The work itself it cool. The supervisors are terrible, constantly yelling even when we are actively working. It's very frustrating and everyone is walking on eggshells unless they're favorited by the superiors. They treat us like slaves and try to smooth it over with pizza and Giftcard drawings. It's like high school honestly.

Received a package.. Never ordered it.. Called 10 times got hungup on the first 3 times just trying to give an order number... Now i cant get anyone on the phone, i didnt even orser anything from these people but i can tell this company is a real POS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IM SURE!!

Got assigned here thru a temp the actual work is light and fun but thats about it was scheduled sunday thru mondy originally 245-11:15pm Showed on time sunday only to be told i was late and that we were posed to show up at 10 they fixed the schedule and my new shift was 245 to 11:15mon-friday and 10-6pm on sunday and off Thursday and Saturday didnt show on Thursday as i was off and received a message the following morning sayin i was terminated i asked how they apologized and said show up i caught a stomach bugg and was throwing up uncontrollably i asked to go home as i couldn't work and was terminated the next day

I had a GREAT experience during the 2017 Halloween season at Buy Seasons in New Berlin. I made great cash on overtime, I had fun with my co workers while working there and thought the management team was exceptional. I won $50 and $100 gift cards. They always bought us lunch and snacks to thank us for our hard work. I was always treated with respect by them. I really enjoyed going to work there. I left wishing the job wasn't seasonal and temporary because I would have loved to continue to work there.

Ordered an Elven Lord cloak, but they sent me a Santa clause suit. I am unable to reach them and they are charging me $8 to return it. Many of the high star rankings here are with no comments. This company is not good. I will send a letter to the better business bureau to investigate.

It turned into a 3 hr application process with 30 other people. I was treated like cattle for a Picker job making 8.00 Hr for Buy Seasons Inc in New Berlin, WI. The Staff member for Hatch gave a brief intro speech and said some things about the work environment including that they have zero tolerance for Bullying and that reporting Bullying was encouraged and any reported bullying would be acted upon… But while I was waiting for my turn to be interviewed, a Group of 5 people bullied there way into the 1 on 1 interview by jumping the line, shaving 1 hr from their wait. All while neither of the 2 Staffers did anything but take their Applications, Smile & Offer them Jobs. I pointed out this behavior to the Hatch staff member who eventually interviewed me…and guess who did not get the job? Me. So clearly they have a lot of bullying occurring, which causes them to specifically address it before you are even hired…and just as clearly, they will do nothing. The truth is, the 5 bullies did scare me, especially the large woman with the gold grills for teeth, so it’s probably the case that not getting the job spared me from being beaten up for my lunch money…or whatever it is that is going on at Buy Seasons that makes them address bulling in the first place!

The ABSOLUTE WORST company to deal with they lied to me and claimed my package was ' LOST IN TRANSIT" the carrier claims the item never left the warehouse. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY - THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY

Buyseasons is a terrible company ran by even worse people. Just read the questions and comments. Also, you can find proof of their lackluster ability to not care about anyone but themselves. They hurt the very company that they work for by caring about only what they want or want to do. You mean nothing to Buyseason. I am so sorry for everyone that has spent their hard earned money; or valuable time with this offal place. Dark-Hearted leadership, this place is a disgrace to everyone but themselves; because they are to dense to see how sick they are. Checkout Yelp and other sites Buyseasons has let down countless people. Warning stay away from Buyseasons!

If you could opt to put no stars or a thumbs down that's exactly what buyseasons deserves! Anyone naive enough to think that this place is enjoyable or pleasant is not operating with a full deck of cards. The simple truth is its a stepping stone job or transitional at best. They annually downsize eliminating jobs and the leaders don't take their jobs seriously.They take out their own insecurities on other people and lie, steal, cheat, favor, and pretty much anything else that has no place in a work setting... How many years I wonder has this crooked organization of great leaders turned a blind eye to these issues? Since they care so little you wont be liked unless you are like them. Although, you will be un-liked if you do so?????(HUH) I know, I know make em look bad by caring, and don't care to upset them. No winning here- trash people. Don't wonder why some people can't get ahead and give up on society when companies like this exist. Just like flies and maggots naturally spawn from filth. People of the evil nature can only spawn more filth and maggots!

My employment with buyseasons was extremely exausting, and I was being slaved for the 9 bucks an hour I was earning..I was in the shipping and receiving department that you see in the picture with the computers I worked very hard and was not appreciated nor was I happy, and I believe that they stand for low quality treatment with a sense of if you stand up for yourself they won't hire you...your their puppet for a check. I do believe that the bully atmosphere is definetly there in my situation I was on my way back from lunch and a manager was flying on his cart toward me coming up behind me he runs into the back of my foot shopping cart style then I turn around to ask for an apology I got yelled at to get the he'll back to work and no apologies at all from the guy he was a fat guy with glasses white grey hair didn't know his name but I was let go a month later and so we're the other guys I worked with and carpooled to work with and yes I believe it was because the guy was a high power bully I missed days anyway due to my injury bruised Achille and let's just say a job is a job but this job might define the word miserable, or unfair, unforgiving, or hell, sorry I'm just being honest you might as well go temp to hire seing that was what they were looking for when they let most hard workers go I think it might be a money saving thing...Goodluck future employees of Buyseasons..watch out for rude enraged cart flying managers, or whatever that big guy was. Don't forget your good till you want a raise or to be fairly treated.

The so-called leaders of buyseasons are terrible! You would think that in a business setting the people with any sort of power or influence would want the best for the company. Apparently, this isn't the case at least not at buyseason. How can a company win when the main goal of the leaders is to ensure their positions by filtering out quality workers and retaining the "COOL" ones? The only thing that matters at buyseasons is that you shut up and disregard your rights. They only discharge bad members of they're "Quality Staff" is once enough complaints come in and they cant fit anymore bull under the rug. On top of that, they go around looking for irrelevant minuscule "traits" that deem people to be misfits in their business model. Nobody needs to smile and nobody needs to pretend that they're happy in a work environment that allows what they do. Like how people and "leaders" steal money in the form of time in the back of the building. See they just dump their work on others if you aren't "cool" enough to steal time and money. See its a well known fact corrupt power loves ignorant people to be under them anything else is obviously a threat. It's not about the fact they care more about social life at work or talking about parties, or do blow. Everybody loves a good brain frying line right? Its that they cant maintain a fair and decent work setting. I also think between them and hatch they've stolen countless dollars from people. So check and track your hours well. They like to claim you didn't hit your punch often; though this really does happen. If you don't know the times; they -in my opinion- are hoping to make you re-punch for their benefit. They know exactly who and how their staff is otherwise they'd be worse than they are at their job. This solidifies that they are accepting and and ignoring the wrong things. They don't know how to operate right. They could've built a good team up though; but how can a unit have true power and presence if he says this, she says that, and there's no way to get a definite answer cause nobody has set up a standard or follows one. Why don't they just go work at the mall and hit on teenage girls all day and do blow? Would suit their character better. A worker gained the fortitude to make a comment to me once one of the other little rats ran around letting them all know that I was gonna be let go; (I don't know where they allow mistakes) Poor guy was too stupid to realize we were inside buyseasons... This isn't a place you want to give any special insight or effort to they don't deserve it! Also, anyone can aim higher for permanent work. It is great for seasonal work just go get your money for the season and then leave you don't want to work there!!!

There's some interesting reviews on here about buyseasons! Let me tell you some cold-hard facts; to set the record straight. All these people talking about the poor service and bad management are 100% accurate! No guess work needed. They also favor the people they like and let them get easy passes simply for that reason. A lot of times they come down hard on the black workers. Now, I'm not implying that they are racists cause they do let some blacks get free money too. People supposedly called leaders and perhaps even hourly's as well. Don't talk to girls if you are a guy their for the management! No, not even if you have a question it upsets them. Guess there wives aren't enough for these child-minded "leaders". At buyseason they haze, harass, and humiliate for terribly evil reasons. Now, I have undeniable proof that the management has sociopaths in leader roles, drug addicts, and that they used a loophole to forge the rates of workflow!!! Just one of the underhanded strategies to allow them to be all "PARTY PARTY" at work! Also, during a company function the general manager kept relocating the buckets into unfair areas for a scavenger hunt that the upper-level workers & lower-level workers were all apart of to guarantee a win. These people are low-life scum. Would anyone like to know the truth undeniable truth & how i can prove these accusations?

A joke of a place to work. You have to bribe people to not be no shows by offering drawings for iPad and tv's if your attendance is 100% for the week. Management is non existent . You are on your own. The cops were on site at least once a week .

Ordered a costume on Sept 5th and have still yet to receive it. It's been over a month and I have emailed and called, and nobody seems to want to help. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I'd bet even money that even if you get your costume it would be the wrong size or probably even the wrong one. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
