Here you will be able to see all the reviews of people like you who are buying the services of Pendleton (Costumes) in Oregon.
Right now this firm gets a rating of 4.3 stars over 5 and the score was based on 348 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is high, and it's based on a very large number of opinions, so we can say that the evaluation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are satisfied with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to set evaluations when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Costumes corresponds to the category of Clothing store.
Such beautiful blankets, rugs and much more. I didn't get a chance to do the tour but looked around at their collection from the Roundup. A nice stop, worth looking around.
Beautiful blankets and clothing. Unlike anywhere else these blankets r going too last for years and look beautiful. Worth the money. Theres also mugs and hats and even water bottles with their logo. Variety is awesome. Prices are moderate to high depending on size of blanket
Very friendly service. Super helpful
Very cool, you can look through all their great products and there's even windows in the back that lets you watch while they weave the blankets. There's also a neat display of Indian heritage that honors the native American influence in their designs
Fun factory tour, really enjoyed seeing how the blankets are made. The factory store has some really good deals on beautiful Pendleton seconds.
Great place. Be sure to do the tour.
Great deals on off season clothing and blankets.
Worth seeing when in the Pendleton area. They allowed us to bring our dog in with us! Good prices and nice selections on the Sale racks.
Tour's are Monday through Friday. Beautiful blankets, pillows, linens, clothing for women, men and some babies clothing. Great styles, gift items, outstanding quality and craftsmanship. Employee's very friendly and helpful. Very expensive but worth it.
good deals to be found in the outlet area. check the codes for error types
A bit pricey but great service an friendly
Stopped here out of curiosity. It was amazing. They sell discounted blankets that maybe have a small blemish for half the price or less. We would have bought more blankets if we had more room in our car. The store is really cool and the staff are helpful.
Would love to spend more time there
Pendleton Woolen Mill & Retail Store offer a tour where they would explain you how they produce their awesome blankets! they really start producing strings, putting them together to produce a blanket and make a blanket quality final check.. very interesting, I'm looking forward to come back! and they have an outlet store as well :-D
The staff were great. The blankets are beautiful but pricey. My issue is that there were no clothes for plus size women. I love the clothes but couldn't find anything to fit. Great little museum inside!
The free tour of the mill was fascinating, really enjoyed it. The items in the store ranged from amazing value for money (the rolls of fabric) to too expensive for me. I wish they ran the tours a little more frequently though, as we had to wait quite a long time, and then the queue for the tours was enormous. Glad we visited.
Wow, those prices are steep. The products are good quality, but I don't think it's even made in the US anymore, let alone Pendleton.
We took the 3pm tour today. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. She has a pleasant voice and is friendly. We love all the products in the store, so I’m looking forward to my catalog. Everything is high quality, and the staff is very nice. We will be back. Thank you!
Beautiful, high quality clothing and blankets
Loved it, but a bit expensive! We shopped in the outlet part of the store for our blanket!
Love Pendleton sweaters and blankets! Store staff are very friendly & helpful!
Old historical part of the Pendleton area. The woolen mill was cool to see. The outlet store was, wow. Full price. Maybe higher than full price, except the mill's seconds. The mistakes.
Love this amazing place alot of history shown here
Great! The best in clothing and friendly
Awesome place to visit
The iconic Pendleton Woolen Mills is not what I though it was going to be. 100% of anything in this store with exception of some blankets are made in a foreign country. Really wanted a Pendleton shirt like my Dad used to wear when I was growing up. Did not spend a dime. Can't believe they got a 4.5 rating with the product they sell and at such a high price.
Their towels are absolutely wonderful
Unfortunately after spending most of my life in that town I am a little biased it is one of the worst places to live rent is overpriced the city won't allow anything new to come in and they like to build roads that nobody wants to use for business purposes LMAO up the fuel pump fuel taxes so is that they can pocket that money
Very cool to see the history. Shop is not for the bargain Hunter. Even the sales are pricey. The variety seems limited.... But still plenty to Wade through. Bathrooms are dated but huge and clean. Backdrop is the desert hills. Nice if that's your thing. Lots of beautiful clothing and blankets and even some accessories.
Fun stop when traveling through. Deals aren't awesome but selection is good.
The tour is worth going on if you are at all interested. It's about 25 min and you get to see the process the wool good through to become a blanket. I enjoyed it a lot!
How disappointing. Everything made in China , Mexico any place but the US.
Nice outlet store. Beautiful wool blankets.. Coats..etc
Great friendly historical stop. Public restrooms, RV parking and even lawn for your pets. Don't miss the outlet and the historical display in the back.
Nice staff
INFOMATABLE TOUR FROM THE TOUR GUIDE KEEP UP THE PENDLETON FROM KLAMATH INDIAN
Awesome and fun❤️❤️❤️
Great small town atmosphere, friendly people and lots of nice restaurants!
Fun place to visit. Love our blankets.
Incredibly friendly staff ready to help you when you need them. Store was very clean and organized to make it very easy to find what you're looking for. Bought a throw blanket and feel the quality of the product was worth the price I paid.
Ok store , mostly seconds and overpriced
Nice place to visit. Beautiful collection and wonderful staff.
Very interesting place to visit. We enjoyed the tour and talk on the history of the mill. Lots to see and a beautiful blanket to buy!
Lovely town. Lively
We stopped here on our way through Pendleton. They offer a free factory tour that lasts about 20-minutes where you can learn how the wool products are made. They also have a retail store (full-price) and a discount store with factory seconds (20% or more off) and discontinued prints (20% off). Defiantly worth a visit.
Broken Promises Delivery did not occur as paid for and requested. NO calls, no apology, no offer to make it right. Service ended with the order.
Expensive, even discounted items!
Very nice store, with a discounted "seconds" department in back. ( most defects are minor, but if you buy it, better be happy ). Yes an amazing variety in stocked items, even baby stuff. Stock in sizes above XX are limited in number, or none. So, the ladies tell me no more men's tops in Wursted Wool? Check the website before you make a trip to Pendleton, Oregon.... know what to look for. I got here and had the place to myself, just me, then 2 tour buses arrived! Like twin tornados! They have 3 very nice unisex bathrooms here, that helped! I've been to the Pendleton Outlet in Monterey, Calif near Fisherman's Wharf. Decent sized store, nice staff and no tour bus tornados. Bonus feature is all the great restaurants nearby.
Great place to browse! Really nice blankets and clothing. They have a small section for Indian stuff and pictures of old Roundup people. Highly recommend it!
I f you love wool and being warm then you will love this place. there is always a sale going on at the mill. Great history here should be a tourist stop. if you want a blanket go the middle part of the building and go through some shelves in the back there, Some of these blankets are 70% off, The queen size blanket on my bed came from there. I have over 13 shirts and one blanket coat, two more Indian blankets, and more awesome!
Loved this place so much. Took the free tour, learned their process for making such beautiful blankets and rugs. Left a few dollars lighter, but worth it.
Loved the tour of 100 y.o. active woolen mill. History of working with native Americans fascinating! Full retail and outlet shop.
Amazing customer service and beautiful designs.
Had a great time browsing around this huge store!! Loved that they had a sale section. The gal that helped us, Vicki I believe, was extremely knowledgeable about the care of the items we purchased. She brought us a code sheet while we shopped the sale section which was very helpful. Long story short, we went in to browse and left with 2 blankets!!! Beautiful stuff and great staff!!
As a Navajo, pendleton blankets are widely used in our culture. It’s either given as a gift for a graduate or a wedding, etc. It holds a significance in our culture. With Pendleton being influenced by American Indian designs I find the employees in this establishment very unfriendly. My kids, mother in law, and I stopped by to take a break from driving, to look at the store and to see if we could find anything, but we didn’t feel welcomed. Not a single employee greeted us or asked if we needed help. Maybe it was because of the color of our skin but they could at least be friendly to Natives since they use Native designs. Prices are way expensive as well. Go in ready to empty your wallet. There’s a little back area that has Navajo rugs and pictures of other tribes.
Borderline criminally overpriced; everything we saw would be between expensive and exorbitant at HALF of the price. And most of what we looked at was made in China, not here. They're trading on--and destroying--the historic Pendleton name and reputation. Save your time and money; skip this one.
The tour is worth it. The merchandise is pretty. I love the made in USA.
It was a great experience. Lots of new designs.
Very nice items, spendy!
Love their blankets ... Sometimes you have to pay more for the things we love ...
The tour was awesome!! Gorgeous work!! I was pretty stunned at the price of the clothes!! Even the seconds and sale items were high.
I bought a Pendleton for my parents and it’s beautiful except the binding on the side seems to be pieced instead of one long piece to each corner. I did an exchange thinking it must have just been a flaw since I’ve never seen this with any other Pendleton blanket that my family has. I get the second one and at first I wasn’t going to look at it! I just assumed it was probably fine but I decided I should take a look. It appeared to be the same blanket but maybe just cleaned up to look nicer. I emailed Pendleton and received an immediate response about how this doesn’t seem right and can I send pictures, I did and never heard back, so after a couple days I called back and the girl told me that is typical for Pendleton blankets. About a half hour I get a call from the supervisor and she said yes, that’s how they are and the binding has to end somewhere. I really like this blanket and I’m torn about sending it back but I’m not happy with the edge. Can anyone say they have received or purchased a Pendleton with the edge looking like this? The supervisor on the phone didn’t offer me and alternative and actually offered me free shipping to send it back.
It's a cool store, but the selection to purchase seems limited considering the space and scope of operations here. I prefer a few of the locations closer to Portland.
Informative tour for free. Nice store/gift shop but watch out for the cheaper items made overseas ...
Historic place to visit. Beautiful blankets and other items. Great tour of how they are made.
The best retail experience I’ve ever had. I got to see the mill and learn about the production. The associates in the retail side are all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I spent hours looking through the products there was someone to help me every time I looked up with a question. I will be back every time I can make it. Just wish I could’ve eaten lunch and drink a beer while I was there
Great spot to find discounted Pendleton items that have minor defects.
Fun place
My wife and came to Pendleton to update our churches gospel literature rout. Connecting rod bearing started making noise on our vehicle. We didn't know what to do so my wife said... Let go unwind at Pendleton Woolen Mills. Great choice!! Loved the wooden floors, and machinery. I love mechanics. I pointed out all the different gear ratios on the machines to my wife. The tour was awesome!! You've got a great crew working there! Tour guide and store personal were above an beyond!!! Thanks for such a wonderful place!! God bless you all!
Great staff. Great items. A little over priced.
Blankets are awesome.
Always a great place, albeit a bit expensive.
Very nice store but items were expensive. If you go there, check out the outlet part in the back.
absoulutly wonderful experience visiting this store. After purchasing 2 blankets i returned home and regretted buying a third blanket i had my eye on. I called the next day and the sales associate (Rachel or Rebecca sorry can't remember) was so helpful, even giving me her personal cell number so I could send her a picture. We were able to track down the blanket i wanted out of hundreds of patterns, that subsequently all sound exactly the same when describing them. She got it in the mail and i received it the next day. Above and beyond! thanks it was the last one!
Bought my wife a Pendleton blanket for Christmas. She didn’t like the color. The blanket had not been unfolded or taken out of the leather carrier. She went to take it back and they would not take it back stating there was dog hair on it. Made no attempt to be helpful or offer other solutions. Have a number of Pendleton items that we have kept or given as a gift. Never going back as the customer service is non existent.
Too pricey, but there are a few good sales racks.
Nice store a bit pricey, not a lot made in the usa, disappointed.
Stopped in to look around everything is very expensive but they have a large selection. Some things were labeled Made in the USA. No tours on the weekends. They have an outlet section of the store when things 10-20% off. Also a small museum/history area that was interesting.
Amazing quality western themed clothing and blankets. There are modern styled shirts as well with a hint of country. The discounted section has great deals high quality will blankets with minor flaws.
Great prices on beautiful woolen goods. This mill is an Oregon treasure.
Beautiful items, kind of pricey.
Oregon Grapes at the Pendleton Woolen Mills.
Great clothes but spendy but well worth it.
Factory tour very interesting on how familiar items are woven. Explained how wool is carded and colored. Store has variety of famous Pendleton merchandise.
Beautiful stuff!
Very interesting
Factory tour is great, showing every aspect of preparing the wool and weaving beautiful blankets. Our tour guide was friendly and informative. Well worth the time.
Wish I had the budget for this place. It was great to see the selection of clothes and blankets. Much, much larger than when we had visited there in 1995.
Amazing store and tour!
So cool to finally see Pendleton Mill. Have loved their products for years. Biggest problem i had was figuring out what all i wanted to buy. Going back for Christmas gifts for sure!
Beautiful blankets and so fun watching the looms.
Original 1900 mill building and store. In the back 1/3 of store is discount section of blankets, sheets, throws and a lovely museum type room. The 30 min type of the mill work floor is very worthwhile. Don't miss this.
Beautiful pieces at a beautiful price
Looked at some blankets as well as coffee cups and the clothing. Nice merchandise staff is also willing to offer help and advice. Freindly and professional
Poor customer service. I'm a 1st time buyer and I ordered the Harding suitcase online. They do not supply tracking info at all. Pendelton did email me about my package being sent out for delivery but no tracking info. I had to call 4 times before I was actually given a tracking#. I waited a few days after my email confirmation of shipping before calling their customer service and the customer service line is unconsiderate and unapologetice, I expressed my concerns and there was no expression of concern. It was more like, "Okay, what else can I help you with? And I will ignore you concern". My suitcase came with scratches on the small pieces of leather and plastic. Plus the product is produced in CHINA!
People are self absorbed and judgemental
Love this place. I always find a cap and shirt I somehow can't live without. We always stop in on our way through from Seattle to Boise. This building and business has a lot of history and it's great to look at all the pictures on the walls. This is a must see stop when you come to this town or during the Pendleton Round Up.
A great Eastern Oregon historical town. Visit their underground, visit their bars, book shops, woolen mill, antique shops. If you plan on staying overnight for a couple of nights you'll stay busy and have good memories. Nice people there, too.
Good quality merchandise, locally made
Very informative cool for someone who is into weaving and intricate machinery!
Fun place to visit and look at the “seconds” in the back! I always wish I had more money to spend when I go in there.
Holy Hell...rhe prices. But all made there Goos quality
Can't beat Pendleton for beautiful wool products!
Great quality items. But rude workers! Didn't even acknowledge us. Didn't ask if we needed help. Took forever to even notice I was ready to check out.
I ordered online for Pendleton. And they charged my card twice stating that one was a authorization and one was a physical. They both came out and left me in the negatives and when I called to sort it out a lady named Kate was so rude and did not want to help. They said it’ll take two days to investigate. Now I can’t even use my account during these holiday times. I will NEVER buy from them again. It’s been more of a headache than needed. They’ve made my first purchase of a Pendleton terrible and I am not even excited to receive it anymore. Do not recommmend buying online. Just go in store.
Interesting place
It was interesting to see how wool is processed and made into wool products. One of the few mills in the United States and a great tour. A nice museum of Mort Bishop's Native American collection. Great bargains on factory seconds blankets and other products. Check the website or call for tour times.
A great place to find high quality Pendleton products and barely flawed discounted and perfect discontinued merchandise with a discount! They have tours of the facility and a Heritage room to tour, when you visit. Highly recommend visiting this friendly store and community!
We took the tour of the factory, which was really interesting and informative. The store is beautiful. There's an outlet store at the back of the store where you can buy discounted blankets and clothes. My daughter and I bought matching Pendleton cowboy hats there.
We love stopping in here. Before reading on, I have to say I graded them down two full stars because their employees are so unfriendly. Not rude, just super cold and unfriendly. The store is always clean and well stocked. The quality of their mechandise is top shelf. We have three of their blankets, numerous shirts, suitcases, bags...... their goods will last a lifetime. Taking the mill tour, which I have done 6 times over the past 30-years, is a blast. It's worth a trip here, we just wish they could find a friendly face to hire.
Very clean store, friendly staff. Most inventory is extremely unique. Check out the website.
Amazing blankets and all still woven right here at this mill.
Nice place....
Fun tour and great place to get wool everything.
What some don't realize is a lot of the items sold in this store are made behind the scenes in the same building!! The yarn /thread for clothing is spun here as is the wool for items made among others. You can tour the Woolen Mills also. They make a lot of beautiful things ( not just clothing )that last a very long time!!
globally unique products. exceptional workmanship. superior customer service. every single time.
This place has top notch clothes that will last. In the back they have an outstanding selection of marked down blankets. And they have a tour of the mill!!! A must go to place if you are traveling through!!
Fun factory tour a couple of times a day. You need reservations.
They have tours that we did not have time for. A nice outlet portion of the store with a large selection of blankets seconds. A wonderful salesperson spent a lot of time helping us find rhe right one for us.
price was ridiculously high and the clothes were manufactured in China. $139 for a shirt so don't waste your gas driving there
Wonderful products. Good sale prices
Great place to see how blankets & clothes thread is made
Not much of a price cut for going straight to the source, small area with sale merchandise that's still expensive.
Awesome
Small shop. Really for Pendleton aficionados.
This was my fist time here on bike week none the less, it was great being able to appreciate the development of the surrounding towns' history and modernization, as well as have a new favorite spot to eat downtown on this side of the state.
If you're in eastern oregon, you must stop here. Not only historical, but great Pendleton product to purchase. Don't miss the mill tour.
Beautiful place to visit. Gorgeous, expensive items in the shop - sadly, most made in China or Chile. I wouldn't mind spending that kind of money if it was domestically made. Such a shame.
Pricey is a matter of perspective. Pendleton blankets and woolens are American-made, quality goods. A Pendleton blanket will last a lifetime. But, if you're looking for a good deal on a Pendleton blanket, this is the place! They offer seconds (typically minor flaws) and discontinued patterns at reduced prices, as well as first-quality current designs.
Friendly knowledgeable staff
Bought the best Marino Wool blanket, waffles wool, so soft...
