GORGEOUS, top of the line store as always, however this particular location takes it up a few notches! Pristine, multi-level store with a smiley, seemingly friendly myriad of staff members. Also, the staff (the extremely well dressed staff, if I may add!!)...I deflect... The staff members at this Nordstrom's are classy enough to allow you your personal space to shop, but still be close enough for you to easily find them and then attain their assistance, if needed.

You walk into a Nordstrom, you know what you're getting. It's expensive, sure. They don't really have coupons or anything like that. They do like, 2 sales a year. However, they have fashionable, decent clothes. I would go here for a nice suit or a dependable "going out" outfit. This place is awesome in small doses

Found the coolest Black leather jacket, the leather is so smooth like calves skin. Just drapes on your body perfectly. I know what you're thinking , Nordstrom's pricey. But you know what it wasn't . I tell you what the 1st few days I had it home I kept putting it on to make sure I really loved the jacket, man did I. In all my years riding H.D's motorcycles this is by far the Classiest, Beautifully cut jacket ever. I've had the expensive Hein Garrett's that cost over $300. Well this jacket cost less than half that. So I found 1 of my new favorite stores & I also found a few more pieces for my wardrobe. Nicccce

I like the nice contemporary open concept, but it's too empty. It's a waste of space in my opinion because there were not a lot of merchandise options relative to the space. Products are of high quality but a little expensive.

They have beautiful clothes and I'm from NYC I love clothes but these shirts are $200 over priced. Do they come with a make out session with a fashion model???? Then maybe it'll be worth it. I can get better shirts online at Paul Fredrick, or 1000 other places. I really want to buy something there but not for that price. Besides it's Milwaukee you're lucky if their customers are even washed.

I want to like this location, but the product mix here is so bad. Everything is like pre-teen and mom of the bride kind of look. There is NOTHING in stock for professional women's work wear. I've checked several times over the last several years and nearly every time I come out empty handed because honestly, there's like nothing to buy. The only thing I've been able to find in all the years its been open is a pair of shoes as a gift for my boyfriend. They're going to struggle at this location if they don't step up their game.

Great store, I drive 2 hours from Appleton to shop here all the time. The customer service is impeccable, particularly Charlie in the mens department downstairs. They are always super friendly and always willing to meet your needs. It's a night and day shopping experience here compared to other department stores. Obviously as a high end department store youll need to drop some coin but not everything they sell is super expensive compared to a Saks or Neimans and you can find some good deals at the clearance rack as well. Overall, this store is my go-to. It's so worth coming here in person instead of going online. Old fashioned service with very modern products and store

I'm so excited to have a Nordstrom's near us finally as there isn't good shopping otherwise. Nordstrom's has always provided excellent customer service. Jon Peacock in the women's shoe department is my go to person when I'm shopping for shoes. He's helpful, honest, and easy to talk to. He isn't pushy like the other sales people, which is a huge plus! There are two things that could improve though: 1. Increase the amount of inventory in the women's clothing and shoes department. There needs to be a wider variety as there is plenty of space to work with. 2. Many of the employee's are not dressed appropriately for a higher end department store. Someone should be enforcing the dress code.

The most horrible staff experience I've ever had and the worst Nordstrom I've ever been to (and I gave it multiple chances as I was so thankful to finally have them in Milwaukee.) Long story short: tried to return a jacket purchased a few years ago and worn once with all tags included. The service bar clerk told me it had a "stain" which I could not see and would not return it. I went upstairs to attempt to return it with another clerk as I did not agree with his assessment. He proceeded to stalk me throughout the entire store and asked if there were "a problem" while a clerk upstairs was willfully returning the unwanted item. She cancelled the return as he was near yelling at this point. I proceeded downstairs to the shoe department and he again stalked me there, telling the staff to not return the jacket (trust me I was not trying to return it at this point and was buying a pair of boots). I then proceeded to go to the men's cologne department to order cologne that was not stocked in house. He walked by and again made eye contact- still stalking me (all this while away from his service bar position and not tending to the 1000's of dollars worth of items behind the desk waiting for pick up). He called the men's cologne desk when I was checking out to again make sure that this clerk would not return the item. Don't worry service bar clerk guy- I will not be back to this location.

Earlier in the year a sales clerk gave me advice to wait on spending my Nordstrom notes until their anniversary sale today July 12th, but with his advice my notes since expired and I was told I couldn’t get them back. That’s a loss of Apx $150 due to what I believe is poor staff training on giving shopping advice and I don’t appreciate that Nordstrom management did nothing about it. Poor way to treat a customer!

Came to Nordstrom's (1st time visit) for a bra fitting. The clerk (Genelle) was extremely nice, kind, listened to my concerns, knowledgeable and helpful. I am a very large size and hard to fit, but she found the perfect fit for me very quickly. I purchased 2 bras and plan to purchase more asap. I highly recommend Nordstrom's Mayfair for bra fittings, though they are pricey, it's worth it to go somewhere that treats customers decently and makes them feel comfortable. If they don't have what you want in stock they may be able to order the item(s) via their site and have it shipped to your home at no extra charge.

I love the variety of the different styles that Nordstrom carries for the whole family and how friendly the sales associates are; they are very knowledgeable about what can add to your wardrobe collection. Different styles for different people and the staff at Nordstrom's have a good eye when it comes to listening to what styles and accessories go together for different customers.

We don’t want Nordstrom to go under like Boston Store. Please consider much needed changes. This is what I recommend: 1) You need a lot more inventory. 2) almost all businesses dress casually w/ jeans. Have tops/sweaters/blazers other items that compliment so we look professional, but hip. 3) everyone has to attend weddings. Have a separate area for mother of the bride dresses and guest dresses. Get rid of the cheap stuff on your racks. Have area for Rent the Runway. 4) have a separate area with items to organize wedding and baby showers to make it super easy to put together a beautiful party...no one has time and we need an easy way to do it. 5) promote personal shopper service. 6) Advertise in the Sunday paper with your sales. Do you EVER have sales?? If yes, we never hear about it!! 7). Give NORD dollars like Kohl’s does...when I get free$10 Kohl’s dollars via email there is no way I’m NOT shopping there. Wise up and good luck!!

Love Nordstrom's, but this location is lacking alot of high end brand name clothing. Was also one of the few places I buy perfume from because they allow you to get a sample to try first, but the ladies in this department seemed snooty and frowned upon me attempting to make a sample with their out for the public sample containers!

She was very knowledgeable and down to earth. She had worked at Sephora previously and could direct me to all of the products I wanted. She helped me find all of the products I was looking for.

I'm not a normal Nordstrom shopper (it's a bit pricey for my everyday taste), however this store makes my occasional visits so pleasurable. The staff here is always super helpful and accommodating. One gentleman helped me choose a tie for my husband by putting together an entire outfit so I could visualize how it would look. So kind. I also appreciate how this store always offers boxes and takes care to wrap everything so gifts feel special.

I've shopped over a dozen Nordstrom in a dozen states - this one lacks the level of service of the others - actually, not even close. Not entirely bad (compared to any other dept store), but terribly inconsistent. Is it a lack of training among staff? Is it less well managed? Beautiful store. Nice shopability. Glad we finally have a Nordie's in WI.

If you want the best designer clothes and fashion accessories. This is the place to go. Tailor made suits. Items from around the world. Bring your wallet with you because it isn't cheap!! But you get what you pay for. They don't have everything. But they still have a pretty big selection!!

I am giving this location a middle-of-the road rating. Most of the staff is very friendly and attentive like the Nordstrom I am familiar with. However, the plus size selection is not great. It is almost non-existent. Either have the department and do it right or don’t have it. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I love the shrimp and arugula salad. That creamy garlic dressing is delicious. The chefs are great. The service staff seems a bit slow. I have been there when it is really busy and when there are only a few tables. Each time, it took roughly 10 minutes to get acknowledged and get a drink. Maybe they are understaffed?

Stopped by to check out some new shoes, asked for demo socks and tried a pair from the shelf while salesman finished with another customer. Then he just ignored me, and walked around doing nothing. I looked at him for a full minute no response not wanting to have to yell across the store I just left and bought shoes at The Walking Store, where staff where helpful.

Shelves were near empty in the ladies handbag section. Had to go to Macy's to make the purchase today. Nordstrom's claims to have almost every brand name purse online but only had a couple of brands in the store and almost no selection of the few brands they actually stocked. Macys saved Valentine's day gift giving for me.

Won't buy here again. Have the receipt, don't have the debit card. Won't accept the return. I'll be coming back and returning more of what I bought now instead of just 2 items. At other stores, they offer cash back without the card, or they at least make exceptions with a receipt.

I usually love nordstorms, but the suit department here really upset me. I was looking for a suit for a wedding but I have trouble because my arms and chest are so big. I explained to the salesman that half the battle was finding a good fitting dress shirt. I could tell he didnt listen when I told him in thorough detail how I had visited several places that day, and exactly what the challenge would be to get me fitted. I specifically expressed my disdain for the "slim fit" suits and dress shirts. What does he send me in to the dressing room to try on? A size MEDIUM slim fit dress shirt. I am 240lbs. Stacked. I put it on just to show my fiance so we could get a laugh before leaving. I did come back an hour later to see if I could get a different salesman. Nope. They insisted I use the same guy. I will admit, he got a lot closer on his second try but didnt come up with a winner that time either. I'm not subtracting stars for not having an OTR suit that fit as I know I am a hard fit. Just the poor service.

Very Limited selection in shoes: what does that say about Nordstrom, with their supposed reputation for an excellent selection of shoes? Why bother going to the physical store? Who are they trying to appeal to? Doesn't get better, though I drop in periodically just to check. Rest of the store is merely adequate. But frankly, much of the rest of that mall is overstocked with mediocre selections, so what's the difference? Overstocked Macy's or understocked Nordstrom.
