Unwilling to work with me regarding bridesmaid dress that I ordered; however, never worn (yet) and wanting to switch to a different dress without paying for another dress. It’s realistic that they could re-sell the dress and satisfy all customers however, they choose not to. Very disappointed!!

Pam was greattttttttt. Wow she was so friendly and awesome! Me and my friend came in there on Monday morning to get a prom dress, and at first we were alone upstairs looking at stuff but then she came and helped with everything . Everything we needed to know she explained so well and clear. She’s great at making you feel comfortable about what your shopping for and gives great feedback ! Very funny lady as well❤️ I highly recommend her to help out with anyone who shops there! I will be back next year with some friends for homecoming and prom dress! My fellow Bride Ashlee and I went together with our friend Tasha, these ladies were amazing and we were able to make a small game of trying on gowns. We each picked one for ourselves, and one for eachother to try, from an insanely poofy marshmallow of a dress that broke a hanger, to a thin sheath that flattered curves. They talked with us actually learning about our wedding styles and what we hoped for, even sharing pictures of a medieval wedding one of the consultants went to. Though we didn't find the ones, they helped make our night, and kept the smiles on our faces.

Excellent service! Drove an hour to go there and it was VERY worth the drive. HUGE selection! They keep record of the school the dress is going too so that dresses aren't doubled up. If that dress isn't going to your school, they will special order for you. Friendly staff, attractive store.
