Today I visited Finish Line in Irving Mall with some specific request, most of which revolved around a predetermined budget for multiple children who still wanted to maintain their sense of style. Emily worked tirelessly to assist with every request. She went above and beyond to ensure that both mom and children left happy and rooted in a plan to return in the future when purchasing shoes. She stayed late, pulled additional items for show, assisted with sizing even during my moment of indecisiveness, while attempting to choose between moving up or remaining true to size due to a lack of a half size (due to the brand chosen). She was educated in her field and presented with an attitude of patience and service that rivals any shoe store experience in my past. I will definitely return and will definitely ask for Emily, as she is a great asset to the company and brand.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks to Oscar and Jackie, Finish Line has a life long customer. They were very professional, polite and willing to help. I was very frustrated with Foot Locker and Foot Action lying and giving me the run around. Oscar sympathized with me and was very willing to turn my frown to a smile! They were wonderful!

We almost always shop at finish line for our shoes. We were out of town and this was the closest one to us. The guy that was helping us was great he was very attentive and brought us countless shoes to try on and not once was rude or ugly about it. Because of this all four of us were able to get shoes we loved!

Stay away from here if your white! they will help everyone else first, look at you and keep walking! I felt extremely discriminated against! No one even approached me after looking around for 20 minutes! Leave it for the gorillas!

I have purchased several pair of shoes from here and the service is just outstanding. I've been everywhere from foot locker, champs, etc... I seem to get the best deal at finish line. Also, my daughter wanted some specific addidas pants for Christmas and I checked everywhere. I mean Everywhere!!! No where to be found. Finish Line here in Irving Mall was able to get me the pants a few days before Christmas and my daughter was very happy. Thank you Finish Line in Irving MaLL.

They have guys with an attitude working there. I went to buy a pair of running shoes and they rushed me and checked me out like they couldn't wait for me to get out of the store. I'll never go there again.

I bought a wrong pair of shoes to go on a trip in a rush but when I came back to exchange it MANAGER ( EMILY ) was very kind to go out of her way to check for a specific pair of shoes for me & hunt down a hard to find size from Florida just so that I can have what I want now that's what I call customer service at it's best ,, THANKS A LOT EMILY.

How can I start, it seems like sometimes they wanna go irk and sometimes they don't. The staff likes to jokes around talking very rudely. But all in all It's great!
