Great family party store. I mean man no body has more costumes for Halloween in town. This is where I go for everything when I throw a party at my house, church or kids school. I recommend shopping with them.

Very disappointing. I adked a sales lady to hold a costume for me on 3/9/2019 and she said that she would hold it for a week or two, i went back to pick it up on 3/12/19 and they replied that they had put it back on the shelf. Sooo if i wouldn't have came back in a few days it would have been gone. Please inform your employees that your word should mean something. Maybe next time on the costume. I ended up getting something else somewhere else, lost sale and lost a long time customer.

I like that I can find items that typically have to be mail ordered, especially standees and stage decor, but even so that selection is limited. The store has an unexplainable vibe that makes me uncomfortable, but it may just be me.

Today, July 17, 2019 was the first time going to this store. Went first to Party City because I saw their ad on tv. They told me for the things I needed, I would need to go online. I search party stores on my phone and it showed Ehrles Party Supply. They not only had everything I needed, but the store clerk (Frankie) was very helpful and showed me different areas I could shop to find the things I needed. Ehrles Party Supply will now be my #1 go to for my parties. Thank you again Frankie. Your help was greatly appreciated.

The place to start with. Whether decorating for birthdays, holidays, or just a whim, Ehrles (pronounced usually as Earls) has been my go to place. They have some of the best quality props, make up, costumes, and birthday grab bag stuff you can find locally. Their staff are knowledgeable and pretty friendly in all my dealings with them over the years. If you never been, you should drop in to see their vast assortment of interesting curiosities and such.

Awesome, one of a kind party store. Ehrle's is a great place to get your birthday party supplies and Halloween costumes. They even have wedding supplies. I have been taking my family there for over 20 years and always had great customer service. This is a family place and their selection can not be beat in Tulsa. I highly recommend shopping at Ehrle's.

My rating would be would a 1 or 2 stars. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful but my lower rating is because of products. Online they have products listed but after talking to the staff, they don't update their webpage. It was frustrating to find this out after I'd driven there. It appears they no longer sell some of the items they have on their site. Tip: call ahead if searching for certain items.

Although I have thought in the past the prices were unreasonable, they’re much better than they were before. Also, the quality of the items is much higher now. No matter what kind of event you have, Ehrle’s has it all! I needed some Mardi Gras items last year and they had everything I needed, including costumes, lights, decor, etc. it was great! The. The other day I was having a Gangster/20’s night Casino party and they had the gangster guns, wall decals, accessories, wigs, giant playing cards, slot machine wall mounts, casino streamers, cool centerpieces, and so much more to complete our event! I am not a person to leave a bad review but your customer service stinks. I just walked in at 7:08. Door was unlocked and open sign still on. I Was told we are closed you should look at the door. As I am usually no problem and go on about the evening, but as unfriendly as your staff was it made me feel very unwelcome. Im sorry I came in at closing time. But can assure you you will not get anymore of my business for my daughters. So as a business that relays on customer service you really need to learn the true meaning. Very disappointing to say the least.

My son decided at the last minute he wanted to dress up for Halloween. I picked their busiest time of the year which is my fault. Their selection is huge and have anything you could imagine. However, I called before I came asking about a specific costume. I was told yes they had it. I then asked if it was children or adult and they said they had a one size fits most for either. I drove an hour as we live an hour outside of tulsa, to come get this costume. I get there and the person who helped me said they didnt have what I came for....

We needed some costumes for a 60s themed event, but since it’s not close to Halloween they were hard to find. I was able to get costumes for myself, my husband and our toddler in February!
