We all went in and tried on lots of bridesmaids dresses, looking for the perfect ones. After making them write down the style numbers, they still ordered the wrong dresses for us. There was nothing they could do to fix it in the time frame, and they did nothing to make it right. They still even charged us full price for the dresses.

The new staff is so friendly and helpful! I am so happy with my experience with Chris and her staff! She has a huge selection of wedding dresses and prom dresses! If you are wanting to feel special and fancy this is the place to go!

Wish we had read the reviews before booking an appt. The young girl that was "helping" try on wedding dresses thought it appropriate to make an extremely rude comment about the bride to be body size. We will spread the word on avoiding this business, so others won't be humiliated while planning their special day.

Super disappointed in how this establishment treats employees. And how the "new" managers and the owner treat brides. A wedding dress is not just a transaction for brides, it is such a special day and this business ruins it by just pushing sales! Please save yourself the time and invest in a place where they care!

I was shopping around quite a bit to find the dress to make my wedding day perfect. As soon as I walked into Christina's I was greeted by a friendly staff. They were so helpful in finding my size and encouraged me to try some dresses I wouldn't think of trying on.. Boy am I happy I listened! I found my dream dress! The pricing was beyond reasonable and I left a very happy Bride! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!!

Cost 10.00$ to get measured for a dress? My sisters wedding is in September, and I needed to get measured for my bridesmaid dress(before we buy it). Cost 10$ to get measured. I am disappointed with that. If I knew it would cost ANYTHING I would go see my Boyfriends mother for FREE! The lad grabbed a sticky note, a pen, and measured me and wrote down the numbers. Why the hell dows it cost money for that? The dressss are pretty at least. Sorry. But not going back there.

Let me begin by stating that I am not the bride (the bride appears to be pleased), I am a bridesmaid. As an unmarried woman, I can guarantee that I will never use Christina's for myself nor will I recommend Christina's for anyone I care about. Every experience in Christina's has been poor. The bride, bride's mom, and myself waited in Christina's for a good half hour while one of the staff attempted to figure math (she made sure we knew she struggled with it and did like it, she appeared to dislike her job and did project that onto us). Once the math was done, she decided to inform the bride that the colors of her maid of honor's dress and her bridesmaids' dresses are not the same color. We chose new dresses for the bridesmaids (these dresses cost less money than the previous ones). Good thing we had not yet paid for everything because they refuse to refund. I did, however, pay for half of my bridesmaid dress prior to all of this (as the mother of the bride was gracious enough to pay for the other half). They refused to refund my money or a portion of it so that I was paying for half (at the request of the bride's mother). The dresses took a very long time to come in (even the bride commented on how rushed everything was at the last minute and that she didn't appreciate that). Once the dresses were in, the mother of the bride paid to have mine altered. I am truly amazed that Christina's allows their alterations to be done by someone who is incompetent. This dress is ruined, the shear material that was to be altered is a good 2 to 3 inches shorter on one side than it is the other. I told/showed the girls who were working. Their response, "there is nothing we can do for you". Then she says, we can give you the the number for our other alterations gal. I told her that the problem is that we already paid for the alterations through you and now they are very wrong. The shear material that makes up the outer layer is now shorter than the under layer and if you alter the under layer then your dress is much shorter than what it should be. I asked them if they can order a new dress by Friday and they can't. I have been told that the bride's mother will be reimbursed the money for the alterations that ruined the dress. In addition to this, I spoke with some women who I work with, they have all stated that they have also had horrible experiences with Christina's and they definitely do not recommend Christina's. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a business.

Christina and her staff are amazing! Thank you so much for my dream wedding dress and making all the men in my wedding look so handsome! Christina was so helpful and professional and spent hours making my dress look and fit perfectly! I was able to get all of my accessories here including a wardrobe full of adorable dresses and rompers for my honeymoon! Its amazing to have such a wonderful local place to shop in Casper, I had absolutely no need to shop online or go to Colorado. I cant thank you all enough!

Went in with my sister to get a dress for her special day on Saturday. Worked with a young blonde lady, she said she'd finish my sister's paperwork after we left. My sister went back in on Monday to purchase a dress which she picked out two days before and they had none of her paperwork. They filled the paperwork out again (on monday) and my sister went back in the next day (Tuesday) to purchase it. The ladies working were not too helpful, told my sister they could not order the dress, and refused to even give my sister the information on the dress. My sister ended up going to Laneige and purchased a dress, they were super helpful and even stayed later after closing time to help her get the dress of her dreams.

Christina's is an excellent choice for all your wedding needs. The owner and staff truly care about their customers and have a wonderful selection of wedding gowns at various price points. I found my wedding dress here as well as invitations, bridesmaids dresses, tuxedos, etc. They took great care of everyone in my bridal party. There is no need to drive out of state to get the variety and selection when you can keep your money local. There is a reason Chris has been in business 30 plus years!

Horrible, just absolutely god awful. NEVER and I mean NEVER EVER will I recommend this place to anybody, even if I hear the name out of the street I will go out of my way to make sure they do not shop here. Customer service is horrible and very rude calling me a liar and everything that was wrong was 100% my fault, yeah no. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

My mother ordered a dress from Christinas. When they got it in it was the wrong one. Wrong style, wrong size. No refunds or any way to fix it. Chris was horribly rude about it as well! My mom decided to buy a different outfit at Macys. Shop employees also made rude comments about my bridesmaids' chest sizes. Unprofessional.

Are you kidding!!?? They charged $25.00 just to take measurements. A tape measurement for a fitting of a dress ( which i would never buy from them). Beware of that rip off.

Terrible customer service, unorganized staff, they are not helpful at all. This is by far the worst dress shopping experience I’ve had. I have now went into the store 3 times in an attempt to purchase a wedding dress and have gotten no where, the staff told me to “come in tomorrow” each time. The second time I went in they had lost my paperwork and had no recollection of me being in the store 2 days prior. I went in today as the associate the day before told me she would call on the dress I was wanting to purchase this morning to make sure it could be shipped in time for my wedding and nothing had been done. Instead I get excuses that only the manager can do that and we are trying to close (so was Laneige Bridal and Tuxedo today at 6pm but guess what they still sold me a dress and got it ordered...TODAY- I highly recommend them!) there was not a manager in site on any of the 3 days I was in. In my opinion,The employees there are not well trained for this kind of work. It is already stressful enough planning a wedding and then these employees can’t even sell you a dress!!? I will never purchase from this store nor recommend it. My business was taken elsewhere.

The high school girls working there do not have enough knowledge about brides and their big day. I chose a couple dresses to try on and waited for someone to help me button/lace/zip them up and nothing. Looks like I have to go out of my dressing room, half dressed with other people shopping and have them watch as I get done up. I had to have my sister come in the room and help me get into the dresses while the other girls SAT outside. I told them my budget and they were constantly bringing dresses that were obviously outside my budget. Thankfully Laneige Bridal downtown found me the perfect dress and did everything, they truly made me feel special in the gowns I tried on. Don’t go to Christina’s unless you like working with teenagers who only look at their phones and want a paycheck.

The absolute WORST customer service that I have EVER dealt with. They will order the wrong thing, wrong size, wrong color and make changes to your order without your consent. They will cancel your order and then lie about how it was discussed and KEEP your money... AND whatever you ordered to sell it. They will call you names and treat you like dirt. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Horrible owners who you do not EVER need to deal with. Especially around your special day, be it your wedding or prom. I repeat, DO NOT use them. They will mess up and they will blame you and they will keep your money. BAD business. I would rate a zero or negative if I could.
