This is store is awesome, came in and gave them what I was going for. They were able to work with the look I wanted and made some recommendations as what to go with. We ended up finding something that worked, and they also took care of steaming my suit to make sure that I would look my best at my event. Atmosphere was great, it's what drew us in. We only purchased wedding package, which review is strictly concerning. We placed our original order at the end of January, hoping to receive the tux by mid April. I'm not sure on time line of mistakes but the reasoning behind the poor review is it is now June and the tux has been ordered in the wrong size and now wrong color, so we are still waiting. Update: Tux was ordered correct the third time. Unfortunately, white shirt was ordered wrong and groom is gone for military event until wedding, which leaves no time to try on. David was aware of the timeline. During last conversation with David I was disappointed with his professionalism. He was more concerned about telling me I had to change my review then he was that I had come to pick up the grooms white shirt, which he did not have ready when it is 1 week before the wedding. Have attached other reviews from people who used David Jones for wedding tux's.

Overpriced clothing. Decent service. Google before you buy anything here! I bought some clothes here and realized I paid twice as much as I could have. After looking up how much the clothes cost I found out it would have been half the price I paid if I had bought them on Amazon. David has dress shirt's for sale here for $150 when the MSRP for the same shirt online was $59 directly from the manufacturer. Suits for $300+ that go for $138 on Amazon. The only benefit to getting clothes here was to get them tailored (which costs extra) without having to go find a tailor on my own, which isn't that much work anyways. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend buying here unless David can price match the clothes or if you just like paying double or triple the price.

I was promptly greeted by Larry(sp) upon entering the store and was offered a beverage and he asked about me clothing needs. He was helpful and attentive but actually worked with David Jones too. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great insight. I ended up buying a new sports coat, shirt, couple pairs of slacks and a new tie. We choose to go with David Jones as soon as we walked in the door for multiple reasons. He has great etiquette, made us feel comfortable, and staff was just as welcoming. It was a warm and welcoming environment which was important to us because, we had been to 3 other places before we were fortunate enough to accidentally stumble upon Mr. Jones. I couldn’t be more happy that we did. His place is LGBT friendly. They were able to fit my fiancée into a suite while still be able to make her look feminine just like she asks. Any problems or questions we had were addressed immediately and taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. He has suites to accommodate anyones budget as well as quality. I am thankful that we randomly found this store while previously going to 3 other suit stores that either A) Treated us like we don't exist or B) Being told they only rent. I needed a suit for my wedding and need suits for all the brides men and fathers. I am a woman so finding a place that wouldn't judge and made sure to find a suit to fit me perfectly was important to me. David worked with us 100% of the time and had no judgement. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the way I looked. He made sure to ask me how I wanted to look and I told him Feminine as much as possible. He did just that. This is a LGBTQ friendly business. David Jones is professional and gives great customer service. The only issue we ever had was with his previous employees, losing paperwork and measurements. David was very helpful and resolved the problem. I am very pleased with my suit and will being going back to buy more.
