Best place in town for shopping, even if it is second hand. There's always new things coming in, and everything is in great condition, priced very well. There's a reason this is listed as one of the best second hand shops in the country, I've been in similar shops in other states and Canada and have to agree no one does it this well at least in the US.

NU2U provides a great service to the community by helping us exchange our stuff that we no longer want. They provide a great option for getting rid of stuff that you want to make some money from. I've bought some of my favorite shirts there and sold a ton of stuff too. They also take season appropriate gear consignments. Fair prices for buyers and sellers! Thanks a bunch!

You would think a American business wouldnt proudly display a boot print on a american flag or a sickle and hammer across it. I thought they had better standards than this. This is upstairs proudly displayed. I cant believe a business like this would display such hatred for America. I dont think they sincerely care about the community with garbage like this displayed.

I would give this place 5 stars because I do like shopping here and most of the time I can find what I need, but it's kind of irritating that they're no longer accepting items from "low end stores". In this they include Khol's, Forever21, JC Penny's, and Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart I understand but the others? Come on. This is Laramie, Wyoming. There's not a lot of options for high end shopping around here. Plus, it's a college town. Be realistic.

I went in earlier to check the account balance on 2 different accounts. Both mine. I got up to the consignment desk the lady back there was very rude and unfriendly. Doesn't even greet me I have to start off by telling her what i’m here to do. Her immediate response was “Are any of these accounts yours” Said very rudely. I’m glad she’s keeping up and making sure it’s legit but she could approach that better in a friendlier manner. This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional visit. Not happy with the staff choice. No smile no eye contact. They offer consignment from ages 14 and up and since of this they need to treat their customers equally

It's great they have lots to choose from, BUT when the racks are so tight that you can't move or remove an item without breaking a hanger, makes shopping there very difficult! I'm not the only person who struggled with this.

I LOVE this place! I just stopped in on my way through on a big road trip, and I'm so glad I did. It's so clean and well organized, and there's an ENORMOUS selection. They have large racks of regular clothes, but also big sections of U Wyoming gear, Western wear, leather jackets, vintage selections, and even gowns and wedding dresses. Generally good prices, overall comparable to the Village Discount Outlet I frequent in Chicago. There was a lot from Maurice's and lower-end mall brands like that, but I did find so many good things that I had to leave about half of them behind. I even ended up buying one of the wedding dresses and ended up in line in front of the girl who consigned it—I had them cut out the embroidered tag with her wedding date inside so she could keep it! If I lived here, I'd be in here once a week, no lie.

Amazing place! On the buyer's end, they have endless amounts of clothes. It would take me a week to see everything they had out. Everything is a low, affordable, and agreeable price. On the consignor's end, they accept a lot more clothes than any other place in Laramie OR Cheyenne. With my grandmother passing away and being left with closets full of clothes, traveling to Laramie each week to drop off 25 items has been a HUGE help at getting rid of them and for getting some cash back.

I am disgusted by the way I was treated. The gal back at the consignment desk is unforgettably rude. When new2u was under old management i quietly enjoyed giving my business to them. But now id rather drive 45 minutes to Cheyenne to get the customer service we all deserve.
