I have been trying to get in touch with them for over three weeks, and no response. I have left voicemail after voicemail and sent multiple emails. Are they still in business? Why can't I get a response? This is crazy.

I have rarely ordered from Art Stone in the 10 years I have been in business because their costumes are a little flashy for my taste. After my recent experience with them, it's safe to say I will never order from them again. With my show date quickly approaching, I have several costumes that need to be exchanged for another size. Over the last two weeks, I have spent over 4 hours on hold, left multiple messages, emailed multiple times. I have not gotten a response. This kind of customer service, if it can be called that, is absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from this company again.

Worst customer service ever! Orders were placed in early December for a March 6th delivery. Three weeks after the requested delivery date we were notified that the shipments would be delayed until late April. Attempts to reach customer services - yikes! 1st call was on hold for 12 minutes until I reached an agent. After a 5 minute conversation was put on hold so they could talk to a supervisor. After another 12 minutes on hold was disconnected. 2nd call was on hold for another 12 minutes until I reached an agent. After another 30 minute phone call I was asked to pay extra for express shipping (which we didn't) and still could not commit to delivery by next Friday. My guess is that by next Friday I can update this by saying that we're still waiting. Avoid this company at all costs. Plenty of other options in the marketplace.

I have bee trying for 3 weeks to order costumes, I have sat on hold for over 30 minutes 7 different times, sent in my phone number, emailed and tried to chat live on their website. I have still not received a call back a return email and I still do not have costumes!! Worst ever in getting to reach anyone to order any costume I cannot image if I had to return one.

Great costumes, worst service ever. Costumes arrive late or not at all. This company has caused me nothing but stress and cost the studio hundreds of dollars scrambling to get replacement costumes for the ones they promise to send on time but arrive weeks after the show or not at all. I've heard they were great at one time, but talking to many other studio owners at conferences it sounds like their glory years are behind them.

WOW! The worst customer service ever!!! I have called for a week straight, 10 times a day! I was promised costumes the end of March...it's April 30th and they won't answer their phones!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered and paid for a costume on Nov. 5th. The costume was in stock and should have arrived by Nov. 19th. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to get someone in customer service to tell me why I have not yet received the costume that is paid for, in que in shipping and have not received the costume that is to be worn on Dec. 7th. I was told a supervisor would call me with 30 minutes and have heard from no one! Guess we will be rethinking future team purchases.

Art Stone and Costume Gallery (since they merged) do not deliver and on the rare occasion they do deliver it's wrong. Simple example: we had a costume that included a flower on the hip, only half the costumes had the flower and when we managed to get through to talk to someone (hours on hold) we were basically told "too bad." Another example: We had to order several full group costumes last minute last year from Curtain Call and Weissman because the costumes we ordered from Art Stone in November were not delivered to us by April (for our show mid-May) and once again after hours on hold only they gave us empty promises of "overnight delivery" which never happened. We will never order from this company again.

Have been trying to reach them regarding our costumes for over a month. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Once you call you are put on hold for 20 mins then told to leave a message, and when you do no one calls you back. I will never order from them again.

Same experience as other reviewers. The recital is in two weeks may 19 and I am missing 15 costumes. Placed order january 16. Nobody answers calls, no emails returned I have tried all day and waited for hours on hold . Do not order from them.

Beautiful costumes worst customer service. Two emails and three voicemails to them in three days. And still no response. Was sent and incorrect size and get a response to return it. Was told the some of my costumes were no longer available after my order was supposedly ready to ship.

Ordered costumes 4 months ago, this company has promised that we would have our costumes in time for our event. We have no costumes, our event is 1 week away and the company has not answered their phones for the last 2 weeks. I am afraid that I will have to sue them to get our money back. They robbed us:(
