moved to Arizona in 2015 we were on the hunt for finding the perfect dance studio for our Hip Hop dancing daughter. After having gone into a few other studios, we found ourselves in Desert Star Dance. We could not have found a better fit for our daughter here. Her teachers have always given her that extra push and challenge to allow her to grow as a dancer. The teachers are amazing and the front desk staff is friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Star Dance has definitely exceeded our expectations in a dance studio.
