Really wish I could give this poor place of a business a negative star!!! Absolutely the worst customer service and rude staff. They act as if it's a burden to help you and when things get messed on because of their lack of service, they offer nothing. Do yourself a favor and run past this joint! Remember you are spending lots of $$$$ for that special day. Don't place your trust or money with Bridal Central! MAGIC MART has tux rental starting at $59.99. The same tux at Bridal Central Will set you back $175.

I had a horrifying experience here. It was my very first wedding dress shopping trip, and the woman "helping" me (tall, thin, middle-aged brunette woman) was pushy and rude from the moment we walked in. The last straw occurred when she told me I had the body of a little boy. SO RUDE. I worked retail for years, and attempting to destroy a customer's confidence was never in the training video. After being insulted multiple times and being totally unimpressed with the selection of dresses in store, we decided to politely tell them we did not wish to make any final decisions today. As we were walking out, we heard the two employees say tell each other that there was "no way we could have afforded the dress anyway." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Who runs a business like this. Anyway, I will never return to Bridal Central, and I will be taking my money elsewhere. I suggest you all do the same if you want to be treated like an equal human being.

I can't put into words the disappointment my son and I experienced from this place. We trusted them with his special day and they delivered no more than a botched up measurement. Oh and an apology free of charge! That's the only thing that was free and the rest was way over charged !! A caring and professional business owner goes over and above to keep a customer satisfied. Not this place

Staff here is extremely rude and snobby . They have no reason to be such way they aren't anything to brag about. I ask the middle aged woman if she could measure my daughter for a dress she told me to go to the dollar store to get my own measuring tape. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go here.
