I bought a Polaroid SX-70 SONAR from here for the best price I've ever seen (roughly 1/4th to 1/8th) the price of what I've seen online. It was labeled 'tested and working' which is the golden three words when hunting Polaroids.I asked the woman to confirm that it had indeed been tested and she was honest that she had tested it with an old cartridge and already exposed reloaded film (this is how I test cameras as well). She was also upfront with telling me that this camera had been returned recently because the buyer was getting 'blurry' photos. We both agreed that the previous buyer just wasn't using the camera properly. She then informed me that the SONAR auto focusing system may not work and she showed me how to disable it in case it malfunctions. And then after all this honesty about the used product, she told me if it didn't work I could exchange it for a better camera. I bought it, loaded up a brand new pack of impossible project film and I did a photo shoot with my friend, testing all the features of this camera. It all worked. Even the SONAR. Not only that it took the best Polaroid photos I've ever taken. I am so happy with this whole experience.
