Zurchers is an amazing store. They have a variety of items in every color and theme possible. I love going there to buy things, I even get more ideas when I am at their store. I always go there for my party supplies, best selection anywhere

Waited in 3 different lines to buy balloons and they let 3 different people purchase and retrieve their stuff ahead of me. I was fuming and the team manager was chanting about how well of an oil machine they were. Never even realized that i was furious and never ever going back.

Spent $40 on Birthday balloons and 6 hours later were laying on the floor. Poor customer support and service. Supervisor could do nothing without a manager.

The employees were difficult to find for help. They were all localized to the front of the store playing on their phones and socializing while the rest of the store was filled with customers wandering the aisles aimlessly. They have a huge selection of party supplies and costumes...but it's difficult to navigate through. The organization is not very clear. Prices are mediocre.

You had one job... Was doing a gender reveal and asked them to put glitter inside the balloons for which gender. When we picked them up we could see blue glitter on the outside. So much for a surprise.

Great party supply store. I have to come here all the time for work - the staff is helpful and cheerful, very rarely have I not found what I’m looking for, the prices are fair, returns are easy, and placing balloons orders online makes for an expedited experience. Well organized and clean store - it’s my go to shop to simply liven up my home and the office for holidays and celebrations.

DONT BUY BALLOONS HERE. I made the mistake & bought a big Mylar balloon & a couple of your average balloons; they didn't stay inflated or floating for ONE DAY. By the end of the night they were touching the ground & the next morning all of the air was gone out of them. Don't waste your time or money.

Zurchers has cute party supplies but I don't recommend buying balloons here. I went in on Tuesday and bought one of the big number mylars (for $9). And it completely deflated after just a couple hours. I took it in on Wednesday and they gave me a new one. That one is already deflated now too, after just one day. For $9 they should at least last more than one day. We didn't even get to use it for the pictures we bought it for because it didn't last long enough.

The prices are high. You can find everything somewhere cheaper. But there is a HUGE selection. You could make just 1 stop here and find everything you would need for your party. They have games, pinatas, decorations, prizes, costumes, utensils, Fun cake pans....EVERYTHING

I was there and purchased a balloon pump and they charged me $2 more than the marked price when I showed them the marked price they told me that it was a different pump when I asked to see where the pump that I had was she walked me to it and it had the same price as the other rack where I got the pump from. She told me this was a mistake and took the price off. There was only one balloon pump in the store and I need a balloon pump so I bought it.

DO NOT PURCHASE BALLOONS HERE! Purchased nearly $250 dollars worth of balloons for a company event and followed all instructions provided by the sales associate. Within 12 hours, 90 percent of the balloons had popped. I called in and expressed my frustrations with an associate, and I was told I would receive a full refund. When I returned to the store to receive my refund, the assistant manager (who was extremely rude) told me that I was told incorrectly and would not receive any refund amount. I also spoke with the store manager and she told me they could only give me back $50 of my original purchase. Extremely disappointed. I will not be shopping here again, and nor will the company I work for.

We ordered 18 balloons in-store FOUR hours in advance, we went in to pick them up and none of them were done. They also charged us for extra "balloon bags" and then ended up stuffing all 18 in one bag with norefund.

I visited the store with my granddaughter, it was a fun and nice experience to not have to wait for help or checkout, the employees were friendly and helpful. The employees also had no frustrations with double tasking, prices were a little high but reasonable in comparison to area.

Their balloon service is so good! They helped me make my friend's birthdays so special. They helped me through each step, and had my order processed right away. I called back to reschedule and add highfloat, and they very pleasantly accepted my wishes and whimsy. When I went to pick up my order, I had ordered to much to stuff in my car on such a windy day by myself. They held one portion of the balloons while I maneuvered the first batch in, no questions asked. They were considerate and flexible and I'm glad I have them close by. I'll use them exclusively for my party needs.
