Five stars that I found a dress for my granddaughter, but they were so unorganized. You have to look at the actual dress to make sure of the size. They were not in size order on the racks and the hangers had all different sizes on them. That brought the bar down.

It's a great place to go and look for things that it's not in season but the prices are only have price they should be at least 20 to 30% less than the actual cost. Not just half off.

I like the large selection, the reason for the 2 stars and I do mean the only reason. With prices like these, bargain shoppers loves deals. I would have defitnitely given a 4 star rating, but you will see why I did not. However, I mean this Dillards Clearance Center has a huge selection due to the store being quite large. Took a couple hours for my girls and I to actually look and shop. But no one wants to feel like your going to steal, being followed around is crazy. Went back twice over a two week period. Spent $$ on the first occassion and this would be the only reason I decided to come back and maybe this was not the case, that it was all in my head. Anyway, I engaged the officers and yes plural, after overhearing them discuss an uncoming sale to another patron, that there was a Predidents Day sale upcoming which was the following week and the entire store would be 50% off. Went back and spent $$$. Still followed around, wow! So sad. So its most unfortunate that I will not be going back into the Dillards Clearance Center.

This is a great place to shop for the entire family! It is jam packed with children's clothes, more so for girls but they have clothes for everybody. Be warned you can and will most likely spend hours here. If you have little ones, best get a sitter because it can take time and effort to find all the gems! I gave it 4 stars only because the amount staffing could definitely be improved. The fitting room line has never been less than a 20min wait and waiting to checkout will take just as long. Otherwise, I'm a sucker for a good deal and this store never disappoints!

Love it on the place I can get a gold label shirt which originally is $128 shirt or $75 shirt for $26 custom to my size I wear a 18 in the neck and 36/37 in the arms so getting a custom-made shirt for $26 and it's a gold label it's really good also slacks 50% off so you pay $14 for some slacks that's really good del Sol has women's clothes in there my wife picked up a lot of items that you know originally sold for $107 and she might have got it for 30 really good place when you want to buy some nice clothes didn't find any sport coats in my size which is what I really wanted but I can go to k&g to do that.

Rows & rows of clothes. Many were damaged or looked like they'd been worn & returned (formal dresses). I did like that most everything was sorted by color, size & of course department. Mens section we walked out for $30 for 3 polo short sleeve shirts. The variety was plentiful but picked over. If you have awhile & dont mind digging it's the store for you.

My family and I love this place. If you don't mind digging, you'll find some great prices on name brand clothes. If you come on a day that's a holiday, then you'll get additional off the already clearance. CAN'T BEAT THAT!! Worth the effort. Happy Shopping!

I have been to both Dillards Clearance centers in the area. And I would give them both the same review: Great deals. Great clothes. I can finally dress the way I want to in the brands I like -- and afford it! The only downside is, the store is huge and somewhat unorganized. While I find great buys, I don't consider my time here relaxing (actually, kind of stressful).

Excellent stock, but is a 3/4 length sleeve considered short sleeve (extra discount) or long sleeve(no extra discount)? They said considered lingsleeve, so nada extra. Oh well. Lots of choices- may find same item marked differently. Bring to their attention & get the lower price. VERY confusing floor layout & BIG facility. But great buys!

a lot of pre-teen and teen girls stuff (among other things). Baby stuff is very limited and shoes are all crazy crazy high heels. Best thing is to call their number once in a while, the recording tells you which departments are on extra sale for that week.

Great stuff at discounted prices. I always find good deals on brand name quality shoes and I love that. Return policy is no returns or exchanges so just buy wisely. Location is not the best but not the worst either, I've never had issues here so it works for me. Btw, they have more than shoes. Clothes, a few purses, few suitcases and bedding, but shoes and clothes are the reasons I come here

I can't believe I've lived in Dallas all my life without knowing about this place. I expected a somewhat trashy thrift-store look, but this store is as nice as normal Dillard's locations. And it's similar - except that it is unbelievably immense and features summer and winter clothes all year round, fairly well organized by size (although the organization isn't perfect; often you'll find medium-sized shirts in the section for large shirts - etc.). And naturally, the prices are great. Note that the sales which take place at regular Dillard's locations aren't necessarily taking place here at the same time. One staff member told me that at this location, the sales often coincide with US holidays (like Columbus Day). Also note that you often need to get in line to visit the fitting rooms (which are elegant).

You will have to visit this place if you have free time and tight budget. Everything is at least 60% off and they have extra discounts every now and then. The fitting room might be busy on the weekends. No one will help you since they don't have many employees here. But you will enjoy shopping here.

The best kept shopping secret in the DFW. I have been shopping here on a regular basis for over 20 years, gladly following them from location to location. I do have to be in a particular mood to shop here though. I don't want to give away too many of my tips and tricks but they do have a great selection of Women's size 11 and even 12 shoes in many trendy and up to date styles for a steal of a price. Visit the clearance centers before here before you go to a regular store, you won't regret it!

Prices are better than in the retail stores, but it is crazy trying to find things. Every garment is mixed in with other sized garments. The store has labels on the racks to keep items separated, but it is too ambitious a task. The sales clerks are ify. You may get a nice, friendly face, but it's a craps shoot. It's just short of a battle zone. However, if you have the time to look, you can find something that makes it worth it.

If you have a little bit of patience, fond of name brand/quality merchandise at a great discounted price, you will LOVE Dillard's Clearance Center. I cannot tell you how often I have received compliments on items I've purchased here and my bragging is all about the GREAT deals. The items are already marked down, and you get an additional percentage off of the already marked down price. I usually view the website to see what will be marked down during the week. They are generally open Tuesday - Saturday from 12noon - 7pm and Sunday from 12noon - 6pm. Check them out, I do not believe you will be disappointed! I will upload some pics of items I've purchased at a later time.

So I been here a couple times. First the dressing room attendant says make sure your put your clothes back on a hanger, ok cool. But the I tried to give them to her and she tells me to hang it on a full rack. I’m like I suppose to drop all my stuff to figures out how to make these clothes fit. That’s not even the worst. I’m in the women’s and the girls just sitting down in the corner talking. I go back to the fitting room and the other lady sitting down on her phone . Horrible customer !
