First saw NeeSee's dresses on face book, I was skeptical as with all shopping online. I am old school and almost never buy online. I haven't seen modest fashion forward dresses anywhere in years, until now. I ordered one for my 17 year old daughter and one for myself, we absolutely love them! So much so I ordered another one for me! It's great for 17 year old picky girls as well as almost fifty just as picky moms. I feel so feminine and pretty wearing my NeeSee's dress! Wore them Sunday and both had so many compliments. Can't wait to see the fall collection hoping to see long sleeves. Customer service is great, answered my email same day! Very satisfied!! I would recommend. FYI the maxi's are long, I'm 5'3 and wear 5 inch hills and still needed a hem.

Update - they have contacted me asking me to change my review. They told me if I change my review they'd refund my money. Sorry but that seems like a type of blackmail and totally dishonest. This is the greatest site to buy clothing! Everything is so beautiful, the quality is excellent, and the customer service is top notch. I also really appreciate how modest the items are, which is nearly impossible to find anywhere else with clothing these days.They even regularly offer coupons on top of their already reasonable prices. This was my second time ordering from the website and I absolutely love all 3 of my dresses!! I didn’t think this needed to be said but check the measurements before ordering! Some dresses are very long, which is perfect for me as I’m 5’8”. I have a hard time finding modest dresses that are the right length. However, some ladies may have to get the dress hemmed. I did have to return one dress that was too small but customer service was fabulous! Will definitely order again!

I'm a petite person that struggles finding styles that flatter me, and I'll be honest, I've had to return some dresses to NeeSees before. But every single time I've had to return a dress, the experience has been SO easy. One time I was so dumb and didn't realize a dress had a zipper on it and I didn't wear it for a while (I was saving it for a special occasion). By the time I did try to wear it, I saw that the zipper was broken. I contacted NeeSee's and they immediately let me return it, even though I wouldn't have blamed them one bit if they said no. Seriously good customer service. They respond to my emails within half an hour every time (unless it's the weekend or after hours). Since I have dealt with them multiple times, I know that their word is good. Plus the dresses are super cute and well made. I will definitely keep buying dresses from them.

I had a horrible experience with them. Their return policy stinks, you only get store credit and have to pay for the return, even if the item doesn’t fit according to their online sizes. Their website shows items that are not available until you click on them and try to order. The colors in the photo do not match the actual color at all. Lots of different stores have these same items at with more convenient policies. I am never ordering with them again.

I placed an order during their Black Friday sale. I received the FedEx tracking number right away. However, days passed and the tracking didn't change from "shipping information sent to FedEx." I finally emailed their customer service and learned that somehow someone else's shipping label had been attached to my package. I was told that the person who had received my stuff would be shipping it to me. I felt weird about them giving my shipping address to some random person, but appreciated the fact that they owned up to their mistake. As more weeks passed I stayed in touch with the customer service representative who kept reassuring me I should be receiving my order any day. Well, my package was never received. I finally insisted on a refund a month later which was done very quickly with their apologies (hence the 2 star rating) but that doesn't change the fact that I missed out on the good deal I thought I was getting on Black Friday. It would have been nice to have my items replaced or given comparable items at the same price. I understand mistakes happen, but I'm still very disappointed with the way this was handled. This is the first and last time I will ever order from this company.

I love Neesee's Dresses, so much. Good quality, modest, great taste, and I love that the tags say "Jesus, the Savior" on them. I also really appreciate that the dresses are floor- and knee-length for us gals 5' 9" and taller. Most of the time, we're just out of luck. You can always hem them if they're too long, but you can't add material if they're too short, so thank you! Sizes are true. It would be nice to see models of different shapes and sizes.

I ordered 3 dresses and they came and were not like the pictures shown. I went to return them and did not read that I only get STORE CREDIT. I think this company knows that if they only do Store credit they can stay in business because only GOOD RELIABLE companies do refunds. If you can't stand behind your product Nee See then start refunding. So frustrating. I will never shop here again after my store credit is used - what a joke! If I could I would give them NO stars horrible policy! At least you can make your pictures look like the real item I am ordering....I will be letting all my friends know about your company.

I had a horrible experience with Nee Sees Dresses. I ordered some dresses on their website, and then about 15 minutes later realized that I needed a different color and wanted to change my order. I emailed them about 15 minutes after my order was submitted and never heard back from them even after having my dresses delivered for a few days. I found their warehouse number to ask how I could return these dresses and buy others off of their website and I was treated so rudely over the phone. They hung up on me twice without even trying to help me. I am very disappointed in their customer service and do not recommend this website to anyone.

NeeSee's Dresses is by far my favorite dress shop!! I bought a dress for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid a few months before the wedding and after the allotted time frame for a return, the bride changed her mind on dresses. As pretty as the dress was, I felt like it wasn't something I would wear normally- so I took a chance and sent customer service an email explaining the situation, and they were able to assist me in returning that item. How awesome is that?! Seriously. They periodically have holiday sales and promotions that are so fun! Go ahead- shop. You won't regret it.

I ordered some skirts for my wife on Black Friday. They got shipped fast. They gave me a tracking number. Then the tracking number says that it was delivered into the mailbox. I went to the mailbox to get them and there is nothing. I waited 2 more days just to make sure and still nothing. I called Neesee Dresses and they say that it is not their responsibility. I understand that there is USPS to deal with. But to just say that it is not their responsibility an good luck with USPS??? I own a furniture store and my customers would never stand for that. They finally got here a week later. I will change my review to 3 stars. Still bad customer service.

Unfortunately, I wish I could give this review a 5 star rating. I recently ordered a dress from their website. I loved it the instant i saw it in my hands. But as soon as I tried the dress on, It looked a bit big for me. I looked on the website on the return policy, and it says no exchange with clearance items. I am not quite sure what that means. No size exchange? Or no exchange for another dress? I ordered a size L and I am 5'5". I think that it would have been better if i ordered a size M. I am not sure if I have to pay to return something. And if I do return it, I need my right size in 7 days.

BUYER BEWARE! NO REFUNDS! .When you return something they will only offer a store credit! I ordered some dresses for a wedding. The dress color was listed as pale pink but when they arrived they were more of a pale orange and will not work for the bride's colors. Unfortunately, before ordering I didn't read far enough down on their return policy that they only offer exchanges. It should be stated at the top of their return policy page and in big letters! This policy makes it difficult for someone trying to get a specific color. Of all the websites I've researched for dresses, Neesee's is the only one that will not do refunds. I would order elsewhere if you're unsure at all about the color or fit unless you don't mind that they keep your money. They have reached out to see what they can do to help. I have responded but they never follow through. Seriously not consumer friendly in any way. They keep responding with the same answer that like it or not THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY NO MATTER THE ISSUE. THEY ARE UNREASONABLE. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM.

The 2 stars are because their dresses are cute, but the customer service is pretty terrible, so no stars for that. They dont provide their phone number and business hours on their web site, yet expect you to call them for changes because they dont check their emails in a timely manner. I've had tons of issues with their lack of communication almost every time I order. The problem is that its difficult to find modest dresses with good quality. They really need to work on extra and prompt customer service, especially when they are having special sales.

I've placed two orders. Both have shipped out in less than 24 hours (the latest one in less than 12 hours) after I placed the order. Dresses are very comfy and extremely soft. They don't have sizes marked on them which would be helpful since I had ordered 10 dresses to share between myself and two daughters and it made it tricky trying to figure out which dresses were for whom since the sizes weren't marked on the individual dresses and it's hard to tell by just looking at them. Their Customer Service is stellar! When emailing with a question or concern, they answer you very quickly (thanks Logan!).

I wanted to order 6 bridesmaid dresses from them (that would have been great business for them) BUT TO THIS DAY they still haven’t answered my emails or my DM on Instagram. I just had a couple simple questions and they couldn’t even respond. NEVER responded. Ridiculous. So...I bought my dresses somewhere else that actually had customer service! I hope this hasn’t or doesn’t happen to anyone else!!

While I think that Neesees has some wonderful dresses their Customer Service is TERRIBLE. I purchased a dress from them in March for a Wedding in April. I wore the dress one time and had not worn it again until 2 weeks ago. When I put it on I immediately noticed that there was pilling EVERYWHERE. When I contacted them and sent them pictures, all they could say was sorry it was passed the return deadline and here's a gift card for not even half the value of the dress so I could buy another one... why would I want to buy another dress from them when my last one was terrible and I paid $60 for a dress that I got to wear ONE TIME. No thanks. Hard pass.

Just received my dresses and I LOVE them. True to size (I'm 5'4, size 10/12), flattering drape on my mama-bod pear shape, and shipping was fast. I ordered one of these dresses and absolutely love it. Material is not thin, super soft, and even has pockets! Great price. Along with my dress came a coupon for buy another dress get one free. I had another dress all picked out, but the coupon would not work. This really disappointed me as I was so excited to get some more of their dresses. I emailed customer service and immediately, the same day, I received a reply that they would apply the code for me if I gave them my order number. Now I've got two dresses on the way, one completely free, and I'm so excited. I highly recommend this for inexpensive, high quality, modest dresses, fantastic customer service, and quick shipping! I ordered 7 dresses and only received 6. They don't have a customer service phone number, only an email so I emailed them regarding my problem. They finally got back to me and told me that the dress that is missing from my order is sold out and no longer available and they will issue a refund. I emailed them back asking if I could get another dress instead with the same sale prices as when I purchased that order. After multiple days of no reply or refund I emailed them AGAIN and demanded a refund and an email confirmation of the refund. They then finally issued a refund. Customer Service isn't good. I like the dresses I did receive but still very disappointed they didn't get the dress I was most excited about and the way they handled the whole situation. If it was sold out, they shouldn't have charged me in the first place OR they should've reached out to me letting me know it was sold out .

I had use a coupon on my order for a free dress and sure got my free dress! :D I normally wear small and i ordered medium , which was just a tad big but love the fabric and the length! It’s hard to find modest dresses and they sure have the cutest styles/colors!! I’m 5’3 weight 125 and the length was just below my knees and adding a cute belt sure does the trick ! What you see is not what you get. I ordered a dress for a wedding. When I opened the package I was extremely disappointed to see that the dress looked nothing like the pictures online. The color was very off and the overall quality of the dress was poor. I am very disappointed. I never want to buy another dress from them again. However the return policy says you can only get store credit. They don’t do refunds. I wish I had never bought the dress in the first place.

I have liked most of the things I got from here, but some of the colors are off from what they show online. I got something that looked like a blush pink, but it was a white-pink when it came. I also received an item that was damaged, and the size and color were already sold out by the time I received the product. I did receive partial store credit for the item, but communication is really slow. They NEED a phone number or an online chat feature because they aren't very fast at getting back on email (if they get back at all - I've had two completely unanswered emails from them, even after I followed up on them). The sizing is also a little tricky to figure out on the dresses that aren't quite as stretchy, but the stretchy ones are great because you can size up or down easily. Overall, I like the products but the service has left a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth.

I have been in love with NeeSee's Dresses ever since I first learned about them 3 yrs ago! I ordered a few dresses lately and when I got them I was excited but I didn't know one of them had a problem until I tried them on in front of my daughters and they noticed that the back of one of the dresses was shorter than the front. I called the company and explained the problem. They asked me to take a picture of the problem and send them an email. I did and within 15 minutes they confirmed that a new dress was being sent to me! I have NEVER had such a quick response from ANY company! And on top of it all the phone call netted talking to a real person with such a pleasant personality and real solutions!!! This whole process took less than 15 minutes and I came away from it with the most happy and satisfied feeling! So, Thank You NeeSee's for taking such good care of your customers :)

Wonderful modest dresses! I have bought several dresses from Neesee's and have been pleased with most of them. I have found that I only like the polyester blend dresses. They are so soft and comfortable. The Rayon blend dresses are thinner material and don't feel like they will hold up as well. The Maxi dresses are very long, so I have to hem them a few inches since I'm only 5'5". My only complaint is their return policy...you only receive store credit. It says on their website that they can't process refunds. I wish they would fix this and have a better return policy.

They have great sales, cute dresses that are really good quality. The reason I only gave two stars is because of my recent experience with them. Multiple times as I tried to submit my order error notices popped up saying I needed to enter information I had already entered. When I we finally able to submit my order it went through to an error when telling me to go back to the previous page. I tried again and it finally let me successfully submit my order. A few minutes later I was emailed two different peer receipts even though on my end only one order went through successfully. Then I received only one order confirmation with my original order (not doubled) meaning due to an error in their system the charged me twice for one order, but were only going to actually send out one of the orders. After a few emails (the email address on the order receipts is incorrect) I was able to get the issue sorted out. Then, as I'm waiting for my dresses three days later I get an email saying that they just put my order in the mail. Not the day it was received or the day after, but three days later. So apparently after you place an order you not only have to wait for shipping and handling (supposed to be 3-4 days), but you also have to wait a few days when, at their leisure, they finally put your order out to be shipped.

These are exclusive, full priced styles we had in our store front. (When?? Back in the 80’s??) Just enter one of the following codes and we will include a free dress to your order for you. So I sent in a $150. Order. Then they came out advertising for another big sale and in that advertisement they also had the same $85 purchase and you get a free dress add. But the wording in this new ad funny to say was completely different! They were much more specific in this ad that they would choose the dress for you. I guess I helped them become more aware of their misrepresentation!! Frustrating
