There will never be enough praise or “thank you’s” in the world to repay to Miss Angela and her team at Oliverio’s for all they do, not only for me, but for every single person that has the pleasure of working with them. Over the years these wonderful ladies have become more than just friends, but family. If you haven’t already, you should come and let these beautiful people help you with all your wedding, pageant, prom, homecoming, and formal needs. They are truly your one stop shop. I would usually never take the time to write on here or make a recommendation.. but I genuinely believe you won’t be dissatisfied or disappointed with your experience at Oliverio’s!!!

Angela is the best stylist in land! She won't tell you a dress is perfect on you unless it is! She helped me get started in pageantry and works with both USA and America girls. I won Preliminary Gown this year and know it was because she had THE dress for me. The staff is always helpful and very patient with me when it comes to homecoming shopping. If you want it and they don't have it they will order it for you!

I have shopped for my daughter’s pageant wardrobes at Oliverio’s for 7 years. The owner has always gone above and beyond to help us find amazing gowns, accessories, and wardrobe pieces. We live 3 hours from this store, but the drive is always worth it to us.

The customer service that we have received is above and beyond outstanding. We were greeted and given one-on-one attention the entire time we were in the store. Angela and her staff are the kindest, most sincere group of ladies that are ready to help you whether it’s for prom, homecoming, wedding, or pageants. Five stars!

I went to this store in search of a prom dress and I wear a size 12. We called the day before to make sure they had options for my size and they said yes. There were two racks and they weren’t even all my size. Plus the lady working there picked me out two dresses and they were both black. Oh. So I’m not a size 4 and I want black to slim or something. Smdh. I should’ve listened to the 2.4 star rating.

I took my daughter to Oliverio's this past prom season to look for her a dress. We had already been to 3 others stores but Oliverio's had the dress she wanted listed on their Web site. When we arrived at the store we were warmly greeted and asked if we needed any help. We explained what we wanted and one of the ladies working we to look for the dress that she wanted. But, after trying on the dress she was not happy with it and the lady helping us immediately asked what she liked and colors and started getting dresses for her. She settled on a black dress that we had not seen in any of the others we visited. OLIVERIO'S carries a wide assortment of dresses and styles. On returning to the store for a fitting we found the dress to be even bigger than before because my daughter had been sick and lost weight. I asked if it was possible to order the dress in her size and Angela called to find out. Never once were they rude or short tempered or acted like we were an inconvenience to them because my daughter tried on many dresses before she fell in love with the one she picked. Angela ordered the smallest size the designer had available for us. Now we are back again but this time Angela is helping my daughter prepare for her first pageant Miss WV Teen USA Pageant. She spent hours with us picking dresses, swim suits, and cocktail dresses. She is certainly what her name implies an ANGEL. She took time out of a busy day in her store to help her and instruct her in what was needed and what looked right on her. Thank you Angela and all the ladies you have working for you, they are all very polite, helpful and go that extra mile to help the Customer. I think anyone going to your shop will leave a winner with a gown or dress or whatever they are shopping for in a very satisfied and happy state of mind.

Awful experience! Didn’t size ring bearer correctly, had to go twice to get fitted and still didn’t look right. Father of the bride shoes didn’t come in until day of wedding. Fran is rude!

This was the third and final place I looked for a wedding dress. Francine helped me more than any other person I had been to dress shopping. She really took the time to get to know me and she valued my opinion on all dresses. I am so thankful for such a wonderful experience here and I’m so happy to have walked away with such a STUNNING gown in my price range.

Terrible experience all together!!... poor selection of plus size (only 3 over size 20) when I called the day before to make sure, she said yes, we have lots. To the customer service not greeted upon arrival and (must you call every girl "baby"), a tad over the top. Oh and your shop is totally out dated, it's not the 90's.

Just wanted to share our wonderful experience with this store. Two years in a row we have been able to find exactly what we need at our first - and only - stop. It’s beem over a year since our first visit, but felt we needed to give it a second try today. Emily was a fantastic help. She knew exactly what would work best and helped us find the perfect pageant dress for my beautiful princess (hopefully queen). Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit pain-free. My favorite part was that it wasn’t just trying to make the big sale. Emily found the perfect dress for my beautiful girl. If I ever need a gown again, you will most definitely be my first stop. Went to Oliverio's this weekend with my niece and her best friend, both of which are getting married next spring/summer. The sales lady (I think her name was Francie maybe?) was so helpful, knowledgeable, nice and a pleasure to do business with! Both girls tried on several dresses and each found one that she loved and purchased. The sales lady made several suggestions about dresses, alterations, wedding day do's and dont's and tux/suits for the fiances and wedding party that me, the girls or their moms had never thought of, with this being the first wedding for both immediate family. Prices, selection and hospitality were all 5 stars! Thanks Oliverio's for helping us check one thing off the list!

The absolute worst customer service ever. Not only was I not greated when I entered, but we had to ask for assistance. And then I was told that because my wedding is in 2019 and not 2017 or 2018 that I was too early dress shopping and that "when you gain weight the dress won't fit you" and then essentially was called fat when I said o wore anywhere from an 8 to a 12. And to top it off she said "the only dress style that would look good on you anyways is the ballgown so it hides your belly" like seriously woman. I was so offended when I left I was furious. Dress shopping for a wedding should never be like that.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. They have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever seen. You would think when someone walks in and is willing to pay at least $200.00 for a dress.That the sales people could be friendly and maybe smile once in a while but they all act like your in their way and a bother. I will not shop there again I would rather drive 2 hours to another shop.

Bought my wedding dress and had it altered there. They didn't BUSTLE it. For the first dance with my husband he had to kick my dress out of the way. Rented my groomsmen shoes, ties, and suspenders off them.... Suspenders and shoes came in the wrong color, 4 days before the wedding! Their response? Oh well they don't even come in that color, i think black will look better anyways! I had no choice with 4 days left but to do that. They never apologized for their mistakes and made it seem like they didn't believe they made any. Very insulting.

We chose Oliverio’s to dress my husband and his groomsmen for our wedding, and this was the most stressful part of our wedding! Apart from all the hidden costs and continuously losing our paperwork and making groomsmen go back in to retake measurement, the GROOM didn’t even have his complete tux the DAY OF THE WEDDING. We ended up purchasing the remaining pieces of his tux that were needed and rented from My Tailor Shop the night before the wedding.... needless to say it was horrible service and a brides nightmare.

We have been extremely pleased with our experiences at Oliverio’s Bridal & Prom Boutique the last couple of years. Angela, Cody, and the entire staff have always been very helpful and friendly from the moment we have walked in the door. The selection is amazing, the staff is knowledgeable of what works best, and having a in house seamstress has been a blessing. My daughter Gabby is so excited to wear her selections from Oliverio’s as she feels confident and pretty. What more could a mom ask for? If your looking for that perfect outfit for your Wedding, Prom, or Pageant, give them the consideration. You won’t be sorry.

This was a while ago but whenever I remember my experience now years later it still lights me up. I tried on a dress that I loved and they ordered the dress (now mind you I ordered this dress months ahead of my prom.) They never ordered it till it was a month before my Prom date and when they got the dress it was wayyyyy too big. I ordered a size two which they said would probably not even need to be altered. The size that came in was a 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So they tried to alter the one they had in store and I HAD TO PAY FOR THE ALTERATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were very rude about the whole experience and I do not feel like I should of paid for the alterations since this was not my error. We didn't receive any discount and being rude on top of it. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO OLIVERIO'S BRIDAL AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
