Poor customer service...... The manager doesn't seem like he cares of his customers. He said: "If you want it, then just buy it. If not, just walk away"... It was so rude... So I called their Customer Service in which I heard saying: "Regretfully, we have nothing to do with that". You guys are the worst!!!!!

Great customer service! I called in to place an order over the phone to purchase sandals that were sold out online. The sales associate that I spoke with was extremely helpful and kind (even though I called less than an hour before the store was closing!) She also assisted me in ordering a pair of earrings that I was interested in. The store did not have them in stock however, she ordered them for me, with two day shipping! Pleased to have received better customer service with this Nashville location than I do at my home location in Charlotte, NC- I may even call in orders through here just because :)
