You will see the feddbacks of real people like you who are buying the products and services of Savers (Costumes) near to the state of Rhode Island.
Currently the firm receives a score of 4.0 stars out of 5 and the rating has been based on 95 reviews.
You must have seen that the average score it has is really positive, and it's based on a large number of opinions, so we can conclude that the evaluation is quite accurate. If people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place scores when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Costumes corresponds to the category of Thrift store.
Book sales are not what they post. Returned a book at time of sale priced higher than a new book and still have not received my credit which was over a week ago. They lost my business and clothes are higher prices than Wal-Mart where you get new clothes.
Good cheap items
The best selection for thrift shopping but higher prices in general than DI
Nice variety of items
Nice friendly staff.
Very expensive...$12.00 used sweaters?
Great place to shop for all everyday needs and wants. Great customer service and friendly smiles each time I walk in the door. My favorite place to donate all of my clothes etc.
Love t shop there
They have some nice name brands in new condition.
Amazing!
Loves coming here. All color coordinated!! Loves that!!
Great deals
I went there to put up a poster of our Veterans Day service at the Point is to serve.
Very organized and wide variety of things to choose from. Halloween part of store was was better than mall stores!
The worker named Robin is very nice and helpful
Cheap, found what I needed, employees very nice. Good experience overall. :)
Used to love going here every few weeks and getting some good deals. Seems like in 2017 they became a little too proud of their goods and charge much more than used goods are worth. $18 for a used shirt when I can get it from the sports store new on clearance for $20? C'mon.
Nice stuff sometime but over priced
You can find some good stuff here.
Good place for the eclectic. You can find treasures among the mondane if you look.
We didn't find much today, but it changes all the time. I still like Savers!
Found a magic wand vibrator super cheap super tasty
Friendly customer service.
So honestly the place feels a little dead, but they have a fair selection of clothes. Sometimes the seasonal clothes sell out very quickly.
Just an average thrift store. Cheap prices, fun to wander around. A little dirty but not unexpected. It served it's purpose, and for that- 4 stars.
Good thrift store. I purchase things here to re-purpose. Just picked up a kind sized heavy sheet to use to catch brass when shooting for $3.50. For stars because the store feels kind of grungy.
Great deals good finds!
Price's are getting pretty high
Their supposed to cater for people with disabilities when hiring employees. I have a disability and applied there for one of their job fairs and when the manager looked at my work history and qualifications he said and I quote "it is what it is" and I NEVER heard from him since. I'm tired of people telling me to "get a job" yet no-one will give me a chance! Kind of a double standard or a "catch 22".And I also dont like living on SSI. I am an older person so physical jobs like I did in my younger day are out of the question now. Unfortunately, these are my only qualifications.
Sometimes the pickings are slim. There nic nacks are expensive unless you donate and have a punch card. Seniors get 30% off on Tues.
Wonderful store and they support the local YWCA, Women's Shelter through thier Donation Program. Always a great selection, so organized and easy to shop!
Wasn't impressed with the prices.
The Savers at 75th and Bell rd is so nice. Very organized and put together. The staff are very receptive and nice also. I'll go out of my way to go to this one
Always find more than I needed
This particular location and the store manager Barbara were great! We had bought a dell tablet for approximately 35 dollars. And it did not have a charger and is sold as is. It however have enough charge on it to power up. Long story .. We went across the lot to staples to get a charger. We were informed the tablet was about 7 yrs out of date and getting a charger was going to be challenging. We went back to Savers explained the story to Barbara and she easily and happily let us get something of equal or greater value on the spot.. I walked away with a fabulous Coach.. And it's the real deal for just 5 buck more !
I go to this store quite often. Their prices are steadily going up. The items in their glass case are way over priced. There have even been fake items in there for retail price. I'm not sure who does their pricing, but they need to research a bit more. These items aren't even thoroughly tested to make sure that they work properly, so you are taking a huge risk. Many of the employees are very unpleasant also. It's actually getting worse. They block the aisles, and often don't move for customers. One of the cashiers is pretty rude. She doesn't even look at customers as they check out. She doesn't say good bye or wish you a good day. She will hand you your receipt without looking at you, and not say a word. She then moves on to the next customer. Another, Lupe, is completely unprofessional. She told me my price tag was incorrect on my product. She accused me of switching it, and called a manager. The manager told her it looked just fine. When the manager walked away, she still accused me. I come in here almost every day, and dont deserve that kind of treatment. This place really needs to work on customer service. I used to not mind so much since their prices used to be decent. I can't really say that as much anymore. If it gets much worse, I may not come back at all. I have spent quite a bit of money there. I hope it improves.
Seems like a good thrift store. Prices were ok, staff was friendly.
Overpriced for profit thrift store.
Great place to thrift shop
Super ch
Over priced !!! Never again. Go to Platos closet much better
The stuff they wanna sell is very priced garbage
One of my favorite thrift stores.
Has cool stuff, little price for the offing though
Love this place
Very clean and have good stuff
Lots of clothes for all ages very big Store
The worst thrift shop on town. Again, keyword here is thrift shop. They tend to forget that they are a secondhand store that gets their merchandise donated. Absolutely no reason to sell a book for over $10. When I can literally purchase the book brand new for less. Everything is completely overpriced. Everything. The blonde manager is horribly rude..corporate needs to fire her and get someone who actually cares about taking care of customers.
I have found so many awesome deals here. I bought a 20 gallon fish tank like new with lights and filters and decorations for 35$. And I bought a hard back illustrated copy of the Lord of the rings trilogy for 5$.
You're the only place in town that the thrift store that still sells Hot Wheels Matchbox so then my favorite store
Kinda expensive for second hand store!
Great selection of vinyl - but I am not sharing which days to find it.
Over priced and it's all donated stuff they separate the coats if there's a liner and charge sometimes just as much as the Maine coat...
Cool stuff.
4 stars cuz some stuff is priced high for no reason but got some cheap clothes here for fraction of what american eagle wants
great place to work! Awesome enviroment and very helpful sales staff. find awesome treasures and quality products such as clothes and books, houshold goods etc.
Way over priced! Saw a few Halloween decorations in there today that were marked at $25/ ea. Saw the same ones in Safeway this morning for $5/ea. Most items were proceed higher than other (better) thrift stores in the area without having a higher quality.
It's a little pricey for a thrift shop. But you can find almost everything you need.
I've been coming to this location since they opened. Great customer service, lots of new items come in everyday and are priced at a respectable price. You'll find rare items such as jewelry, video games, musical equipment etc behind the glass near the cashiers. Donations are also welcome at this location as they're welcome at all locations.
My favorite thrift store in the FM area. Always have what I'm looking for.
Large selection, decent promos, and a great stock of Halloween costumes!
Friendly staff. Always great prices!
I always find something here. Excellent for DVDs
Good prices, but I was followed around like I was going to shoplift.
Expensive for 2nd hand clothing
Wow are they high priced! $12.99 for a pair of girls jeans. Snow boots were also spendy. Used items? Come on Savers....You aren't helping the poor & needy
Great selection. It's a thrift store so don't have too high of expectations, but I have found some awesome things here!
WAY WAY over priced. Lots of stuff, but Walmart is cheaper and new!
Pretty spendy for a thrift store
Decent selection for a decent price.
Kinda more spendy now but still a good thirft store
Lots of item's sort of pricey
Good cheap stuff.
Great deals!
savers is hit and miss. Pants, especially jeans you are better off buying at walmart or kmart. But random decor, dishes, and used board games tend to be very cheap. Furniture is hit or miss. I've gotten a decent couch there for fifteen and then seen a crappy one for $35. Customer service is also inconsistent. Sometimes people there go out of their way to make you feel welcome, appreciated, and that you find what you're looking for and sometimes you can tell they couldn't care less. In short (or long I suppose) savers is worth a look but don't hinge your shopping for anything on it being amazing. Wise Buys is better for pricing particularly on clothes and baby gear.
Much better than a few months ago.
So many things to see.
Always different inventory and items on hand. Just wish the inside was a little cleaner.
I liked shopping here cause everything was organized in size, women's, mens , etc. The store was very neat how you had signs knowing what was where. Everything was in good shape and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely come back & tell people about Savers now that I finally made it there!!! LOVE IT!!
Lots to choose from, and decent prices. Women's, men's ,and children's clothing. Shoes , accessories. Home .
It's a thrift store, it smells like a thrift store, and stuff is dirty like a thrift store. That said, I can usually find what I need and with the area people donate some pretty nice brands. More often than you think you find brand new stuff with tags still on. They also do a Halloween special and stock brand new Halloween costumes, makeup, etc. My go to thrift store
Some awesome cool stuff here, ya can find some neat things for the house Some decent workout clothing. I found some brand new denim shorts score! Ya just gotta look. I found a really cool pair of shelves with candles holders that match a picture another score. I just bought a house so saving is Key. Certainly as with anything if ya buy second hand clothing wash wash!!! Review everything you buy to ensure the condition and be an informed buyer. A great place to find treasures.
Just be aware if you go here, bring your own bags or pay for a paper bag. Also our checker was quite rude.
Long waiting for cashers but other wise great
Terrible customer service. Signage in the store is misleading! Sign says 15" bears are $2.99 but cashier refused to honor that price ! Cashier was rude and "manager" she called over wouldn't even acknowledge me.
One of the less nice savers in Utah. More run down and less high quality stuff for sale.
You find great things for a great price, but I always get allergies because of the dust everywhere.
Nice
I often checked in here, and had been for awhile now, anytime I had passed by and had an hour or so to spare, to poke around, bc they get stuff in, priced, and out daily, so I'd check in often. They have a great selection of books, kids toys, clothes for everyone, a decent knick knack and housewares section. The furniture area is often messy tho. But, besides that, it used to be an absolute fav of mine. The prices used to perfect.... However... The last time I was there, tho, I noticed the prices have gone up QUITE a BIT, and when I thought about it, I wondered if it was bc there was a 50% Off sale coming up (when I worked at a Savers in the past, not this one, they would tell us, as pricers, to remember that the half off sale was in 3 weeks, 2wks, etc, to go higher than usual with the pricing), and sure enough, the following week, a 50% sale was happening. This was the first time I had noticed this in this particular Savers. I've honestly been back only once since then. It's such a huge turn off to find any store doing that, but especially when it's a thrift shop doing this. The very idea of the 50% sale, is to get a great deal! When they jack up the price so much so, that a shopper has to wonder if a half off sale is close, that's absurd. So, ya, I have been completely disappointed with this store.
Cool and a fun place
The prices were expensive for what I was paying for.
Good service. The only thing I do not like is how dirty your hands get from the hook of the hangers.
Great deals! They have fairly cheap prices but they do rotate color of the day for tags that will be fifty percent off. We went tho the veterans day sale and the whole store was fifty percent off. We got my husband a nice winter coat for like $10 bucks. I found some sweat pants for $1.50.
I love going to this Savers. Selection is hit or miss but that is just the nature of Savers. The staff has always been nice to work with when I go and the store is pretty well organized.
Savers is the only second hand store I will shop at
The inventory is good. Most prices are marked & accurate. Sales are frequent and good. Things (aside from toys) are well organized & in the correct places by type & size. I've had some amazing finds. Great source for vintage goods & even recent trends.
Geat price but NEVER BUY AHEAD!!! I'm on disability, bought a table and desk for my daughter after her husband died. I'm fully epileptic. My seizures acted up real bad!! Didn't pick up in 24 hours. I lost 49 dollars when u only get 760 a month that is a million to me. Now I had to tell her sorry mom lied I don't have it for u. It makes me sad how RUDE people can be. Hope it gets better for all
Found some good shirts and a dress for my daughter. I love how they hang the pants on the rack so size is super easy to see. BUT I will never be back because they stole my money. When I checked out my total was approximately $33 for a dress (40% off), 6 kids shirts, and a kids pair of jeans. I ended up throwing the receipt away that day. Today when I checked my bank statement the savers had charged me $67 and some change. Of course I don't have my receipt anymore and the store manager says there is nothing he can do.
Savers is a super store - I always find something amongst the racks. They hang the clothing items so it is easy to scan through brands and sizes. Dressing rooms can get crowded - would be better with more - but they have a great selection of clothing and housewares - worth the visit.
Good selection, less picked through then other thrift stores and they have daily deals.
I go here quite a bit. Usually by myself. A couple months ago . I left my wallet . I'm a server and it had ally tips in it. When I returnes to get. They had found it and ALL my money was there . Then a couple weeks ago I left my phone . Once again they found it and was returned to me . I always have a pleasant experience here. And I just wanted to give a shout out to their honest Goos hard working employees
Great variety, clean, friendly staff
There was hardly any lines open for the amount of people waiting to check out! They never smiled or asked me if i found everything ok! They made me feel like a low life shopping for cheap clothes. I will never step foot in ur store again. I was made to feel like a second rate citizen. No one should ever be made ro feel like that nobody.
Trashy place. Smelled like poopy diapers in half the store. Good deals though...
You can always find something unique here! Unfortunately, unless you shop the sales, you'll often be paying as much for it as you would new. Wasn't worth it- hit Deseret Industries instead!
Our favorite among all the Thrift stores
Great stuff for cheap. Huge selection
Was fun thrifting
Gems! Gems! Gems! This is my go to place for name brand clothing. If u can keep an open mind to used clothes u should give this place a try. There is nothing that a washer and a dryer can't fix if u wanna look good.
Huge selection of used items, many if which are very high quality. They separate items by size and type which makes clothes shopping a breeze! I love how they hand the pants on their sides so that waists are visible. I highly recommend!
Spend less and get more, wow!
The store was so dusty I couldn't breathe it was disgusting
I find things, for the most part, to be clean and well-organized; besides that, the staff is friendly and helpful - and the store is well lit! "Thrift store pricing" seems to have increased generally in our area; I don't find Savers to be out of line that way-and I appreciate being able to help support the YWCA shelter this way.
Old building, terrible parking lot. Seems unclean.
Great place to find good used clothes at sweet prices.
I used to buy 20-30 bags of their toys each visit.t' hey are priced anywhere from 2.99 to 20.00 now..prices are eBay based,I won't be back.
Nicely organized but extremely pricey IMHO. 13$ for a sundress. 8 for a shirt. A few good find, but wish we had visited on a discount day. We pass thru once every year and prices seem to get higher each visit
I found original slush!
You will always find something you just have to have.
A+
Huge selection of clothing and hugely over priced items! Greedy! Both bathrooms closed for over an hour, many customers upset. Staff member cleaning them said he didn't know how long they would be closes they have to dry. Why didn't he get fans in there so customers could use the restrooms right away? There are people with disabilities that have to use restrooms quickly. They price items according to ebay which is a worldwide auction website that sells WORLDWIDE! This store is in Sioux Falls SD. $35 overpriced vase and dirty stained overpriced purse I saw when I was there.
There is always a hidden gem in this store and the people are just great but quircky. It's like a sitcom in real life. You will love this place.
Don't let the outside fool you; it's very large, clean and nice inside. Be careful with the potholes
This is a mainstay on my route when I go thrifting. You don't often get lucky with computers or parts, but when you do the prices are some of the best in town. I have also bought more books from this shop than I have from Barnes & Noble.
50% off everything today. Can't beat it
nice place browse for clothing or housewear
It is so well-known that it has become over-picked and pricey
Nice selection. Priced a bit higher. Staff is super friendly and helpful!
I couldn't believe it. This store is ridiculous! Asking $16 for used cargo shorts, $18 used shoes, $15 for long sleeved button up. Children's clothes almost all $10 or more. Stores like this are supposed to be designed for LOW income families to be able to affordable clothe there families, it's the reason so many well off people donate thier clothes to places like this so they can feel like they really helped someone. Not a chance with this store, I don't know if it's the management here or the chain as a whole, but the prices are absolutely sky high I've never seen prices this high at any thrift/second hand store. I don't recommend ever going here their, there are plenty of other options in town there's 3 goodwill just in sioux falls you could even go to plato's closet and spend less money plus the clothes would be in better condition. I'm starting a petition and will be getting signatures this weekend to send to their corporate location asking for them to review there outrageous prices anyone interested in signing send me a message.
I love the variety of items they have here, literally anything you could think of at your finger tips. The staff is kind as always and very helpful.
Great deals
Was able to get what I wanted..
Got 50% off today with a member card, great work clothes
Love savers
Love this place! Especially for fun cheap home decor items and projects!
We live out of state, but paid a visit again. They have improved the look and selection in the past years for clothing (and it was already good before). Wish we had this store in Wisconsin. Only down side is that the toy section is skimpy and rather picked through.
Great finds
Old cashier was kind of picky, asked about irrelevant things
Affordable gently used items
Savers is definitely my favorite secondhand store. It has a surprisingly good selection for a thrift store, as well as regular sales and a club card program that can't be beat.
More used denim jeans, good prices.
Great prices and good variety of products, I had a nice time browsing during my visit.
Love this place.. every time I go in there I come out with half the store
I absolutely love savers they are so clean and organized. The staff is so friendly and I always love going to savers. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been there and I have always found something I like. Savers have a wide selection of clothing and house decor for every style.
Prices keep going up!
The manegment is very rude and disrespectful
Great deals, wish they had more than one larher dressing room though.
Tus a must try!
Freindly staff and large selection of vintage game systems and games!!
I love the brand names that I can find here . just the prices are not even fear, they are high for people who only make 10 bucks for hr , also high for donated items. Every time I come I only can get a few items because the prices are out of my budget.
Like goodwill but larger
Average thrift store. Not a whole lot in the way of vintage or cowboy shirts. Sometimes pricing seems a Lil bit high for used clothes.
You literally could spend hours in this store!! Such a great selection to choose from, very good layout that flows great! Very wide variety of brands to choose from.. anything from Walmart brand to high end brands such as Calvin Klein, guess, coach and much more!! The employees are friendly and helpful when needed! Love it!!!
Great place for treasures
Purchased $16.45 was charged $164.91!!!!!!!!! It was a mistake by the friendly cashier, but the female manager she alerted for help acted irretated & short with me. She processed a REFUND. I told her this is NOT A REFUND you overcharged me $148.46 It is not a refund! She processed it as a REFUND. I asked why .... On my receipt it said "mode online" when you charged me but my "REFUND" mode was "offline"? She continued to tell me " that's how is processed that's how it's done. I asked for the manager HIS NAME IS JEFF!!!! He told me told me that's how it's done. And it will take up to 3 days for my REFUND. I continued to tell him It's not a """REFUND""" you over charged me $$$$148.46$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!TOTAL TYING UP MY ACCOUNT $$$164.91$$$$!!!!I told Jeff I'm calling my bank, and he told me """that's how it's done, & that his wife works for the same bank and she'd tell you the same.""" WELLS FARGO JEFF knows he should have takin care of the customer by doing a TRANSACTION REVERSAL & given the transaction reversal number. JEFF continued to say he's done REFUNDS FOR 7 years! He's always done it like that. Well JEFF 7 yrs of treating customers with the wrong option when being overcharged says A LOT about your managerial skills. If you did the TRANSACTION REVERSAL maybe corporate would catch it. And it would put a"ding" against your performance measures. And those you supervise & train. You are In THE WRONG JEFF!!!
good store
If I could give 0 stars I would. One of their employees GROPED ME while I was shopping at the Orem location. I reported it to management, and Corporate. Said they would follow up with me about what happened with the employee but NOTHING WAS EVER DONE. HE STILL WORKS THERE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE OR YOU WILL BE GROPED AND THEN IGNORED WHEN YOU REPORT IT. They didn't take me seriously. This is a joke. I won't be donating or shopping their ever again.
Uh.... Yeah. That's all I have to say. 0__o
Many items are broken or dirty. The staff is not very helpful. Some items are priced higher than new.
Found some brand name clothing for a great price. Good selection of book's.
Unique items
Very poor customer service. The only thing the cashier said to me was my total & that was after a great pause of me waiting before offering my payment.
I love Savers! Cheap clothes and toys and good quality for second hand stuff. My little boy loves to play with the toys there and no one ever bothers us.
Great deals, I could spend hours there. It was half price day!
almost everything is high in price for use stuff.
This is an awesome Savers. It's pretty big, and relatively clean compared to other Savers. The staff are extremely friendly, especially that guy with the mustache. I really like buying puzzles here. There's a great selection of puzzles, and they get a ton of new ones every week. Plus some little old lady who donates a lot of puzzles often writes on the back how many pieces are missing. They sell a lot of stuff for halloween, too, and at that time they get a ton of new costumes. Their donation people are really great to work with. It's pretty easy to see and drive up to give donations, and the workers are really muscly and can lift even the heaviest things out of my car.
Very clean. Bring your own bags. Helpful staff, not junky!
Great selection if you're willing to really look. Not super organized but I'd assume that the customers are more at fault for that than the employees
Way over priced it’s a joke. I got like 4 items including a shirt that was $13 and a pair of shorts for $12 and come to find out they didn’t even have a button. All in all I spent $40 on junk cause I’m a dumbass and Savors is overpriced considering everything in there is donated, old, and usually poor quality. You may as well go to Walmart because the prices are the same and it’s brand new there! I mean they literally have a case of shoes for newer shoes like Nikes or Adidas that cost the same price as they do normally ($50).
Some of the stuff is overpriced but I always seem to find something I like.
Omg these guys have gotten SO expensive for used stuff. Like alot of stuff you can get at Walmart for same price!!!! The girls at the check stand are RUDE!!!! The
Good I love
Like a goodwill
Year long garage sale. Always find cool stuff.
I really dislike how this store works. Despite it's size the store manages to have a whole lot of overpriced stuff, overpriced junk. The books are super overpriced despite the volume they have. Old Xbox games are selling for up to $10 for sports titles. The Goodwill in town is a better value for electronics and games. Good deals can be had here but only when the employees are ignorant of the value of an antique and a treasure slips by.
I understand why you got rid of plastic bags but it does make things incredibly difficult when you buy a bunch of items.
Great place to thrift! Their stock is constantly changing.
Need some air freshner
Really well organized and large place. Prices are pretty good considering the majority of merchandise seems to be in good condition.
Over priced and items I don't want to pay retAil for donated items
Cheap clothes that are sometimes great, but you have to sort through everything.
Lately Savers has become super overpriced! This is FREE merchandise are getting and they are trying too hard to make way more money off of it than they should. I noticed the sunglasses and jewelry are always gone because I'm sure they are selling them somewhere else now and making a ridiculous profit. I used to shop there once a week, I will never shop there again. The prices are ridiculous. I love seeing something with a Target price tag on it for $3 but then a Savers price tag that says $5. LOL. Very common. The manager also had a ridiculous 15-minute conversation with my boyfriend who was exchanging $30 worth of clothes I got him for his birthday that didn't quite fit. The manager would only let him redeem $15, half of the original price I spent after a long, heated, time-wasting conversation. Savers has definitely lost it's reason to be there in the first place. To help the impoverished and other customers financially by having lower prices for their FREE merchandise they sell. Terrible management and customer service. So sad. So much GREED. Ridiculous.
Great selection, and awesome prices, not so great customer service.
There prices are a lot higher then the one in Framingham.
DVD player did not work!
This is a great thrift store, it is clean and I always find something I am looking for!
Went in on Saturday 06-02-18. Around 1pm. Rude cashier. She stated they no longer honor discounts for donations, ok no problem as I wasn't gonna use the card, was just holding it in my hand at the moment. They also will be no longer giving out plastic bags for purchases. My family members and I will no longer donate nor will we ever shop at any Savers ever again.
Helpful staff. Nice used things at reasonable prices.
As a home organizer, I drop off items for donation at Savers often as I help to clear the homes of my clients. If I have 30 minutes I wander inside and look for treasures. I don’t buy a lot of items because I’m a believer that you only buy what you need and will use but It’s fun entertainment.
Decent deals, weird music, odd odors, but worth the trip to save money.
Wide variety of used personal items
Too expensive
Good place to start , if you trying to find those hard to find things. And you not sure where to go to find it. Or looking to find things you never know you wanted?
Here we go.... If you want a bag to carry out your purchase you must buy one. I understand the plastic bag thing in the land fill but charging 10¢ for a paper bag? Dam tree huggers.
Quite a few items were way overpriced. Some good finds tho
It was a great place to get items to make a costume.
Nice clean store.
"Great prices and selection to choose from."
Cheap-ish clothes (goodwill is cheaper). Restrooms were disgusting and had broken doors.
My new favorite thrift store in Orem, Utah
Another pricey thrift store. But has a good selection.
Thrift store with used wares, clothes, furniture etc. Lots of clothes. Each day they have a certain color tag on sale and once in awhile they have large clearance events. You can get get some pretty great deals. We actually got our nice leather furniture there, although I don't usually see that type of thing there.
Definitely never seems to be a shortage of stuff you can literally find it all here very friendly staff and prices are great.
Friendly staff. Our value village membership from Winnipeg works here.
The smell was so bad. I was just seeing what they had but I couldn’t even walk in because of the smell.
I love savers! Great products and great prices!
Friendly place.
It was an unplanned place we found while in town for a wedding, loved the store and cashiers, very clean and organized plus we got a military discount!
Always a friendly staff
Great new District Manager.
Clean and easy to find your size and the selección
Love Savers
Prices a bit high on some items. Constantly full of unattended children screaming everywhere.
Prices to high for a thrift store
You can find some good deals, but it is pretty dirty along with some of the donations.
Love this store.
Of the 4 savers I have been to in this city this one is the cleanest with the best layout also side note between savers and good will I prefer savers
I love savers! Great finds and great prices.
Little expensive, but still great value
Found one of a kind treasures in this super clean well-organized store. Helpful and courteous personnel made my experience awesome.
Could use improvement ; i like the one mainly at bell & 35th ave location
Clean, well organized store. It's great to get the 30% off coupons (for donating stuff). But dropping stuff off (making donations) is a pain. DI is much better at this.
Everything Christmas is 50 percent off which is wonderful however everything else is very expensive for used items. Sweaters range from $5.99 to $18.99. The staff is efficient and courtious.
Pretty good thrift store, they have a variety of items from home furnishings to electronics and clothes for men, women and children. I can usually find some pretty nice stuff for only $5 especially a good spot to go for Halloween costumes
Parking lot ain't the best but they have a wide selection of merchandise.
Great place. Never have to pay top dollar!
I was surprised at the selection. We were there for Halloween outfits.
They tend to have a very good selection, but the service and overall feel of DI is usually better. Never really had a better experience, but it just seems more rundown then some other thrift stores.
Pretty solid thrift store, they consistently yield great finds.
Good thrift store with a wide variety of offerings. Tons of clothes, knick knacks, and a surprising amount of furniture is generally in store.
SAVERS ya'll
Great selection, competitive prices
Great stuff and really affordable
Great savings
I absolutely love savers. I work in a scrap yard so I am terrible with my clothes. Not only do I save money but I also give these clothes a new lease on life.... Until I destroy them lol
Great thrift store. Some of the employees aren't that great
Great place for good deals.
Prices or way to hi. And now I have to buy a bag to carry. My stuff our
Love this thrift store! If you donate you will receive a percentage off coupon all the way up to 30% off!
My new favorite place . . It is a place that has a great vibe and I never want to leave .
I'm gonna pop some tags! Pretty much a gigantic treasure hunt. I go there to find cheap books for when I have to fly, or cheap clothing for costumes when I'm making films. And usually, I end up finding something funny or nostalgic along the way.
Great employees and very clean store.
Cool place to donate unwanted items and also buy good items for cheap price. Profits go to charities.
Amazing place, like a cheap Walmart with more variety of brand names! Easy to find, and easy to navigate through
I have consistently found some pretty cool items here. Staff is always polite. I love it.
They have some nice things but want high dollar prices on household items that were donated
First time i was here and it was a horrible experience. We really liked a shirt that was marked on sale 50% off but when we got to the register the manager came over and said no we can't sale it because its the wrong tag. And i said well since that was clearly not our fault can you respect the price on the tag and she started getting bitchy and said no i can loose my job over that. I was really disapointed and i for sure will not come back here is this the kind of behavior we should expect from the managenent there? Well no thanks I'll go spend my money elsewhere else
Dirty and ridiculously priced. They do occasionally have good deals.
Friendly workers and clean but the prices on pop culture stuff are getting crazy. Games, some toys, and vintage...$30 for a game that is $20 retail...
Prices have been raised & if you closed your eyes, you could easily believe you're in Mexico. They speak Spanish on the intercom & there are always little Mexican children running around screaming and crying.
I liked it but alot of stuff is on the spendy side
Very poor selection of produce and shelves always look unkept and bare/empty. Almost looks as if they are closing down.
Great prices. A little messy.
I love going to this trift store, they are very good prices.
Great sale going on! Haven't been there for a while, but you need to bring in a bag. They no longer give you plastic bags. Kudos to Savers!! Also, they have many check out lanes, so the wait is minimal.
The girls working this evening (1/29/17) were completely rude. There were wigs displayed on a mannequin for sale as well as a box full of them they were refusing to sell us. There was also a Sega Genesis i wanted really bad in the display case and they refused to come open it up for me to get. They didnt privide an eta of when they would even come help. They simply refused.
I will not be returning. Prices are far from reasonable for a majority of items. One employee in specific was not friendly and had zero customer service. I asked if I could leave a large mirror behind the checkout so I didn't have to haul it around the store while I was looking at other things and she said that will be fine. I began walking around looking at other things and mostly everything was so far over priced!! I didnt end up finding anything else. My mom found a vase and some home decor. So she walked with me to the checkout line. I noticed the mirror I was interested in was gone. I asked the lady that said it was fine to keep it behind the checkout and she said another employee put it back.... If she had seen another employee taking it she should have spoke up to them and said someone is coming back for that. She continued to check my mom out she didn't offer a bag for my mom to carry her items out and when my mom asked for one she said its 10 cents per bag. Which might I add isn't a big deal but she contined to put glass items in the paper bag with out even wrapping them with newspaper. I asked if she could wrap it in news paper and she said yeah I can I didnt know you wanted it wrapped in paper. Well duh its glass. You should automatically wrap glass in news paper its common sense. Horrible customer service not impressed.
Great stuff, amazing staff. Love this place!!
Don't waste your time.
Prices are high, and sometime rediculous such as $4 for one mason jar. They also sometimes have garbage on the shelf such as pickle jars and oui yogurt containers. Management also has a poor attitude and is not centered around customer service.
Great place to purchase gently used items while helping a great cause at the same time. They have great deals when you sign up for the Super Savers club. It's free to do so in the store.
I love savers❤
Savers is my fave thrift store! I always find good deals on quality brands!
Fair prices and something new every day
Love the staff at this savers, and there has always been something I have found interest in on the shelves
If you look hard enough you can find anything
Great used clothing and goods for very cheap!!!
I'm pleased with staff and service.
Way too expensive for a thrift store!! Don't think I will be coming back!!
Bought a sweater here for seven bucks and it looks sick.
Prices have gone up.
Ever since the song "thrift shop" this place has gotten more and more expensive. Either way its a big store, lots of clothing, glass/housewares along with the usual thrift store vhs player etc. It's well organized and clean and everything is labeled well. Staff was friendly. If you like second hand it's worth checking out but if your a big bargain shopper looking for serious thrift store discounts I wouldnt get your hopes up to high. Update: there prices are laughable. So out of control. A well worn.. VERY WELL WORN (like not a pair you'd even loan a friend unless it was some sort of emergency../.. The kind youd put on to paint your house and not worry about ruining) pair of mid-level name brand shoes (not designer..) for $15 HAHA you could buy them new for $40.. Youd be better off waiting a little longer, saving up 5 more bucks and just going and getting whatever it is you wanted from the store itself, or checking somewhere like Craigslist and saving yourself half the money.
Got to the store at 6:20 and they are closing on us even though they are supposed to be open till 9:00. Not even aloud to do any shopping. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
I love finding unique clothes here, I’ve gotten so bored of mass produced clothing and savers is huge so I can always find something awesome! Prices are great during sales, I would definitely recommend joining their rewards program, special discount days and coupons just for giving them a phone number and email! I have saved so much shopping here for clothes! And I love saving things that otherwise would be thrown away!
This store is over priced on all their stuff . You can buy new stuff for the prices what they want on used stuff. I watch for clearances in department stores and I can buy great stuff and it brand NEW.
Way overpriced. Bad customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else. As a bi-monthly shopper of this store for several years now, they have slowly been raising their prices on their items, especially their clothing to the point that I can buy something new for cheaper than what they have it here. For example, they had a George men's white dress shirt for $14.99. The same shirt new is $13 at Walmart.,There were several other ratty shirts were anywhere from $15 to $20 each. Even other Savers in the valley are not this overpriced. They must think they are some high-end boutique store, but this is ridiculous. I walked out and went a couple doors down to Tags and got a good as new Polo dress shirt for $5.99. Also, the employees here are not helpful or friendly. They obviously don't like working there and it shows. From now on, I'll pass up this Savers and go to DI or Tags.
I love this one I found name brand shoes for a super deal!
Best second hand store in town.
Always great clothes and etc but why are you pricing nike at $20 and video games for retail prices , arnt you supposed to get deals at the thrift ? Or pay top dollar.
They have some terrible staff. I'm sure it's not everyone there, but there's a few bad apples. It makes it hard to want to go again. Prices are average, you can definitely get cheaper items at DI. It's kept organized and relatively clean, except for the toy area, that's just a disaster! They mention over the speakers to keep your kids with you, but no one does, and the staff don't do anything about it. I've nailed 2 or 3 kids on accident.
This store has a large selection. The prices are high for a thrift store so I try to catch their sale days.
Es exageradamente caro para ser de segunda mano el precio es casi como lo nuevo
Jewelries are one of a kind. Coats, sweaters, home decor, cooking utensil, and a lot More..
Super-sized thrift store.. extremely overpriced. Employees are helpful .Store is Organized, could use more sales floor employees. Prices need to be lowered!!!. Some merchandise should be thrown in the garbage not sold! Especially, damaged goods Beyond repair.
3 VHS Barney: Waiting For Santa 1997 VHS Robin Hood 1994 VHS Winnie the Pooh: Sharing and Caring 1994 VHS Savers CheckOut! Barney: Waiting For Santa 1997 VHS Robin Hood 1994 VHS Winnie the Pooh: Sharing and Caring 1994 VHS - Zoboomafoo Happy Lemur Day/Tiny Toon Adventures How I Spent My Vacation [VHS]
Nice and lots of clothes for cheap.
Great place to save on gently used items. Huge inventory and lots to choose from.
Savers has gotten so expensive! They've almost doubled in price on everything! It's really not worth shopping there anymore. $10 for a T-shirt? Pffft.
Store full of garbage with price tags. Way overpriced. I had an asthma attack in there with the musty smell and the dust. Barely anything works, worse than the Dollar Tree. My dad loves shopping here and that's why I go in the 1st place. But things are way overpriced and crappy, and I would NEVER shop here for myself. Now don't think I'm a spoiled brat, because I'm not, I just personally don't like this store, although I like some other thrift stores in the area as well as the Dollar Tree and Five Below to do my shopping. Although there are some good things about this store, like lower prices then chain stores and a wide selection of items, but not enough to earn themselves a second star. Savers better shape up or sell out.
The employees are amazing! I just want to go there for the amazing people that work there!
They always have what my wife needs
Great buys on 50% off day.
Good used things
Great store, clean, great staff.
Small storeNot that big of a selection
Great prices. Great quality. I live this place
I love the selection and the staff!
Organized and pretty clean!
Awesome
I have been to this store twice now. They have a huge variety of things and most of it is pretty cheap. The first time I went everything was super cheap but the last time I went seemed like things were a little over priced. So I feel like it's kind of a hit or miss kind of place.
Clean second hand store with good prices, discounts if you bring in items to donate before shopping.
Love Savers! The clothes at this location are much better quality than other thrift stores in the area. I often find things with the tags still on. They also have good prices on furniture when you find something you like. The sales are the best!
This. Is. The. Place. All Utah County misfit kids growing up in the 90's found their fashion and sometimes their friends here. Sure, times have changed, but the vibe remains the same.
Love the name brands u can but for cheap
Your customer service is horrible. I was waiting in line when the guy told me to go to the other line because his line was closed. After I did that he pulled everyone from the line he put me in and put them in his line because they had a less. Edgar was the cashier. He was ridiculous.
Great staff, but prices are sky high and inconsistent. Although, there are times where there's great finds from designer brands (I have found products from Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Common Projects) at a relatively low price, the regular brands are charged at a significantly higher price than other thrift stores in the area. I would only recommend shopping here, if one is knowledgeable about clothing brands and products. Otherwise, there will be no deals to be found here.
Great place to shop
Great Thrift Store I Highly recommend
Could spend hours in this store
Not happy. Over all staff for general surgery dept was rude and due to my ailments, I was o a few min late even though I called and explained that it would take me extra time to walk to the office. I've had my appointment rescheduled 3 times. Very frustrating.
I wish I could remember the names of everyone that helped me but all of the employees were really friendly and very helpful. Donovan helped me in the back to get something loaded into my car and was very courteous and genuine. Went the extra mile by getting me something to tie my trunk down with.
Excellent prices and great selection!! I'm always amazed at what I find here!
I've worked in many thrift stores in my life and have shopped in thrift stores my entire life. This is by far the worst thrift store I've ever seen or been a part of. I was forst to quit working for them for multiple reasons. I've been a manager on many occasions and have had to sign yearly pay role projections ranging from 10's of 1,000's of dollars to 100's of 1,000's of dollars at other jobs. I worked in the performing arts business for 15 years doing some of the hardest work you can imagine. I can't name very many jobs harder than building stages on beach sand or "production" work in general. I know what it's like working days that never seem to end and have never in my life found a job that could wear me out. Until "Slavers" I've also worked multiple different jobs in the same day. I'm not trying to brag. But I've often been asked where my level of energy comes from. The best answer I can give people is try growing up with the name Champ and not have people hold you to it. I've been a boss of many crews of people. Sometimes just a hand full of people to numbers ranging in the 100's. I really do know what a hard days work is. I've done it and have had to ask and expect others to do it. So when I say that Savers treats their employees like slaves or indentured servents please understand my full meaning. I honestly know how much to ask of a person and how much to expect of and from them. You cannot force a person to the point of complete exhaustion in the first 2 hours of an 8 hour work day. Why they think that's a good business practice is beyond me. I'd come home from work sit on the couch, take my boots off and pass right out then wake up the next morning still feeling like I'd been ran over by a garbage truck. I'm sorry but that's just unexceptionable. I was only being paid $10.50/hr. Um...... No! First who can live comfortably on that? And even if I wanted to get a second job there was no way I could with no energy to do so. Savers also has a big problem with lying to people, Whether your an employee, donor, or customer. One of the main reasons I wanted to work for them was that they told me that if they couldn't sell an item then it would be recycled. I usure you that's not the case with them. Some of the items they "made" me put in the trash compactor made me cry. Highly usable items ranging from perfectly good furniture, household items (dishes, utensils, decor ext.) books, vintage pottery like Mocoy, Hull and even US pottery. The list goes on to name things like antiques, vintage gaming gear ( which I've been collecting my whole life). I couldn't stand it. And it even gets worse. Say I happened find something in the trash some random thing or item maybe a wooden cooking spoon and I would ask for it cause I just moved here to Fargo and came here on a train with only some clothes and am crashing on a friends couch. They couldn't possibly let me have the item. They would literally take the item in the office and the managers would come up with a price and make you pay for it. Now how on earth is this helping people or even recycling? They'd rather crush usable stuff if they couldn't get their outrageous self righteous over inflated prices form them then to let an employee that could use the item have it or recycle it. I mean come on people.... It cost to send things to a land fill and is in no way good for the Earth. There are plenty of people in need and Savers rather than pay it forward and help those people would rather crush usable stuff then let the needy use it. What a shame. Man I haven't even gotten to the safety problems yet. What company would make you put things in a crusher that are clearly so large they don't slide correctly down the steel shoot and would get lodged so you have to crawl in the shoot to make the item fall into the compactor?
Like the store better at 35th and Bell. The one at 77th and Bell was more expensive for the same type of items.
1/2 off pants and bottoms.... can't beat that!
Great
Lots of variety
Customer service is great and there is a wide variety of different items
Great stop to keep the baseball skills honed! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff made for a pleasant stop.
I gotta say.. I do like Savers so much more than DI but there's this one gal that's always working the register that GETS. ON. MY. NERVES. almost every visit. She literally scolded me for putting a small piece of furniture in my cart... She said I needed to "inform someone in back" that I was taking it. So I let her know that there was NEVER anyone around the help, it literally weighed 5 pounds and I was capable of carrying it without a cart even. I wasn't gonna have her making me feel bad for trying to buy a small piece of furniture. That was a few months back. Today I found a $2 small stool for my rocking chair. Literally weighed .2 points. Smaller than most of the toys there and once again she scolded me for not letting someone know. That's enough to make me not want to go .. which is sad because I shop there a TON.
Way too overpriced. I go thrifting to find bargains. I could pay the same prices at Marshalls/TJMaxx and get nice, new things! But that's not the point. They've lost a lot of my business because they've jacked up the prices on brand names.
This store is pretty dirty and a lot of things don’t have price tags on it! Then you Bring it to the counter and they think you took it off. Please clean the store and organize More
Nice selection
Good deals here
It has good items but it's too pricey
I like it but they should get more lps
I love it
It's a thrift store
Wonderful day shopping Columbus day sale, everything half off
The best place evaaa
Les prix sont abordables un vrai rapport qualité prix
It's pretty clean and well organized. Most things are a good price, some things are priced a little high for second hand.
I haul their loads for their unsold inventory they rotate. When I looked around I noticed they were overpriced for being a thrift store. I have also heard from other friends and family that they are overpriced.
I went in early because it was half off everything in the store. Found some really nice clothes some still with tags. I looked away from my cart for one minute and the next time I turned around, found someone had stolen half of my cute stuff. Thankfully I had not yet paid for it but I was pretty annoyed because it literally took me two hours to find that stuff. Also remember to carry your paperbag to carry your stuff in because they sell theirs to you at an extra dollar. I saw lots of people carrying their clothes on their arms.
Very disappointed. Book prices were absolutely insane!!! You would think they bought these books themselves! lol. Also many other items were WAY over priced. 19.99 for a used VCR! Good grief. SAVERS more like GOUGERS!!!!! Come on guys. Your better than this....
Great selection & prices!!
A little high on prices. But I find cool stuff sometimes. I Love to stop by and check stuff out.
Love love love this thrift store! They constantly restock and have big sales so I am always finding new things each time I go in and rarely ever see the same items from my last visit! Best thrift store in Fargo!!
Nice second hand store
Really good prices on clothing, books and more.
I need a dress shirt and a tie for court date !! I got both of them really good brand and quality for less than $ 20 savers really helps when the budget is tide !!
I love Savers they have good deals the stores always clean and the staff always willing to help customers.
it is what it is
Rip off
I shop here regularly......you catch some really good buys. But sometimes the prices are questionable. I mean I'm coming to a store where the items are used so I would assume that I won't pay full price payments. For the price of some items I might asleep buy an item brand new. But over all the staff is great, their customer service is great. Some employees nicer and more inviting them others.
Great place to shop for alot of cheap clothes and housewares
If goodwill is Walmart Savers is definitely target!!!
I like the way they organize the clothing. They are on straight long racks. They organize by size and type. It is easy to find all the jeans in your size or all the t-shirts in your size, or all the hoodies in your size. Very organized and easy to find what you need.
Good prices and selection
We needed to replace some things during our road trip and here we got everything for reasonable prices ... functional stuff that will not be taken back home to Europe at the end of our vacation.
You can find all kinds of old stuff here.
Never know what you will find of pre-used things
The building is dirty, the parking lot is full of potholes. It scares me driving my car in their because some of them are deep. I find clothing that are full of stains and have found toys with holes or other issues. The people are nice enough. Though some look like they could use help in learning how to smile.
Love coming here for good deals!
Very expensive for used clothes. Shirts are $10 where Goodwill is $4. Also other thrift stores are cheaper. Will not return here.
I like the selection and the stuff they have out is unique and great. Now I know this is a thrift store to begin with, but several times when I've gone to Savers I've been waiting in a long line while there is just ONE register open and 3-4 employees standing around--that's stupid and unprofessional of any establishment. I don't care who you are or what kind of store it is.
This location doesn't have as good of variety as other locations. It's still always good to find things.
A bit pricey for a thrift store, but they have a great selection. My favorite days to go are holidays (50% off clothing!) and Tuesdays (30% off for seniors! My mom helps me with this one.).
Good quality stuff that's a decent price, and they are interested in helping out the local community.
Most stuff is expensive. Found stuff for the same new at Walmart. Books are crazy priced when I can go to any other thrift store and won't pay more than a dollar. Shirts that were free giveaways are $5???? Lol I'll pass. Crazy silly pricing guy.
I love this place so much. I often spend hours scouring all corners of this thrift store extravaganza. One never knows what you'll stumble upon in your money saving adventures of....Savers!!!! May the spirit of thrift shopping be with you upon thine quest to find some random stuff you may or may not need.
Let's say this first: this is primarily a store for used goods. as long as you know that, it's amazing. There are some new items (amazing values) and a number of great values on things that might as well be new (can you tell when you look at a wall clock whether you're the first person to own it?) This is a thrift store that strives to have standards. Used knives may be dull, used clothes may be stretched (though some are donated new) and used electronics may be obsolete. But if you have a good use for an item as it is, you'll practically laugh at the price.
Large selection of useless stuff from the 70s, mixed with rude employees! How exciting!!
Good selection and pricing
This savers always has trouble with their cashiers. When there is a line longer than the register counter and they just look at you like you have 2 heads. as previous sales associate they really need to teach them better customer service skills.
Decent thrift store but not sure what percentage actually goes to charity.
Cheap
Cool
Great
This Savers has improved much. I was there a few years ago and it was messy and not good selection. But it has changed and I enjoyed finding some great stuff today.
I just saved about $40.00 shopping the half price sale today at Saver's! I found some really nice dress shirts and some work out clothes! I'm very happy about saving money!
Thin used beach towels at brand new Wal-Mart prices. Prices need to be more reasonable.
Great place for clothes at a decent price
A little difficult to navigate unless you know where to go, but their staff are always friendly.
Always something new. I like this place. A must stop when out junkin. Well maintained by a hard working staff. One of the nicest and biggest thrift stores in the area.
Great place to find second hand clothing. Go during the sales!!
Prices very reasonable and selection moderage. Store is clean but falling apart from a maintenance perspective
I love shopping at savers. My grandson loves there books. And the store is always clean
I I love this store!! So many treasures!
Big 2nd hand store. Dirty and overpriced
Good selection of items. Friendly staff.
Love this place. Love second hand shopping and you can always find golden finds here. It's amazing. Maybe not the best set up aesthetic wise but who cares
Looks like they only put the good stuff out. Nice selection!
Great deals.
I like shopping there but they have gotten pretty expensive, especially clothes , once upon a child has better deals and also your toys .,there isn't anyone supervising so the kids are tearing everything open.i have bout three items this last couple of week that had missing parts ,I got a pair of baby shoes 2 left shoes ! Seriously people shop here because they don't have much money, so don't be so greedy ! Lower your prices a little , you'll still make a profit. Remember that we donate !
I like shopping at Savers for work clothes.
Great Store
I went to look for pieces for a costume and they didn't disappoint!
Friendly resale that has a bit of everything. There are so many cool things there.its fun to treasure hunt and upgrade through recycled items.
Pretty nice store great prices but some of tge stuff can just be thrown outter soles on shoes fall off easy and are worn down alot but most of the stuff is great
It's a big thrift store
Great place to shop! Cheap prices and a huuuuuuuge selection!
They are slightly more pricey than some thrift stores I've been to, but still very reasonable, and it's made up for by their great selection of items, especially clothing.
I go thru clothes quick. This is a great place to get good cheap clothes
Found a decent light jacket for cheap
Great!
We stopped by Savers here in Fargo to look for something specific, but didn't find it at this time. But, we found a quite a few other great things to buy that we needed! If you have never been there, there is a huge selection of used clothing at pretty good prices. They have nice clean restrooms too. We all know that is important! They also have designed days when certain discounts are given. The Savers line of pre-owned items are a big supported of recycling and reusing!
Very expensive for used items I could buy new for not much more.
Okay for a lower cost/consignment store, like the resuable model and some newer things mixed in with donations. There are more name brands so helpful to go in knowing it's more than an average thrift
Found what I needed
Absolute thrift store around!
It's your typical second hand store. Compared to Goodwill and a few local thrift shops, it's oddly pricey and like most, a bit dirty. I would not avoid it, but I would not limit my thrifting to here alone when there are other options as well.
Get your swag on. OG style
This savers is way overpriced! I’ve shopped at several different Savers stores and the prices are lower! Seems like they are taking advantage of the nice donations they receive!

I love shopping here. I always find unique, interesting items. Tops, pants, belts, jackets. My favorite items in my closet came from Savers. I donate many things there too. It's fun shopping here, like a treasure hunt. There are times when I go home with nothing, but times when I hit the jackpot.
Big selection, but a little pricier than the other thrift stores in town.
Have time when you get there, you'll need it! Great Halloween selection!
It's not that I don't like it but the employees walk past you like your not even there. They could at least say Hi and make eye contact.
Big selection, higher than usual second hand prices.
Great buys
Their prices are ridiculous..they have forgotten the items are used not brand new..i have found over all the providence location prices seem to be more reasonable.
Great finds inside. Just have to be patient and sift through to find your deals and treasures.
Who doesn't love thrift shopping? Organized, CLEAN, honestly pretty darn big
Love this store!
We enjoy Savers, always a challenge to find the right treasure at the right price!
Great cloths and good brand new for cheap
Compared to Deseret industries it's a little bit more pricey but they have a huge selection of pretty much everything. You'll find really cute clothing and they have good discount days and 50% off of select colored tags
This store is stuffed with good finds, and prices way better than locations in Warwick and Providence.
They’re absolutely horrible. I purchased a Halloween costume for $21 at half cost on October 30th. On the receipt it says that exchanges are allowed within 7 days for same day store credit. The lady and manager working told me the only thing I could do is exchange it with same priced Halloween costumes. BUT now the Halloween costumes are 75% since it’s November 1st. Horrible customer service and they were confused.
It's a thrift store. No thrift store is elegant. But this place has great bargains. The Labor Day and Memorial Day sales are a huge deal. Like black Friday for thrift stores. Like any thrift store, examine what you're getting carefully. Most of it's in good shape.
Good selection, but kinda pricey, especially since they get their stuff for free. Most ridiculous of all no bags. You either carry your stuff out as is or buy one of their bags. Absolutely stupid. Never going back.

Has a wide variety, not just clothes. I love board games and puzzles!
Great clean Place and the prices are legit
Great service. LOVE shopping there. So many great finds.
I really wish people would stop donating here.m.. It's disturbing how this 100% profit organization second hand store charges almost full retail price for used items, I've seen things with original purchased price tag on it with savers price tag next to it at almost double the price. The employees pricing things must really feel terrible and have a hard time sleeping at night cuz that's pathetic... The most disturbing this is they no longer have bags to put your purchase in, and if you need one, you have to buy it.... Are you kidding me savers?!?! That's discusting. Why are you called savers if you aren't saving any money buying used things. It don't make no sense. I think I'm done shopping there, and if you do, don't bring a purse bigger then 12 inches wide cuz they will make you put it in their locker and give you a stupid yellow number card. You people should be ashamed to be employed by such a greedy used retail store.
Yesterday after church we went shopping I picked out 2 cute shirts and 3 pairs of pants and Cathy gave me a cute breast cancer shirt and a jacket plus a plain gray vest with alot of zippers and the cashier thought I was 20 and I told him not even close I'm 13 lol almost 14 thxs for the compliment
It's a great place to find unique items.
A good shopping day.
The store is great, has everything you could want, but I have a re occurring issue with buying the 45 records here. My problem is that the VERY hard to peel off stickers are stuck right on the record, so scratching the vinyl is really easy. Plus, over half of the stickers were stuck on to the actual label of the record, so peeling off would actually peel the label of the record off; ruining the record from its vintage value. Many of my Beatles records that I bought there had this issue, so I would recommend using a different way to price these records.
Was expecting lower prices for used stuff kinda disappointed
Good little second hand store. They try to keep everything nice and neat. Sometimes you just see a bunch o broken stuff, but sometimes you can find some good "finds" .... Tons of clothes. Some books. Just like Deseret Industries.
We'll have a sofa and guess what I got ever you want to see a
Prices to high.
Love the options
Too pricey
I love shopping at Savers. They have a good selection and it's clean.
This store is run down and filled with what I considered to be other people's trash. On top of it is overpriced trash. Instead of a used worn out outfit you can buy the same brand new on clearance for the same price or less.
I bought a humidifier that was supposedly "tested" from them. Well the humidifier leaked all over made a huge mess, so of course I took it back. Well it was a hassle to say the least but finally I got a store credit. Went to use credit because the checker said I could use it the next time I came in, well evidently that was not the case. The manager said that there was no way the checker said that and there was no note of it and where. So basically they don't test the items very well, they don't train their staff very well, there management is rude. All in all just a bad shopping experience.
Great deals
Great place for anyone on a budget. Clothes, furnishings, sheets & kitchen stuff and so on..Service is great from nice folks.
Love Savers got about 400 retail worth of clothes 4 60 bucks
This location has a super selection but a little pricey
Well organized. Good prices. The outside of the building looks a bit questionable but I'm not sure if they have a lot of control over that.
Pretty sad looking, but you can find some decent old clothes
Always something good, at prices you cannot beat.
Savers is similar to a Good-Will or thrift shop. Usually has a good selection of used clothing and goods. New item around 4th of July and around Halloween time.
Good place to shop.
Not as clean as I'd hoped it would be. The items in the "Home" section were more worn (used) than expected.
We got a George Foreman grill for $5
I didn't buy anything today. I guess that's my fault.
the back aisles w/ sporting goods and tools are half as wide as some of the ppl clogging them. i cant get around these people with carts. leave your cart at the end of the row. and theres always some idiot who wants to look at the exact same shelf as me in the same spot i was here first go look at something else. also there is this one old employee who is a complete hag, she brings stuff in from the back huffin and puffin carrying in like a 5 lbs object, and expects you to get out of the way while she waddles and sweats making a big commotion. I told this lady i wanted to buy a coffee table and if she could put a sticker on it to reserve it, and her reply was "UGH BAH HUMBUG BOY" *slams small object on nearest shelf, "FOR GOODNESS SAKE OKAY GO ASK THAT EMPLOYEE OVER THERE" *-points alllll the way across the store and starts breathing even heavier...relax woman, youre working retail at a charity based store, not delivering a baby.
Great 2nd hand store. I love how they organize their small toys. As a person that take old dolls and gives them new life it is nice to see the dolls seperated into bags and not just thrown everywhere. Makes it easy to find those small gems.
This store is amazing.
Great deals on top name brand stuff.i can't walk out without spending everything I have because the deals and items are that good.my number one store hands down.
Great store! Always so well organized and kept that way by their employees. I love that I can shop not only by size and gender but by color and type of clothing. Always find a great deal here and many times things are brand new.
Evidently everyone here doesn't realize all the items in the store were donated, so you cant blame the store, blame YOUR friends that give crap items! It's expected to see what is here because its things people don't want anymore, I shop here for items other may not want and I do, so get a life before you criticize the store for items they didn't go out of their way to find JUST FOR YOU!
I would give negetive stars if I could. This is seriously the WORST PLACE EVER . At the beginning of October I bought some Halloween items and at checkout I specifically asked if I could RETURN things if they didn't work out. The cashier said yes, I had until the 21st. About a week or so later, I came back to return something and they said they did exchanges only. when I talked to the manager about it- saying I was told I could return, he basically called me stupid and that I was wrong. He said I could exchange it for anything in the store. I left upset and not wanting to deal with it. I came back again a few days later, found something to exchange for, and now they've told me all Halloween items are final sale. I talked to the same manager, reminded him what he told me, and he said he's never talked to me before. There was a sign posted that said exchanges up until the 21st and I wish I had taken a picture of it. They're liars, rude, hardly anyone speaks any English, and it's a joke. Take your money elsewhere.
I like shopping Savers. Always good bargins to be found. I do wish they could keep it more organized.
L<3VE. On bus line. Didn't see bike rack. Nine miles from MacColl Field YMCA.
Everyone is so helpful and cheerful at this store. I swear we can never get in and out in less than an hour or two. There's so much to look at and try on and on it goes. Bring your own bags! Savers is trying to reduce waste.
Great place to work!!
They are way over priced for used items. Staff is extremely RUDE!
This place has become so expensive
Savers is not the cleanest second hand store, and most of their items are broken or overpriced, for being second hand.
Every one smiles .great deals
Best place for recycled goods, clothes ECT.
Clean inside . Friendly staff but way over priced payed $11 for a pair of jeans would of got more if it wasn’t so expensive
I wasnt actually impressed with this certain savers. The customer service left a lot to be desired. Long lines, and when asked a question no one knew answers. Id pass if i was you
Huge
A great place to find used clothes. Also their Halloween section is huge.
You can find good deals, but it can be a little expensive sometimes
Items were nicely displayed. It was very easy to find my size.
When you pay cash and you feel you were over charged so you take it back and they tell you can't have money back and can use towards other merchandise is store this day. And then they charge you 10 cents for a bag to put your purchase in not gooin back not good customer service
I work here and I love it also its my favorite place to shop especially the day after holidays like Halloween sale is 50 percent off all halloween new and used
Such a beautiful store with such nice people and great deals everlasting
A lot of good bargains! Senior discount on Tuesdays!
Always good finds and decent prices. Can be a bit overpriced at times, but usually reasonable. Staff is also friendly and helpful.
good place for cheep deals all types conection w*res toys clothes electronics always neat and organized
One star due to the fact that the restroom smells like dry piss other than that the store is great
The store is overpriced for used items, just because some idiot on e-bay will pay x amount of money for the same item doesn’t mean people will locally. If your going to use e-bay to price things then hire someone to sell them there instead of in store. Second the staff is a 50/50 shot on weather or not you will get a helpful person. Lastly if it’s a set sell it together instead of separately and every now and then make sure things are actually getting cleaned.
I found this AWESOME cart for my Massage table, for in home massages! Going to and from B3 is so much easier now! Thanks So!!!! Oh and they always have good Halloween stuff!!!
Good when they have 50% off on days
Love looking at everything in this store good prices
Can usually find a good treasure or cute outfits, even for the teenager. Good location.
Enjoy the fun of seeing what they have. Always an adventure
Great prices unique finds!
great selection and good quality plus great prices
The place is great and has alot of good clothing and other household goods. But I’m sorry the staff that dresses up like it’s Halloween every day is inappropriate and it freaks me out. I will no longer be going to your savers in woonsocket because the people in there are creepy. There is no need to be wearing costumes while you’re working. It’s embarrassing to walk in there with my children and see them stare at all these people dressed like freaks. I don’t understand why you allow them to dress like that. I think you need to talk to your staff in woonsocket.
Nice layout. Good prices and sales.
Nice place to shop but kinda high priced.
I rarely write a review but I am really frustrated with this store. I have made MANY donations here since they opened and I supply them with gently used designer clothing... kids and adults. The only thing that gets me taking a look inside is the coupon I get for my donation. We usually just buy kids books, and sometimes look at the toys, and maybe kids clothes. I saw a decent pair of Gap toddler pants but with stains on them, and they were $8. Huh? I get new ones in this price range as Gap has great sales all the time. The prices on everything, including the books keep going up and up. Now that the tax laws have changed, I will likely just drop my designer items in the drop boxes all over the place and skip the drive. I also agree with the other reviewers that the place needs a good cleaning as it smells really bad and there's dust all over the place. The bathroom was so disgusting (wouldn't have even gone in there but it was an emergency for my toddler son). It hasn't been cleaned in many months. VERY frustrated with this Savers... CLEARLY VERY GREEDY MANAGEMENT... may not return. I'd give this location one star but the people who work at the donation area are always nice (hence the two stars).
Pretty good prices
Good selection of items that rotate fairly quickly.
(Translated by Google) Very good (Original) Muy buena
Savers has a great selection of clothes, I was looking to get two identical outfits for a film and I found two great sets.
50% off today
Love this place great prices
Never know what your going to find. Amazing staff.
Walked in to look for an old cook book and found an espresso machine from cuisinart for $12. Such a find!!
Good deals.
I was standing at the beginning of the check out line. This grumpy ,unprofessional man checker told me to go to the end of the line, so I did, I thought this is not right, so I put the items on the table where he could see them, and walked away. He started yelling at me in front of the people in the store. I just ignored him . I thought I should report it to a manager so I went to talk to one and she acted like she did not care if he yelled at me. I have taken four years of business management classes and the customer is always right! One does not yell at a costumer in a store in front of other costumers ! Do not shop here. I came away with such a negative experience, that I will never step foot in that store again! There is no concern or care for the costumer in this store. Buyer beware! I have never left a negative review. This place really upset me!
The store wad clean and all of the employees were friendly and helpful.
Great stuff and bargins
Large space so they can showcase the various clothing and objects they have. Decent prices for thrift store ware. They even will sell some new stuff like Halloween costumes. Just beware of their return policies.
I don't like the way they have things put together their services are rude their stuff is overpriced and they don't have a good enough selection
Large, supports good cause
As soon as Savers realized it was a Halloween costume destination, it was ruined as a Halloween costume destination.
Like the new selections all the time. The cashiers are usually very friendly.
Great place for the bargain hunter. Hit or miss by nature, but lots of fun if you like treasure hunting for clothes, handbags, art, housewares, jewelry and more. One man's trash, as they say, is another man's treasure.
The workers here are awesome! Especially the managers, they are so helpful and efficient and they genuinely try their best to help their customers.
Was charged twice
Great selection of trendy, high quality, name brand clothing at an affordable price!
I absolutely love Savers!! You can get everything there. They have colored tag deals on certain days of the week! Also, when you donate items, they will stamp a card for you and when it's full, you can get 25% off your next purchase. If you like a thrifty store vibe, you will love Savers!
Unbelievable selection, most prices are reasonable. I go here at least once a month and always find something interesting or that I need. Highly Rated
Savers is a thrift store that benefits The Boys and Girls Club of Arizona. They get some very cool donations. You can find great hand bags and shoes, some brand new from high end designers if you enjoy the hunt. Some fairly interesting home goods and a great book selection. Clothing is alittle time consuming and would be easier if organized by color. It's clean and well run. Monday's is 50 off and get's really crowded. Have fun!
Can't speak for the clothing, but I come here when looking for books. The used book section is well organized, and you can find some amazing deals!
Love shopping at Savers! Oh the things I have found here throughout the years! I also donate a lot of items here! It's nice to "clean out", the staff are super helpful when you are unloading and give out coupons!
Usually decent merchandise selection, but after visiting this store and many other thrift stores (both local and out of town) from time to time over the past ten years or so, I think I can safely say that this place has the most consistently poor customer service of any thrift store I visit. They are wildly inconsistent on their pricing (and are unwilling to haggle and come down when they overprice) and enact/enforce store policies that insult the intelligence and devalue the time of their customers. Beware!
Had great success in finding new clothes at great value
Their staff is nice and it was clean, but I feel like their prices are higher than DI, and not far off from Wal-Mart.
I always find great bargens at Savers.
I love savers! I think their prices are fair and they are always putting out new clothes. Like any thrift store, some of the items are questionable, but that doesn't mean they can't make a great costume. Savers is my last minute party saver. I've been going to Savers for six years now and I plan on going for years to come!
It's a great store and has nice things but everything's a little over priced. Besides that it's really fun.
I enjoyed my experience here when shopping for clothes that I needed. I just didn't like how exposed the dressing rooms are.
Great drop donate a bag, get %30 off
Best selection of clothes and more.
Like to go in and just take a look around every now and then...
good
Messy place with some interesting items, checkout was fairly slow but the checkout worker was friendly.
Getting better with pricing and keeping the shelves full
Very clean store with its friendly staff and the store looks very organized they are on top of their game, very easy to find items. I love coming to this location.
Savers in Orem, like any thrift store is hit and miss, but always fun to explore. My biggest problem is the prices are higher than any other thrift shop in the area.
Can always find something cool and unique
It so clean it looks like a regular department store
Great finds but rather $pendy for a "thrift store"
John is one of the best employees they have got a really good deal on a fish tank and a chameleon enclosure
I have donated here and bought clothes here. Their staff is of a genuinely kind nature and I always feel like they are my friends instead of strangers.
Every Tuesday and Wednesday it seems the good stuff gets brought out. I like this place picked up a pair of used chonies for a buck not even a hole in them. I am wearing them right now. I am sure I will donate them when I am finished with them. Great kids section really good parking. Prices are fair.
Big and spacious. Loads of clothes. Fair amount of kitchen, bath, decor, electronics, and bedroom mechanise. A little furniture. Friendly customer service. You are able to donate there anytime and you'll get coupons for doing so. They frequently have sales.
Where do I begin? My gf LOVED the selection of clothing! We will be back before we leave (visiting for work from NY). We have to ship back all of the clothing we purchased. It would've cost us about 2k in a department store! Excellent customer service, too!
Freaking love this store ...
Good prices & large selection
Nice store and pretty clean.
Thanks guys!
We love the things we can find here.
I love that store
I used to work here for 2 months, The * Pay is horrible and un worthy of a liveable life support * The hours SUCK... and the clothes are OK but I wouldn't have anyone there who is looking for a full or part time job even agree to working there Crazy Hours. If you don't agree than work there for a few weeks and see what I mean. Oh I only liked 1 perk getting 50 off. End.
Good prices
i can always find what i'm looking for. Has the best variety of time periods. also great for costume parties as a college student! i find myself looking online for a blouse or something and cant find what i want. go to a savers and they have 5! only thing I hate is the smell and the service isn't super.
Cheap!!!
Can find stuff if you are digging
It's ok I'm not very fond of it because it's all dirty and gross but it's still a good place
Be careful for lice
A lot to browse .....
Never know what you'll find or how it smells until you have it in your hands. I've found some diamonds in the rough here. Prices are fair from what I've experienced.
As far as selection goes, Savers is one of the largest thrift stores in the area, so I love to stop by and see what they have. However, they are also prone to do strategic pricing, and so I don't find really good deals here a lot. Not a good place to find electronics or furniture, good for books and games though. Clothing is definitely the higher end of thrift store pricing.
My wife and I love this store! There's always a treasure or two to be found.
I went here only once and I was so turned off by the prices that I never went back again. They were laughable. A stainless steel pan for $20... really?! And no it was not a name brand. The clothing racks were over filled with very worn clothes. You can get so many good deals nowadays in the mall clearance racks that I don't understand why anybody would buy from here.
Some of the prices were close to clearance at a retail store so watch them carefully. I asked an associate for help and they asked like it was a huge deal.
Has variety of clothing and house items
Very expensive garbage
Very clean and organized really good prices. The employees are always so helpful
Always a pleasure
Purchased literally hundreds if not thousands of books here and now I'm never going back thanks to an incredibly short sighted, antagonistic and rude experience with their "manager" , man in his late 30s early forties medium height glasses. I'm actually still in shock, he changed the price of a book at checkout, challenged me and insisted embarrassingly and persistently to look through the books to prove the new price wasn't the highest price, he doubted my amount of purchases, he was rude, arrogant and Im writing this in the parking lot about to call corporate and I'm not stopping until someone that has sense and is reasonable and understands the amount of unprofessionalism and antagonistic rudeness that just occurred and does something to hold the man accountable and I'm not stopping until something done about it
Always good for a bargain. You have to look hard for the good stuff, but it's there. They do coupons sometimes which makes things ridiculously cheap.
Pretty good selection a pretty clean 50% off on Mondays and select colors every day of the week.
Great place for treasures, but unfortunate that they no longer give out bags (paper or plastic) for purchases. You have to bring your own, or pay for a cloth one.
The store was not as clean as usual but that could be because they had a 50% sale off of everything in store today, which was fabulous! Great prices even to begin with!
Good thrift store. Fairly clean, well organized. You can earn discounts on purchases by making donations. I take all my donations here!
Large selection, but overpriced. There were so many things I would have bought if they were marked at half the prices. Then they have 50% off day to get rid of inventory. Just make every day more discounted and people will buy more so you wont be overstocked. 20 x 20 frame = $20. Care Bear picture inside. Most people are not buying these frames for the current pictures. Puzzles = average of $3.99. Puzzles at the other thrift stores are 99 cents. Kids shoes = $6.99. Kids boots = $8.99
I like how well organized the clothing is, and there is usually a lot of it! I don't agree with how high some prices are, but I still save money on most items. Do be careful in the parking lot... There are huge pot holes.
Do not expect alot of savings here, it is easily the most expensive thrift store in the Fargo/Moorhead area (aka not priced to move), but to be fair the occasional good deal can be found. Management can be erratic and abrasive but the employees are usually very friendly and helpful. Edit: the prices have gone up even more, for most video game items expect to pay what premium used game stores want, and don't even get me started on that copy of Pokemon Ruby where the insides of it were green with corrosion for $35 and it was untested and if it was non-functioning you were SOL. $4 for a bag of three or four Happy Meal toys is normal here.
Was a busy place but the employees did a great job
Really good place to get second hand goods, they even have a few new things you can purchase. I like that they have a color tag day's where every day of the week a different color of tag is 50% off!! (Ex. Yellow tags are 50% off on Sunday's)
Looks so much nicer since the last time I was there
Clean and lots of selection. Awesome prices. Great Halloween stuff too.
To expensive for used stuff
