I had a great experience trying on dresses this summer! Not only did they have a beautiful selection of dresses, but the customer service from Kaylene was wonderful! Theyalsonstayed open late for my dress appointment because I couldn't make it in during store hours. I am so pleased with their service and would highly recommend directing your business their way!

I have gone in to this shop for two separate occasions: one was to shop for a gown for an opera performance, and the other was to rent a tux for my boyfriend for the Butterfly Ball. While a gown was purchased elsewhere (due to sizes available in the short amount of time before the event), I am very, very impressed with the care each stylist gives to their customers and look forward to coming in again in the future. This store is my favorite bridal store. They had so many dresses to choose from. Doesn't matter if you want a ball gown or a simple lace gown or what size you are they have a dress for you. I walked in just to look for a dress and walked out with a dress of my dreams from Essence of Australia designer. The ladies that work her are very helpful and so much fun to work with. So if you are planning a wedding go check out this store you will not regret it. Tell Kaylene, Paula sent you!!

I drove 5 hours to meet my best friend and maid of honor in Casper, WY. She suggested we go to Laneige to pick out my wedding dress. We met with Kim and she helped me narrow down styles when I had no idea what I initially wanted. She was kind, patient, and helpful, as well as her assistant Megan. I went into this appointment not expecting to find “the one”. Low and behold Kim was able to find my wedding dress! I bought it that day! My experience was so wonderful I’m helping another friend get her dress in the Idaho Falls location. I’m sure the staff there is just as great! Thank you so much for all your help Kim. 10/10 experience!

This place is SO expensive compared to other places in town for the same exact dresses. Way overpriced, and not a very welcoming shopping environment. I️ will not ever consider purchasing my wedding dress here.

I lived out of town and came to Casper to look at a few bridal shops. As soon as I walked into Laneige Bridal, there was absolutely no comparison to the beautiful quality of all of the dresses. I was greeted at the door by Kayleene, who had amazing customer service! She listened to what I had in mind, what my style was, and my wedding colors/theme. She did such a great job that I fell in love with the first dress I tried on! If you are looking for the best customer service in town and the most beautiful dresses, this is the place to go. I absolutely loved my experience at Laneige Bridal!

I wish I could put no stars! I bought a dress for a cruise I was going to go on in January. Due to some personal reasons, I no longer needed the dress. I went in to return the dress and was told that I could use my $178.00 for in-store credit. I would never use in-store credit. I just wanted the money returned to my credit card. After speaking to two different women who insisted that "that was their policy", they decided it was time to speak to me like I was not on their level. I was told that on the purchase agreement it clearly stated that returns would be given store credit. Yes, the purchase agreement does say that. However, I was never asked to fill one out or sign one. The return policy is not on the website, receipt or posted anywhere in the store. I was told that "Albertson's doesn't require everyone to fill out a purchase form.... We are as busy as they are." WHAT are you crazy???? The women in the store gave me a phone number for the owner. Turns out the number was for another store. Not the owners number. The lady on the phone, at the other store, gave me the owner's cell phone number. I was told by the women in the Casper store that the owner could not be reached because she was skiing in Montana. Well, I called her anyway. Amazingly enough , she answered the phone. Deb, the owner, was extremely professional and nice. She asked if the dress had been worn. I told her it never even left the bag that it was put in when I bought it. She then asked to speak to the rude women in the store. Interestingly, they were then able to give me a full refund! They were so unprofessional and rude. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

I was attending a bridal event for another bridal store in town and when I left there was a flyer on my car from this bridal store. It was unprofessional and desperate. If you want to advertise for your business, please find a more suitable way to do it.

Went in to look at dressed today. The only interaction between me and the lady there was a hi, as she sat there on her phone. I will not be going back there. Found a beautiful dress that I was willing to pay 2500$ for but after not being helped I walked out.

Hart's by Laneige has some of the most beautiful bridal gowns I have ever seen! They've moved to a beautiful new store at the Atrium. Stormie was so wonderful today! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dress for their wedding. And the tuxes and bridesmaids dresses are great too.

Laneige is the best place in Casper to shop for a wedding dress. I stopped here first on a Saturday and went to two other places afterwards. Nothing compared to the customer service here.
