Called to speak with manager/president Manuel Pereira in reference to an employment verification received for a resident. Manuel first lied and said he did not complete the form. After several questions and the threat of fraud Manuel finally stated that he signed the form. I then stated I would like to ask some questions in reference to the form and he hung up the phone. I called back to request his manager and was told he did not have one and again was hung up on. Thank you for the poor customer service from one business to another.

I live walking distance to this place, and have visited fairly regularly to get fun supplies for parties I have thrown for over 4 years now. They have a great selection of supplies and decor, and the store is usually tidy and in good order when I am there. The staff have never been anything but helpful and courteous when I have asked where things might be in the store.

My company was participating in a community event and we discovered that we needed balloons to hand out to children at the last minute. We went to the store and the staff were extremely helpful. We need it somewhere between 50 and 60 balloons and they were able to accommodate us in a very quick manner. We had a great experience and we will definitely be back!

I always had a nice experience in this store and I been shopping a lot for bdays decorations and stuff but today I had the worst experience with a employee name "Maria." I asked her if she have spongebob balloons because I wanted to order 20 of them for my nephew's bday. She was like "Whatever we have is on the wall" I was like I am sure I can see you guys have balloons on the wall but you didn't answer my question then she ignored for like a minute and she was like it's 078 number. I was like okay and then I asked do you have bigger size? It's way too small. In that mean time another customer walked in, she started talking to her like "How can I help you mam" I was like ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Then I walked away to the cashier and told her how rude your employee was. I'm never coming to this store again. I didn't get to order 20 balloons and I decided not to order from them ever again!!! Thanks to Maria for putting their business down.

The only place in town that had metal lids for the half pan serving pans!! The manager even called another store, because I bought every lid that they had, as. I was cooking for my girlfriends father celebration of life! So used up the 30 lids!! Lots of roast beef, roast turkey, ham! Plus all the other goodies for the celebration!!

Excellent. I've made some new friends (employees) over there. We have been friends for a very long time. I'm so glad they came over to my house for my 38th Birthday last year. Most of them moved on. I bump into them and socialize. I plan on helping them out in the future. I also wanted to take them out, when ever they had some free time. It's a great store. Got to buy some souvenirs for my bowling bag equipment. One of their employees in the past went to my school over at NOVA.

A wide selection of around the year party supplies for birthdays, weddings, or formals. They do a great job categorizing the party items by theme. They are a go to for lowest brick and mortar prices, always! There Halloween selection wraps all the way around the store.

Absolutely and completely no customer service. Some employees are absolutely and completely clueless about items that customers need. Very disappointing. They need a bigger space for those who use wheelchairs or scooters. Very disappointing.

This is the third time I've gotten balloons here and they've been done incorrectly! This time I asked for over 50 balloons with SILVER RIBBON for a sweet sixteen. They wrote SILVER RIBBON ONLY in all caps on the receipt. Guess what the balloons came with? White. When I asked why this change, were they out? Etc. They said that "sometimes silver looks like white." Um. No. It's definitely white. Their solution? Wait for them to replace all of the ribbon on 50 balloons. I don't have time for that! Who does? When I said that, in the snottieast tone I have EVER heard, the girl behind the counter goes, "I'm sorry." She didn't give us a discount, a coupon, nothing, FOR THEIR MISTAKE! This is the LAST time I go there. Their supply stinks, no prices are updated, most things aren't labeled, it's dirty and run down. Don't bother. Go somewhere else. Even giant gives me better service. AWFUL. STAY AWAY!
