Awhile ago I returned an article of clothing that didn't fit and for some reason they gave me a Kohls cash slip with the amount. I originally bought the item with a gift card, so asked about getting the amount put back on a gift card and they said "No, this will work" When they handed it to me I noticed it had a expiration date on it. I told them I lived over an hour out of town so didn't know when I would be back to use this. They said, "that date doesn't matter since it was a return" Well of course when I go use the Kohls Cash slip (a month later) the cashier won't accept it & keeps mentioning about the past date. I explained several times what I was told from my return at my last visit, and he called over a manager & I got no where. So there went $37 down the drain that should have been put back on a gift card to begin with!!!! Also, I can see why they have such turn over with their employees. They treat them terrible (I had a family member and a friend work there within the last year).

I waited my turn in line at customer service. Was very impressed with how quick that part went. However, once it was my turn to make my amazon return, the cashier complained to me about her job, then preceded to answer 3 calls in my 5 minute exchange. Meanwhile, I had my bar code up to scan, item, packaging from amazon order all ready to go. Meanwhile, two other customer service reps watched her from their stations. Each of whom had started and finished with two different customers.

The clothes are fine, but I hate shopping gimmicks - this chain store is FULL of them. Rather than buying a 2nd item at half price if I pay full price for first item, just let me buy 1 item at 25% off. I don't need 2 of the same thing. And, since I did my shopping today already, forget about Kohls cash - another gimmick for sales in a mandatory additional shopping spree. I realize jcpenney tried this and failed. But it's just simple math to me. #salesgimmickssuck

Decent sized shopping center for the small town. This shopping center nice. It has a wide selection of household goods and gadgets. Many items on sale or clearance. The staffs are great. The restrooms are clean. The store is wide and items are organized well. The items are well priced and made easy to go through.

I went there for a work jeans and I ended up doing the BOGO sale instead. I had 2 pairs of jeans, one of one brand and one of the other. Per the "Managers" advice, I got two pairs of the same jeans because they had "less frequency of returns." One of the pairs of jeans has 3 holes in the groin area and the other pairs tag washed off after the first wash and only after 2 months. Cheap and misleading.

Extremely nice and helpful staff! If there’s complications they seem to easily resolve it for you. Finding items you want is a little hard because everything is jumbled together but finding a staff member and asking them where it is helps and is very easy. Overall the store is very clean and the clothing, jewelry, and other miscellaneous products are well made.

Employees were too busy talking amongst themselves to help customers, myself included. Got nothing but side-eyed every time I walked by one. Not a single hello, not a "Can I help you find anything?", nothing but a cold shoulder. Customers were just as rude, even though I know there's nothing Kohl's can do about their fan base, still makes me loose hope for humanity. I walked around the store 5 times, by employees (the same ones) multiple times, and not one single employee had said hello or offered to point me in some direction. I understand that it was a Saturday and obviously during peak hour, but obviously Khol's employees don't care about their job and have plenty of time to stand and point rude fingers at customers.

They have a large plus size selection but it lacks updated styles as most department stores do in that category. Always good deals, especially if you're a card holder. You can go shopping and get at least 50% off every time if you pay attention to your coupons.

Kohls is one of very few dept. Stores left in Sioux Falls. I was in the store at 5:00 and the racks were a jumbled mess of hangers. The reality of retail is large corporations do not pay their employees enough to make a nice looking store. Why does the cash register person "debate" taking cash or a bank debit card? Not everyone in America lives off retail credit cards.

The only reason it gets one star is for the return policy. Otherwise this place is more expensive than Macy’s and jcpenney combined. There are no good deals here and the confusing coupons make it worse. I knew an employee here personally and they said the pay was minimum wage with poor management. I’m not surprised!

If you have to ask them to hold something for you for two days, only one day longer than their standard holding policy, will say it's fine and that they can do it for you and they'll write the date that you're going to come pick it up on the holding tag. But when the day comes that you actually come to pick it up, only two days later, they'll tell you that they put your item back on the floor because it went past the holding day policy even though they told you they could keep it for you. Like make up your mind either you can keep it for me or you can't but you can't tell me you can and then not do it. Screw this place. Train your employees properly. Don't have them give your customers misinformation.

If you haven't heard, they're having a sale. Only three stars... Nope four, they have great Star Wars gear! The loose a star for the lame, over priced electronics department. If your a dude, and looking for jeans, hit up Gordmans across the street. Way more up to date styles. If you like the standard Levi's, roll the dice here.

We love this place! The prices are reasonable, they have designer clothes and popular name brands. The quality of their products are high quality and they stand behind what they sell. They have a no questions asked return policy and if the item doesn't fit they let you get the one that does without issues. The Kohl's cash is an excellent bonus and a great incentive to keep coming back. My family and I have been shopping Kohl's for almost 20 years and do not have 1 complaint. The staff is extra helpful and that is just another perk to shopping here!

Very clean, had helpful and freindly staff when I visited. More of a selection of ovarious items besides cloths than other Kohl's that I have visited. Including tech section, appliance section, bathroom supplies.
