The person below who says the employee relations are good obviously doesn't know anything. Every single white employee that has worked here has quit due to how terrible they are treated and how racist Antonio and Robert are. And how poorly the owner treats the employees, like they're dogs. One time he was so rude to his employee, a CUSTOMER started crying. On top of the employees being treated terrible, the company always has the same "sales" which arent really anything different than usual. They just change the name. "Valentine's Day sale 3 for 333" "Christmas sale 3 for 333" it's all garbage. once Antonio and Robert leave that store , it'll go out of business. The only customers are customers that go there every year and guess what, they're not white...

The staff are friendly and helpful. I was greeted warmly when I walked in, pointed to my requested section, and given space to shop. Huge selection of a variety of shirts, ties, shoes, belts, and suits. I bought a shirt and tie but I'll be back for a suit (which earns you a shirt, tie, belt, and socks).

DO NOT USE!! They told my sister THE WEEK of her wedding that they were short three ties for her wedding. Even though they had had the order for months. Very unapologetic. Additionally, a pair of suit pants that was ordered for the wedding came in so small that it was unable to be altered to fit - EVEN THOUGH, the guy who ordered them went in to be fitted. They had one job. And they failed at a most important time. Do not give them your business because you cannot count on them to do what you paid them to do, or care that they screwed it up.

No help at all. No one greeted us and a lady and a man looked me right in my face and did not say a word. Was near me and I complained to my son that "they didn't say hello, hi , or can I help you " then the man with a smile on his face said "Hello" .. smart ass! I will not spend my money to provide ungrateful employees a check. People really need jobs and the don't appreciate the one they have. Getting off my soap box.

I went into the store around May of last year to set up the account for my wedding. I had 8 groomsmen most of which live out of state & definitely out of the city of Memphis so we were assured that all groomsmen could call in & give the measurements over the phone to order the suits. When my groomsmen started calling in their sizes & order a few weeks ago, they were told there was no account under my name & no wedding party on file. Once I called to clear things up, we were told that our file had been thrown away due to no one calling & them not knowing if our wedding was even still on. Also, during the call we were told that the suits we had picked were discontinued but we never received a notification call about this from the store. I am 70 days out from my wedding & have no suits! If you’re planning on using this place for your wedding suits, DON’T! Save yourself the stress!

We were taken care of by a fabulous sales lady, Gloria! What a treat. They have a huge selection of men’s wear and really do have a good selection of suits at the $149 including shirt, belt, tie and socks they advertise! Others suits are also great prices including the same. You can even substitute a tie for the belt. Will be going back!

The New York Suit Exchange has some of the best rates for high quality suits in the Memphis area. Even though their rates are a lot cheaper than other suit places, the quality of their suits is amazing. My husband and his groomsmen looked as handsome as can be all thanks to the New York Suit Exchange team. Their alteration process is also a breeze and quick. They have a wide selection of suit types and colors as well. We highly recommend this shop!

Pleased that my three men received their suits on the date they said we would....however, EXTREMELY unleashed with the work. Measurements were taken for all three of my guys the day we went into the store. The day of our wedding started horribly! My youngest son's suit was entirely too big...this included pants and shirt! My mom had to pin & staple his clothing to make him look decent for our wedding. There was no time to have the suit taken back to NEW YORK SUIT EXCHANGE! For the amount of money we spent in this store, I was and still am UNSATISFIED! I will never recommend anyone to this store, nor will my men ever visit this store AGAIN!

I walk the store, place is dead, and there are three salesman, a cashier and a manager staring at me like a hungry pack of wolves. All I needed was to see if I could be sized for a simple vest for my cousins wedding, and considering I was a return customer they wouldn't mind helping me on such a slow day. The manager in a blatantly rude manner told me they don't do charity and asked me to leave. Now I see why they are hurting so bad for business. My mother and Aunt plan weddings and after such horrible customer service I can't help but warn them and others about these cold sad people.

Bought 2 suits, 4 shirts, 3 Ties and a pair of shoes for a really great price. Suits fit very well and are confortable. I have to say that I feel like I got a lot better suit than they got for my money! I will be back. Also, The customer service was bar-none. Thanks guys and gals!
