I have 2 daughters who have been attending DC2 for two years now and they absolutely love it! We have had a few of the same instructors and a couple new ones and they have all been great. They learn more about dancing and get to burn energy.. Win Win

DC2 is an amazing dance company. My sister has been with them since she was a child in elementary school, she is now a freshman in high school. Staff is very friendly, professional and more importantly love what they do. My sister had advanced in dance so much! Thanks to this company she has has private lessons with Twitch from 'So You Think You Can Dance' TV show, taught hip-hop by one of the crew members of Elektrolytes who were winners of ABDC in 2011, sadly he is no longer there for obvious reasons...he is BUSY! :) I have nothing but positive things to say about the dancers there as well, they are a family!

Love DC2! This is our first year attending DC2 and my 5 year old is in a jazz/tap combo with Miss Peggy. She's extatic to go every week and comes home singing and showing me her dances.

Wonderful studio!!! Our family has been coming here for 20 years and it keeps getting better!!! We love the uplifting atmosphere and the positive staff!!! Best dance studio around!!!

I had my daughter enrolled with this establishment a few years ago. I never said anything until now because if I had gone on the internet and bad mouthed the company, I could have just been viewed as being "bitter". So I am just going to share with you the dealings I had, not with the owner----BUT with the owners daughter POSING as the owner. I had paid as per usual my dues in advance for the month. I chose to pay by check at the beginning of every month vs. using auto pay. The month of December she used only 1 week. Child was sick the rest of the available classes in December. I figured I would just not send her back at that point in January. They had some issues keeping a teacher at the particular class she was in----which was entry level (young child). There were times there was no teacher and they had to scramble to get someone in there late too. At the end of January to the beginning of February, the shakedown emails started coming in that I owed for January. I explained that I paid for December and used only 1 week and that I should receive credit against what they are "claiming" I owed for January---which she NEVER attended. Needless to say, they would not credit me for the time she did not use and they charged me for the month she did not use because I did not put it in writing that she was not attending anymore. I told somebody at the desk, but they claimed I didn't put it in writing so it didn't matter, I still had to pay. And all along, these back and forth emails are being signed by the owner. I finally just agreed to write them a check for the $55 bucks because it was turning into some kind of weird shakedown. I figured out then that I was NOT talking to the owner Maryanna Gooch all along. I was emailing with her DAUGHTER! So who knows who was really responsible for this "shakedown". And quite frankly, it wasn't worth it to contact an attorney for $55. BUT----They know it, and that's how they do it. So parents beware with this place. BEWARE.

I wouldn't really recommend this studio. I danced here and I had to leave because some of the girls were bullying me. I finally told the teachers multiple times and they did absolutely nothing about it. I also told my mom and she was so mad she was furious that this studio decided to leave the situation alone and lie to saying they would figure it out. The teachers also always yelled at me and singled me out. I told them it made me feel bad and they told me to suck it up and not everything's about me. I like their teaching methods, all though they do push you down into your splits. I definitely love some of the teachers but the others are very cruel to children. The costume for Dynamite Express Rockets this year were not age appropriate at all but I had to deal with it and I never asked questions because sometimes you I just have to deal with it and it is what it is. I would not at all recommend this studio but I would much rather Dance Element or Club Dance. Club Dance's strut club is cheaper and even better teachers, staff, and people in general. I was not happy here I was miserable I don't recommend this at all so please save your money and go to Dance Element or Club Dance.

My daughters have been dancing at DC2 for two years. We absolutely love it! We have loved every single teacher so far. Recital was AMAZING! Cannot wait to see what this years Recital brings.

This is the best studio in all of Arizona. I have all four of my kids dancing at this incredible studio and they have learned so much in a short period of time. Not only are they gaining invaluable dance skills, but they are learning how to work as a team, put in hard work, and most of all having fun. Thank you Dance Connection 2.

My girls have been dancing at DC2 for over 6 years. They have participated in rec classes, Dynamite Express and DC2 Company and I recommend the studio to anyone who asks me about dance! The training and costumes are always age appropriate and the level of technique/performance demonstrated by the dancers is top notch. The kids who dance at the competitive level put in so many hours/days each week for this sport and I always appreciate that the studio makes a huge effort to provide a schedule that still allows for the kids to have days off and family time. DC2 is a studio that is well-known and highly respected. You should absolutely check it out if you're looking for any level of dance training!

love dc2! Dance connection 2 is such a positive learning environment. Dancing here for more than 6 years, I can say that there is no where else I would rather dance! The teachers push us to be our best and I have grown so much!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! do not go there, THE TEACHERS GAVE ME NO RESPECT AND I GAVE THEM ALL OF MINE. I HATE THEM, So i decided that i was going to go to the Dance Loft right next to Dance Connection 2 and guess what. The dance loft gave me more respect than i needed! I’m in company hip hop at Dance loft right now, please if you want to be treated with respect do not go there.
