I was gifted some socks for Christmas. Socks, they still had the security tag on them. I tried to just have the tag taken off. But they wouldn't do anything without a receipt. But they told me I could donate it. So, does they'll remove the tag for donation. Policies are great, and there donation is a great. But I've had purses with security tags and no one has ever asked for a recipet, they made the mistake but not taking the tag off in the first place, so I guess we all have to check ALL purchases before leaving the store.

When I went in, no one told me to close the door immediately. I picked up a pile of clothes to try and put it on. A girl told me that it was closed now and the fitting room could not be used. I have never encountered such a problem anywhere else. Is the fitting room of HM power generation?

The cashiers do more taking to each other then guests. I was trying to be rung out and it took a unnecessary amount of time because she decided to talk to her coworker constantly. After 10 minutes for buying 4 things of clothing I finally said can you just give me my total. They aren’t willing to help you if you need it they would rather just talk to each other and they pay no attention whatsoever to anything going on around them. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone had stolen items right in front of them in plain sight.

I went in to buy a couple suits. I couldn’t find suit jackets and pants to be in the color and sizes I was looking for. Autumn helped me and found the pairs for me. She was very helpful and got me signed up for the rewards program.

The sales are excellent especially if you bring a bag of clothes you get 15% off. Also if you sign up online which takes less than 2 minutes you will get another 10% off the whole purchase. Well worth it if you do those two options on top of the sales.

Great staff always so nice and helpful. I have made way to many purchases and returns and have never had any problems. Huge, clean new store. Prices are great and a big variety of the types of clothes as well as sizes - great outfits for work or play.
