They are extremely lacking in customer service. Found what I was looking for but not in my size. There's no one there to assist you. I went to the customer service desk and they were very indifferent when I asked if someone could possibly check to see if they had my size. The rep pretty much blew me off. I will not be going back.

I’m never comming back to this store. Such a big store during holidays just 4 cashiers with 100 people waiting on line . I just came here for a return but still they send me all the way back to the line . The staffs are too rude to handle the customer.. worst experience ever

I like this place because there are good shoes at prices you can afford.The people here are neutral they aren’t rude but they also aren’t friendly.There is quite a bit of decent clothes which I hope stays like that,and there are a lot of other things too ranging from candy all the way to furniture.Honestly this place is really good the only problem is the checkout lines.There are almost always only two of them available so the line is quite long.Other than that great place to go shopping.

Good deals on clearance. The Arlington store didn't have as much on the clearance rack. I found some cute tops and blouses for under $10 and a pair of lucky brand jeans for under $20. They fit so good and so comfy. My new fave jeans.

Except for not seeing any sales people on the floor, the employees were nice. The store is pretty big and has a pretty big selection. Every store has different stuff, but that is the way Ross is too. I love their baby selection and that they have a little of everything. Plus the air conditioning is nice.

Burlington, you have great winter coats.... in 2x and smaller. Your selection of coats in size 3x didn't exist, only 4x down stuffed marshmallow coats way too thick and hot for Texas. And there was only three of them. The rest of your big and tall outerwear consists of graphic pullover sweat hoodies.
