Yikes...they have a large enough selection for adults, but almost nothing for kids. The place was a madhouse and in complete disarray. No thanks..I’ll just order online next year

Total Fright has everything when it comes to finding costumes, makeup, accesories, etc.. One thing that can be confusing and disturbing is DEPENDING ON THE ENTRANCE of UNDERGROUND PARKING can be " CRAZzy" at Crystal City Shops. Trying to find the correct entrance to park near the desired store can be nuts. Trying to find the correct end of the shops or locating where you need to park to get to the entrance of the shops can be diffucult.. Especially if you're unfamiliar with the parking lot. Better signs would be helpful, besides seeing orange and red signs with g2 etc. I noticed people having difficulty locating or returning to their cars because they are lost once they've exit the shops. Mall patrol should be available or better signs for customers who are unfamiliar with this location. Maybe they'll upgrade, once Amazon move into the neighborhood. That'll definately cause some changes to take place throughout the city.
