Best Halloween supply store in the metro for exotic props, unique costumes, pumpkins and everything Halloween related. They also have a haunted maze/attraction that looks great. I haven't been to it yet, but it's on the to-do list for this year!

the Gardner twins are awesome

Costumes were great. Even had some classic characters like Freddy Krueger. Most latex masks ran about $50 bucks but totally worth it if you are really wanting to make your costume stand out. Staff was friendly and very helpful when looking around for costumes. I honestly think it was one of the best costume stores I been to in the city.

Weak sauce. I was expecting more. Thos is mainly a warehouse with left over 4th of July fireworks, a few aisles of Halloween costumes but nothing really spectacular. They do have some Halloween animated monsters as well as supermarket pumpkins. No lights, no real Halloween decor. Nothing you couldn't get for cheaper at Walmart or the Spiritstore.

First of all no one damaged anything in our party!!! And yes we feel discriminated. We were followed around like we were criminals. If you thought we damaged something you could have said something to us face to face. Not on the internet!! If we damaged something do you think we would ask a worker to come and show us how it worked? No!! It was damaged when we walked in the door!! The worst service EVER! Followed us around harassing my children for looking at the decorations. Got mad at my 20 month old for pressing the "try me" button on one item. We were going to buy several items but decided to just leave. I said something to the guys at the front that I didn't appreciate being harassed. They just said fine leave. Very rude!!

Spent roughly 45 mins there, the work crew watches you like a hawk. You're only allowed to try on 3 costumes after your 3rd you have to pay for each costume after. My friend and I were going to try on our 3rd costume when a lady came back to the fitting room tell us we couldn't try on the costume. My friend said let's try something else, the lady who was being very rude asked what my bestfriend just said. Implying that she was mumbled something about her. Once I said what she said louder. She asked the actual lady who had been helping us with the costumes how many we've tried on and the lady didn't remember. Then I told each costume we tried on and she told me that she wasn't talking to me. So we decided to leave. They're very rude and not respectful to customers! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I will be calling into talk to the store owner!

Ok so first we walked into the store and everything was fine. Then I noticed the staff members were just staring at us. Me and my brother were playing with a prop and then a staff member took it out of my hand and told me I couldn’t touch it if I wasn’t going to buy it! So she put it back and I went to where my mom and other family members were and another staff member was scolding my two year old brother for pressing a try me button! I seriously don’t recommend this store to anyone.

While they are definitely well stocked, they weren't very pleasant. My group was told by one employee that we could open a wig to look at it and had a different woman run up to us as if her spider senses had kicked in saying, "no no no no! You can't open that, put it down, let me have it." We decided not to make a purchase.

Very large selection and staff is great. My brother , my daughter, niece and I came into the store and was welcomed and any questions we had were answered. Even on our way out the guys gave us free little pumpkins for the girls. Will more than likely be buying our costumes again here this year.

Staff was unfriendly and kept following us around the store. Every time we pushed a try me button they said don't touch it unless you are going to buy it. I got so fed up with the disrespectful employees that I left my basket and went to Spirit. I was disappointed because we usually have a great experience at halloween warehouse!! I asked for assistance from one the workers at the front of the store. He acted like it was an inconvenience to plug in 2 clowns so we could see the different effects. The store was almost empty but somehow helping me find lights and showing us the props was too much to ask. In your response you accused us of damaging props which is a flat out lie! My children and I spend a lot of time and money to decorate each year but after this experience I would never shop here again! Learn how to treat your customers!!!!!

Less of a halloween "warehouse" and more of a halloween "costume store". Went looking for several skeletons but the options for decorations were worse than any other big box store. Tons of costumes options in small and xl sizes but that's 96% of the store.

Ridiculous place!! Charging to try on more than 3 costumes even for kids. And.... No returns no matter what. Like 2 hours in the same day for a 6 year old. I get that it's easy to get ripped off but I'm a reasonable person and they are only caring to make all the money they can and screw anyone who walks in the door! Ruined my child's Halloween and now that will ruin mine. Wow!! DONT EVER SHOP HERE!

They advertise that their prices are cheaper than other Halloween department stores, but they're actually the exact same price, if not a few dollars more expensive. For them calling themselves a "warehouse" their selection isn't very broad either. Save your gas and go to Spirit Halloween or Party Galaxy.

Found everything I was looking for! But when I went to check out the cashier a gentleman ask if I wanted to donate to the Children Hospital and I said no and he said do want to donate your change and I said no. So once he was given me my change he put it on the counter for me to pick up. Wow. My GB said it was rough. I told her you are right.
