Recently I returned a shirt that I’d ordered online for a different size and color. The clerk did an online order since my size wasn’t available in the store. When the desired shirt arrived at my house, I was charged on my credit card. First I called the main office and was told I’d have to go to the store. I live out of town so I called the store and was told that I’d have to come to the store with all the paperwork to make the exchange. All I was given at the store was the assurance that the correct shirt had been ordered. So I paid twice for one shirt.
