This place is the best all of the instructors are so n8ce and remember your name and any injuries you have had! Definatly worth the time and money.. you will be sore after every class! Hallie is one of the best! You will always get your but kicked in her classes

This the most amazing fitness/ballet experience I have ever had. There is a wide variety of classes to chose from. Plus each client is treated as a part of a family :) I will be coming there as long as I live in Phoenix. Thanks for your awesome job!

I've been taking beginner adult ballet classes at BFF for over two months now and I absolutely love it! All of the instructors and students are soooo nice. It's a great little community - I've made some wonderful friends! I came with absolutely ZERO ballet experience (and I'm super awkward), but it didn't matter! My ultimate goal is to be able to dance on pointe shoes one day :) P.S. - Your first class is free - I recommend taking "Stretch and Tone" on Sunday morning as your first class!

I am no dancer, in fact I couldn't dance to save my life, but that doesn't stop me from doing the best and most effective work out of my life. The instructors are kind and attentive to your needs, restrictions and posture. The ladies that come here are all so nice... It truly is like working out with your BFF's, I've made so many friends since coming here. I've been going since 2010 and love it!

Disclaimer - you do NOT need to have dance background to go here!! I love this place. I was a dancer in high school and college and some years after and I always missed not only dance but how strong my body was. BFF offers so many dance classes and fitness classes you can do something different every day. Variety is so key to fitness so you don't get bored! The instructors are so welcoming, kind and amazing. The other women in the classes are so great as well. Not intimidating at all as we are all there to get a great workout. I am so happy I FINALLY joined up... I highly recommend it.

Just took my first class here and it was amazing! It’s definitely an easy friendship environment when you walk in. I grew up dancing and danced all through high school. It’s been 7 years since so I’m definitely not in the groove or anywhere near flexible. The instructor was so nice and even helped me through positions of her “Stretch and Tone” class. You truly forget how strong you needed to be to be a dancer... whew!! I’m excited to bring my body and skill back up to par with BFF!

This is hands down the best studio ever. They have so many different classes you will never get bored. It seems like there is always something new and creative being added to the schedule. The instructors are kind, upbeat and really care about their clients. I drive 20 miles one way to get here and it is totally worth it. If you are looking for adult dance and/or fitness classes this is the only place to be. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this studio. I feel so lucky to have found it.

I love this studio! The non ballet workouts kick my butt every time and I’m seeing results so much faster than any other workout I’ve done. Their traditional ballet classes are very good as well with attentive and kind teachers. Everyone is so nice here, you’ll feel right at home!
