I had just started a job at a new Surgery center and was in search of some work clothes. I wanted to try something second hand at first, because you can get something with character that may be hard to find in local stores. I was new to the area so decided to try Clothes Mentor. Here's my experience: You enter the store, and they do not even acknowledge you. They don't offer any assistance if you needed anything but they are quick to look at you as if they suspect you came in to do anything but shop. I even heard one salesperson apologize to a lady for accusing her of stealing something when that salesperson had just misplaced an item. That's not the sort of customer service I would entrust my business to, especially when it seems that they could care less about why I am actually there versus why they think or prejudge why someone walked into their store.

I really like their selection, sizes and hours. I don’t like that they pay next to nothing for consignments. I consigned a dress that had never been worn and still had the original tags on it and they only gave me $2.00 for it. Sadly, I accepted because I’m losing weight and need clothes and have been consigning my old ones. 90% of the time, the staff is friendly and polite but one Wednesday night I was in looking for a dress to wear to a wedding and a lady working made me feel so bad for trying dresses on. That’s not how a clothing store should be. Regardless, I’m there weekly but the owner should look into that. Lastly, I love their Instagram selections and have bought a lot of the clothes they post on there.

Great selection of quality secondhand fashion at reasonable prices, and the staff does an excellent job stocking the good stuff. Lots of cute plus size apparel, and their shoe and handbag selection is great, too.

I ve been going to Clothes Mentor since the day before they opened. I go about once a week either I buy something or I don't. Usually I buy a little something. All types of clothing, shoes, purses, wallets scarves, socks, jewelry ,they have everything from business attire to all evening attire and casual Something for everybody. The ladies hosting are very friendly and helpful. They are meticulous when it comes to choosing clothes they buy. It's just like buying brand new items. I tell everybody I know about the Clothes Mentor. Even if I don't know them I tell them about the clothes mentor if they ask about something I'm wearing. I enjoy the store!

I have spent a lot of money in this store and was given 20% off for buy so much, went to buy in April of 2019 and was told I was 5 day's late to receive my 20% off! Really? I earned that % off! With the blizzards, work and family members being in the hospital due to the flu season, unreal. Not only that the manager was very cold and rude. I was taking family members in to shop when they came to visit. Never Again will I shop at this place... they watch you like your about to steel their clothes. I'm telling everyone how bad you are to people that shop this store!
