I went in on sunday to drop of a bag of mens clothes, some of which were brand new. The clerk working the donation center threw the whole bag away because there was a little water on the bag(it was raining). Seriously upset me.

This Goodwill is a welcome addition to the city of Sandy, Oregon. A trip here is quick, easy parking, across the parking lot from Wendy's and more like a department store than a thrift store. Thanks to clever planning, I can bring donations, easily dropped off at one end of the store, park and shop at the other end of the store. When I finish, my trip can be topped off with a juicy Wendy's hamburger or Frosty. Thanks Goodwill.

This store has a large number of items & they are reasonably well organized. Items are in very good shape but it is worth checking out all sides/aspects/functionality. I’ve been searching for a used microwave but haven’t found one despite the great number of crock pots, blenders, etc. I’ve been very satisfied with my clothing purchases however I STRONGLY RECOMMEND trying items on because many new items (with original tags) are there because they were mis-sized.

Prices are decent, not just used, but new stuff too. This is where I buy my work clothes. You can get a decent pair of jeans and a shirt for 15 or 20 bucks. Try doing that at any other store!!!

I love Goodwill. Everything is so expensive anymore, I like that I can find good quality products and it only costs me a little money. People might think it's redicilous that they get their products for free and then turn around and make a big profit, but they employ a lot of people. Seems fair to me.

Nice, clean, newer building but prices were way too high. My favorite was a free Harbor Freight flashlight without batteries that had a $2.99 price tag on it and a Harbor Freight used spotlight listed for above retail new price. Staff was very friendly.

Clean and very well stocked store. Clothing, cooking utensils, books, DVD's, kids clothing (some brand new). Staff knows what is available on floor and will provide courteous assistance. Recommend you visit.

The improved size has made shopping there more enjoyable.So far I'm very impressed with service and quality of items from the old location.Pricing is my only issue,Too many times you can find matching items identical in every aspect yet one will be more expensive.I bought a foot massager that they had 7 of in stock,All were from the same company,model, year and condition for $7.99 (I picked the one that had a purple tag on it since it was the Color Of The Day and 50% off) The rest had red tags

Worst Goodwill experience ever. I love the store, but my purchase was deceiving. I bought a box of football cards that had come from Target and what I thought was a new product, was ripped thru and did not have what was inside as stated on the box. I bought the box for $12.99 and was extremely disappointed with this purchase. What can I do to get my $$$$ back?

At Walmart you can buy a brand new tank top for 2.00 if not cheaper. Go to good will and see the same one for 7.00 and it's used. This store is more organized then others. Without a doubt this one of the most expensive goodwill

Prices are ridiculously far too high...I'd rather shop Target, their prices are at least reasonable for brand new...can't believe how bad GW prices have become so high...why pay $8 for a used kids shirt when Target or Walmart has for half that price? I'll never got back there again...others have said same thing...guess all those donations are making the top dogs wealthier...wow...sad that its true!

I read all the poor reviews, and I do not know about how the prices compare to other locations. I do know that this is a very expensive building that was demanded by the city codes, so I believe that the costs are being passed along to the consumer.
