I went to several costume shops, after shopping at Bootiques I was able to purchase everything we needed plus the owner went into her attic and storage to locate my husband an antique gun holder to complete our costumes. Above 5 star for sure!!!

Amazing place and people! I've never been to such a clean and organized costume store in my life. And to have the employee dressed up in a skeleton costume telling you to have a wonderful day with a big smile was just icing on the cake

I visited last week sort of last minute looking for a costume to wear to a Halloween party (yes, in June). Kayla and Sarah are amazing. Took me through the store and gave me so many viable options in my size. I ended up renting and they made the entire process so simple. I returned my costume this afternoon and had another great experience and interaction with staff. Thank you so much!

Horrible service. Went to Bootique looking to rent some costumes for our party. The girl who said she was the manager smelt like smoke and was trying to tell me I could rent any package costume. I asked her “why would I rent a package costume that I felt was not of quality when I can get similar ones at Spirit or Walmart for less.” Also asked, “if someone rents a costume in a package, how do I know it’s clean?” She said they spray them. The young lady mumbled something and left. I was very disappointed with the attitude and service. Prices were higher then others. Personally don’t recommend going there.

The store was awesome! They had a great selection, and way better quality than most costume stores. They had just about everything you could possibly think of. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 would be my experience with one of the employees. She was pretty rude and unprofessional to say the least. With that being said though, the majority of the staff seemed friendly and helpful based on what I saw of their interactions with other customers.

Went in looking for a corset to wear for the Renaissance festival this weekend!! Ashley, the owner was there and fit me to make sure I got exactly what I needed!! Great selection! Whether you need a Halloween costume, a costume for a kids birthday party, or something to wear to the midnight rocky horror show.... they have it!! Friendly and helpful!!
