Nice, clean store

I like this place when putting together parties for school, birthdays, holidays. They have everything you really need. I do think they are a bit overpriced on some things compared to online ordering but it is nice to actually have a store to go to on short notice or to actually see what an item looks like. I like their balloons as well. They last longer and are cuter than the dollar store and Walmart. They have a lot of prizes and costumes too!

We were able to fine exactly what we wanted for my sons 3rd birthday!! Everything was organized well and priced fair. Our son loved seeing all the fun options and we went with a construction theme! Can’t wait to celebrate with what we got and return to buy stuff for our daughters party in December! Also their employees were very nice and helpful!!!

This place has more items than what you'd know to do with. The staff was kind but didn't go out of their way to help us, which was fine. I didn't have any idea of how much stuff they really did and now it will be a go to locally if I can't wait for shipping. Next time you need something fun, exciting and/odd out of the blue, they have a lot of resources to make you ideas come alive. It is pretty amazing and can be overwhelming if you let you adolescent children run a mok.

I bought 29+ balloons. I had the store fill them and paid extra for the highfloat to be added to all of them. I went straight home took them out of the travel bags. In less than 4 hours some were starting to fall. In less than 12 hours more than half are on the floor. Extremely unhappy and won't buy from them again.

I Bought items for my daughters bday less than 2 weeks ago and specifically asked about the return policy and was told it was returnable. I went to Walmart after and something higher quality and similar to what I had purchased was half the price at Walmart. I went to return the zurchers items and was told it was discontinued so I couldn’t return it. As much as I understand that: I did my job and asked about the return policy, the least they could do is do their job and be honest. The employees were rude about the situation and even hard to get their attention when I walked in. Steer clear of Kimberly, she obviously doesn’t have any customer service foundation

We love Zurchers. We used to check out other party supply stores before heading to Zurchers, but they never have the selection that Zurchers has. Not to mention that this store always seems to have the best prices. We have stopped shopping around and now make Zurchers our one-stop party supply store. Plus, their name is just fun to say, Zurchers. See? Fun.

Very big store with a ton of varied party items available to take home. I've picked up a morphsuit many years ago and recently grabbed some red carpets for an event. The pricing is very reasonable and they usually have a few different versions of each thing at different price and quality points depending on what you're looking to spend. My only complaint is that they didn't have the new baby candy cigars I was trying to find but that's likely more a symptom of the current era than Zurcher's stock and inventory.

They have a ton of stuff, but they over charge for many items. They carry many items that a dollar store would, and they're charging 3x the price. They do have a large assortment of colored table wares, and that is a huge plus.

We went here to buy some balloons. They have the best selection of balloons. I wish they had more colors in the small 5 inch balloons, as we couldn't find the color we needed there. But standard balloons had every color we needed. They also have some great wedding party supplies here, I found everything I was looking for and it was easy to find. There was no line checking out, which was really nice.

I love this store. It has such a great variety for all your party needs and the prices are very reasonable. You can rent snow cone or cotton candy machine. They have a good selection for party favors/to stuff in piniatas. If murder mystery are your thing, they have decor to match your theme.

There was no one to help us find anything. We had to walk the whole store to find items. Then when we asked the cashier if they stocked anything with Ladybugs she said she didn't know. We asked if we could order anything and she said no again. We asked if there was anyone else that could help us and she said no also. So we were very discouraged.

I wish they had the isles detailed better. When it's busy trying to find somebody to help you is impossible, unless you wait in line to get up there to talk to somebody, and you have to go find what you were looking for and wait in line again. The balloons on the wall ( they block you so you can't walk over there to look at them) it would be nice if the price was below the balloon . Other than that, Zurchers is a fun place to go, with great pricing on all your celebrations!

Excellent party store year round, and they have a great costume selection during Halloween. We'r always go to Zurcher's for costumes, party supplies, and fun decorations. They kinda-recently rearranged their checkout areato streamline their checkout process, and I think it works well.

I was really disappointed today arriving to get balloons for my sisters 21st birthday. Everyone truly acted like they were put out and would not help me. Then when I checked out the cashier who "helped me" Kimberly was a complete jerk. Her attitude was so unpleasant and and was so unhelpful. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

Its nice you can find anything for a party here. And all colors and almost every theme. qThey also have a lot of costumes for Halloween and dress up. They also have wedding supplies. I don't think there ballons are worth what they charge you to feel them up they and they go flat. I would buy the tank to full them yourself. Watch for the prices sometimes they are cheaper and other online is way cheaper.
