We had an appointment for a wedding dress today. Our salesperson, bless her heart, did her best. She was fine. The experience in general was not good. My little girl was put in a small dressing room that was too small for me to be with her with a small curtain that opened when anyone walked by - my girl is modest so this was very uncomfortable. There was another large party that we had to walk past to get to the dressing room (and they were not great, either, when we interrupted their view by, gasp, walking back to our room), and no real area to see the gowns. The worst was the other salesperson (older blonde lady) who simply seemed annoyed we were even there. She essentially brushed past us like we were invisible. Not a good experience when we budgeted thousands for a dress to wear on the most important day of your life. Not a fan and would not recommend. Needless to say, will take our business elsewhere.

I cannot begin to explain how helpful Makayla is and what a pleasure she is to work with. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to anyone who is looking for excellent service! I called several bridal shops looking for a particular dress that I found online and not a single person out of 7 stores was willing to help me until I came across Makayla at Coni & Franc. I have heard from several previous brides/friends that great service is hard to find at bridal shops and I found the same exact thing until Makayla. Best of luck to all the brides out there looking for the perfect dress! I think you will find what you are looking for right here!

I did not buy my wedding dress from Coni and Franc, however, Coni went above and beyond to try to help me locate a dress. I have been calling around for weeks looking for a specific dress and when I called their bridal shop, Coni was more than happy to help. She personally called the designer and the distributor to find the dress. When she found out that the dress is currently in production, she found a loaner of a very similar dress by the same designer so I could get an idea of my measurements and the fit. Although I was never able to go to the salon myself (it’s 3.5 hours away from me), if their customer service is anything like the way Coni handled it over the phone, any bride would be in good hands here.

Took my daughter to Connie and Franc to get a flower girl dress. It took them almost 3 months to get this dress in... They took her measurements and clearly she was a size 4. They put a note on the paper saying she may have a growth spurt and ordered her a size 6!! I mean a growth spurt means the will get taller not freaking blow up like a balloon..Took the dress else where to have it fixed. The people who work at Connie and Franc are incompetent!!! When I called about the dress she was rude and wants to make excuses for the people who work there. I'm sorry but there is no excuse for stupid! They didn't even pay for the whole alteration. The dress is now fixed thanks to a family friend who is wonderful person for taking on such a big job and had it ready in 2 weeks!! Needless to say if u need any formal gown boycott Connie and Franc's!!!

Had a really bad experience with this place.ordered a dress and they was making it in to a prom dress so long story short we put $400 into this dress including alterations and beading.so instead they changed the designed without consulting us first.so needless to say the dress was trash. I will never do any business with them or recommend them to anyone.they are very rude and promise you one thing and end up doing something else..and we have one ugly dress and out of $400..

They have beautiful clothes and accessories and have the best customer service! You usually run into businesses that have one or the other but they understand the importance of both. I really appreciate their attentiveness and attention to detail. They made shopping for a mother of the bride dress a lot of fun!

Connie was so amazing and attentive! We drove 4 hours to get to this shop because of the designers she features. It was WELL worth the trip! Her store is smallish and adorable, in the historic old town. The variety of dresses was really surprising. Connie was just wonderful and listened to our quirky needs.

The ladies here are really sweet and helpful! The first time I visited, I rushed in and out earlier than my appointment but they were flexible and kind. The second time, I had already somewhat decided on a dress, but Rachel wasn't pushy. Her coworker was also cheerful and knowledgable. My bridesmaid even tried on a dress just to get an idea of the style we liked though theirs are a little more than we wanted to spend of bridesmaid dresses.

Absolutely top notch. Shopping for a pageant dress and their selection was outstanding and their service was OUT OF THIS WORLD! We’ll go straight here for any of our formalwear needs from now on. Forget the rest and go to the best - C & F made me a believer again that the old school art of customer service still exists in this world. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our daughter.

I went in for my appointment to try on dresses and the woman who helped me was wonderful. She was very friendly and picked dresses that were perfect for me. She worked very well with my budget and wasn't afraid to bring in dresses that I hadn't picked out at first. I ended up falling in love with a dress that she brought in for and wasn't expecting to even like. When my maid of honor and I went in to look at bridesmaid dresses the same woman helped and again did a wonderful job (even though I didn't end up going with one of their bridesmaid dresses). She even let me try on my wedding gown which had come in. I am very pleased with the service I have received here and recommend it highly!

Gorgeous cocktail dresses and gowns

We were looking for a Tariq Ediz gown, and they were the only shop within 100 miles that carried the brand. We ordered the gown ($1300) and had measurements taken. The dress arrived over a month late, and fit as if it were an oversized off-the-rack dress rather than having been tailored. The gown was a special order, with a red skirt and a white bodice. The bodice was tan, which was completely unacceptable, and the change to the bodice was, of course, a chargeable alteration. Teh bodice was heavily beaded, which made alterations very difficult (which we had assumed wouldn't be necessary because the measurements had been taken prior to ordering the custom-made gown). The other alterations, which never actually made the dress fit adequately, came to a total of $530 (which appears to be the main revenue stream for the shop). To provide support, a bra lift was required, and the actual lift was shoddy and actually made things worse instead of better. When we asked the seamstress about cinching the waist with some elastic, she adamantly refuse. When we indicated that we wanted to pick up the dress, they had the audacity to ask if we wanted the beading replaced (which they had removedto attempt the required alterations). We took the dress ($1900 later) to a seamstress who put in the required elastic cinching for only $20. All in all, we were very dissatisfied, and we would never ever recommend them to anybody else.

Coni and Franc we're the prefect antidote to the Big Box non-service I had experienced just two days before. I went there looking for something small and the salespeople (including the owner) treated me like I was part of the family. It didn't mean a big sale for them but they were wonderful, gracious and incredibly helpful. From now on, they will be my first stop when I have to buy clothes. Thank you guys for an incredible experience!

The staff was super sweet when we were buying the dresses for my wedding and even when we had to flip things around due to last minute changes. There was a little issue with one of my Brides Maids dressed during sizing but it was taken care of.

I am highly pleased with the service I received at Coni and Franc. Being the indecisive person I am, I had a very difficult time committing to my bridesmaid dresses. The ladies at Coni and Franc dealt with my changing the dress three different times and were pleasant with each change. Great place to find a dress just for you. Connie is Amazing and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. I bought my wedding dress there over a decade ago and went there recently for my dress for the Gala in Morgantown. Still the best place to go. Highly recommended!!!
