I had the BEST experience here!!! The people were VERY nice!!! It's a Halloween store so I wouldn't expect the cleanest atmosphere BUT they actually carried plus size costumes! Spirit Halloween did NOT and in fact they didn't carry much online either! I Called HS and they were kind and helpful on the phone and when I got there! Plus they had dressing rooms and they were well organized!!! Will be coming back next year!

We drove all the way from Blanchard to get Halloween costumes and online it showed the store was open till 9:00 pm and we get there and it had a piece of paper over the normal hours saying they closed at 7:00 pm! I’m very disappointed to drive that distance and the the right hours were covered up and the store was closed

Got here at 8:25, site says they close at 9. All doors were locked? Couldn't even go in to get one thing. Guess I'll be going to Spirit tomorrow.

Don't go here unless you want to be turned away! Says they are open open until 10. Drove all the way over there to be told they close at 9! Waste of my time and gas!
