By far the rudest people I have dealt with, I've shopped here for years, sent many people here on several occasions, I will not return. I had a family emergency that required me to go out of town, I called and told them I was not going to be able to bring in the rented costume on time, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very understanding, bring in costume today to be charged $42 for being late. I was told I wouldn't, the lady I dealt was rude and had no customer service skills and talked to me as if I was a child. Yes I understand yall charge late fees but I called way before it was due and they told me it was fine so there was no need for her to talk down to me. I will not return nor send any one I know.

Not only did they follow us around like we were a bunch of thieves, but at checkout their poorly trained employees overcharged my debit card $600 dollars. They were very unapologetic about it and even told me I was responsible for any charges. It has been several days and my account is still overdrawn and I have no cash for anything. I will never go back here and I suggest that you don't either.

I love walking through the store looking at all the costumes for rent or purchase and they have many more choices than any other store. Many accessories to choose from also. They have all types of makeup and consultants to show you how to use. Customer service is usually great. It's a fun experience just to walk through it all.

This place is a disaster. Find another place for costume rental. The customer service is inconsistent. For credit card payments, they make a copy of both your credit card and license. How is not a violation of consumer protection?! Don’t go.

I really enjoy going to this place and looking around. It's the only thing like it in or near town. It is always very swampy and musty inside which comes from the loads of rental clothing. I wish it smelled better and was about 5-10 degrees cooler. I still recommend it if you need costuming things and want to try them on.

I rented a dress that didn't have the size. The (suppose to be) manager said there's nothing she can do. I didn't get to wear the dress and she wasn't pleasant at all! She told me that ACME costom are closing in April so no need to refund my money or give credit. She was screaming at me as I left the building.
