Quiet good variety of things flying solo or with a mate. The staff was great no pressure was asked a couple of times if I found everything. Not pricey like most complain about because your basically paying the same cost from Amazon with the cost of shipping. Over good variety to choose from and you do need to show id to go into the other half of the store.

Always a good time here! Great selection of adult toys, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, making it a more comfortable environment for people who are new to the world of toys and/or feel embarrassed being in a shop like this. When I first went there i thought, wow what a great selection but they were REALLY OVERPRICED..In consideration of that all put aside I wanted to purchase a sex swing. The price was reasonable (considering ordering on line, waiting and paying shipping cost) But, on the other hand, I purchased it, came home and realized that it had NO INSTRUCTIONS what so ever.. Not only that but it was put together backwards, according to the pic on the box! (Which is all I could rely on.. Lol. Smh) Well after we got it together I decided it wasent sturdy enough. We had the reciept, wasent used at all and thought I could at least get credit for it. Meaning I could get other things amounting to 80.00. Needless to say, the lady says, "we have a NO RETURN policy, rather used or NOT..... We don't make the products, we just SELL THEM AFTER THEY ARE SHIPPED!" WOW.. you talk about rude! She also said, " oh well, no instructions, NOT our problem.. That's YOUR problem!!" OMG.. My mouth hit the floor!! I left and kept the swing. Don't waste your time or money there. ALL the employees are rude. Just my advise.. Order it on line.. Hope your experience is better then ours was!!

Went to check them,out, haven't been by in a few years. They a have a huge selection of stuff. The store was clean and well organized. If you want to check them out for an idea to spice up your relationship it is good place. The prices though are quite a bit over priced and a lot cheaper online. If you want to get your freak on in a hurry it's a good place. If your a stripper I'm guessing it's a good place to get "tools" for your job too. The parking lot is needed of a attention as far as potholes and ruts.

Alright I have to tell you that this is like an adult themed store and it's open 24 hours a day literally one night last week my wife said something that made me think I hadn't done any kind of romantic or sexually explicit things with her lately and I went out at 3:30 in the morning it took me a half hour to get there so I get there at 4 in the morning and there's a really big scary looking black guy at the counter that turned out to be the most gentle giant and kindness person that you would have at a place where you are buying sexually explicit items and he was very knowledgeable about the stock and what was good and what was wasn't anyways ended up there until almost 8 in the morning spent $300 and got a ton of outfits toys gizmos and doohickeys for my wife

Horrible customer service and a selection for strippers but not couples. The cashier was so rude it was honestly unbelievable. I would ask a question, and our cashier would reply with an unprofessional and unacceptable tone and manner. At the end after telling me she was really sick she took my toy out out of the package and touched all over it to make sure it worked. So disgusting!! Besides the horrible customer service and sick people touching your toys they are 300% mark up. Unless your in a rush for toys, lube, or clothing go to Amazon or Adam and eve! Why support such a horrible business with such horrible business practices!?!

Very disappointed. Boyfriend and I walk in and first thing we get is a dirty look and not the good kind. I casually brush it off as RBF for a brief moment until I see her turn her head and her expression changes to just a normal relaxed face. We go to walk around and I notice items like tails that should be sanitary handled are out in the open free for all hands. I also notice that there is very little options that are not worth their price. If I could I would give less than one star. I'm surprised this place was so highly rated.

Poor is polite. Went in about 4:00 AM (24 hour store, right?) with my wife. One clerk on duty messing with cell phone. Three 'young' people goofing around laughing and joking. Clerk totally uninterested in servicing us; didn't seem to know stock very well. Very disappointing experience.

This place I’m so disappointed in. I’ve spent so much money here. One day I go in to grab something and the box is messed up, I ask if it’s been opened or anything and I’m told no. I get home and I find a slimy substance on the toy and hair stuck in it. I call and I’m told I can bring it back to exchange it for something else, i get there and show the man the hair all on the base of the toy, and guess what? I didn’t get to exchange it. And not that I would want it but I didn’t get the toy back either so the $65 dollars I spend here and I get nothing for it. Will NEVER be coming back here. There’s better sex shops in the area.

These people need to hire better workers. They sound and look like they hate their lives and don't want to be there. And the lingerie they have isn't the best. It's like shopping at dollar general rather than Walmart. I felt so un welcomed and as if I was bothering them whenever I asked for the key to the changing room to try on the lingerie. Also the distrust they have in their customers just put me off completely. They ask for something personal or of value to you. I ended up going to Love Shack. They actually trust their customers, have MUCH better lingerie and amazing service! I don't think I'm coming here again.

Very professional, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable to boot. Not only are the people great the store layout is very pleasing. It is easy to find what you need with everything neatly displayed and organized by type. Any time I have questions about a new item the staff gives a clear and knowledgeable answer. I love how it's a no judgment zone from mild to wild they just want you to have a fun safe time. Thanks for being a go to shop for the last 5 yrs. I wont go anywhere else now. Also if you are shy its 24hrs and you can see the parking lot from oceana so if its empty pop on in. Heck if it's full pop on in I promise they will make you feel comfortable.

Forget about all the negative nancys this place is very well-stocked the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The facility is well-lit never any issues with parking. They have a wonderful selection of dance wear, shoes, costumes and wigs. They have toys for the beginners in every aspect and then they have the toys for the more advance. They even have party favors and gag gifts. Great selection of DVDs separated properly by your taste.
