My children have been dancing at Allegro for 6 years. Now, at ages 12 and 9, they competively dance for the Allegro Performing Arts Team. It has been a really great experience for my girls. Not only has their technique in dance improved but their confidence on and off stage continues to grow. They spend many hours at the dance studio. It is a safe environment where the dancers learn commitment, hard work, and teamwork, while enjoying their friends and doing schoolwork during breaks from dance. And then there is the fitness for us mom's...... I've taken Barre for about 2 years and love it! It has changed my body and mind with strengthening, stretching and deep breathing exercises. I have recently began teaching Barre and love sharing something that has given me so much. But my new all time fav exercise is Buti Yoga!!!!
