I have used this store on several occasions to obtain items that I needed, all the way from vampire teeth and fake blood to masks, to liquid latex for special effects. I have always had an excellent experience, and especially have benefited from the knowledge of the staff. Kudos to a great place to shop!

Buyers Beware. I have always tried to support local small business when they have what I need, but I will never use nor recommend this business to anyone. Customer Service is non existant and the lady in the store is very rude. I bought an item which I needed to return in original unopened package, the next day. The lady very rudely informed me that they do not give refunds and that I should have read the sign in the window. (the door indeed does have a sign which states in letters appx "this" size, that you better make sure that the item is what you want befor you leave the store). I would have been happy to exchange for another item, but this is also not allowed. Any reasonable attempt towards customer service would have been appreciated. You will not find it at Beauty and The Beast Costumes!!!

By far my favorite costume shop. It just isn't Halloween if I have not been in Beauty and the Beast! I love the staff. They are always so helpful and very knowledgeable. I consider this store to be one of the areas treasures.

We were just there and will not go back. I was looking for a long black curly wig. I called before hand and spoke to a very nice friendly lady that said they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but had some that might work. When I arrived there was an elderly lady that was there and she tried to help a little but was clearly annoyed that I was interfering with Steve Harvey. I then opened a wig with a snap flap did not tear anything just to see how long it was, I did this right in front of her as I wasn't trying to hide it. She snapped, said I bought couldn't I read, etc. She followed me watch me shop so I went to check out and she was confused on how to run my card, was hateful, and I told her she didn't need to be rude and yell and my husband told her we wouldn't be back and she said good. ALL THE WHILE MY 9 YEAR OLD IS STANDING BY THE FRONT DOOR READY TO LEAVE. THIS WAS HER FIRST EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS.. and there is signs on the floor but this store does have alot of clutter and I was looking up at the wall..

Unbelievably huge selection! Much lower prices than those places that pop up around Halloween. All kinds of stuff for adults and kids. Lots of unusual costumes that you just don't see anywhere else. Nothing in the store that you can't show to your mom or little kids. GREAT for Spirit Week as well as school functions.

A few years ago I vowed to never come back to this place due to the lack of customer service and rudeness by the staff. However, if you need a prop and it's not Halloween this is basically the only option. Please note- Rudeness is still there and shes the old one. Susan is way more helpful.
