I’m really not into shopping all that much so initially when I walked in I was a little spooked. I had a specific look in mind for what I wanted for an event and I didn’t find it in my size although they had tons of great pieces even in plus sizes. I ended up walking out of there with what is now my favorite dress for under $25. There were soooooo many racks I never even looked at because again I don’t like shopping and even started to feel sick looking through all of those clothes, but I definitely plan to go back. I wish they were open on Sunday’s since it is the only day I can actually go and look. They are only open during times I would be at work or in church on Saturday’s.

If you have a party or even for a photo shoot this place has all things need for any thing. All of this thing are the real costume and the price is great. Always Clean and neat. The customer service is OUTSTANDING you can tell they really enjoy there jobs. You can always get help with anything you need. The ladies there know there stuff. The dresses worn on the photos are vintage 1960's dresses. By the help of the ladies there we looked great and had a blast. Thank you.

It's a bit of an experience browsing here, but they have everything you could ever want. Good location for buying vintage pieces as well. The people are super friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended!!! Staff was very helpful to me in finding the perfect Halloween costume! I described what I was looking for and she found the perfect outfit!! I was a Victorian vampire which came with the dress, hoop skirt (to go under it), necklace, feathers (for my hair), and gloves!! Price was very reasonable and I had a week after Halloween to return the items!!!!

There is only one place in Cleveland you should go for your costume rentals that's Chelsea's! The prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing to work with. I have never left disappointed, its hours of pure fun and excitement.

Very cool store!! I went shopping for a show! When I went in the woman was lovely! She made me feel comfortable and helped me find clothes. Then I was picking clothes on my own trying them on showing her, she would give me her opinion. I was there for a while. I was tired and sick so I forgot why I had to leave but I was supposed to return, that day was so exhausting, I despise show days anyway. Lovely store very vintage very nice stuff! I don't think I took pictures if I did I will share. A mother was running it for her daughter. This is the woman I am speaking of, she represented her well and I will be returning even though I didn't buy anything that I wanted because I was supposed to return. Great customer service and fashion!

Wow! Talk about a lot of costumes! An old Warehouse converted into a two-floor costume shop. Definitely not handicapped accessible. They probably have almost anything that you want. At first, the store was intimidating. But really it's worth it because there's so many cool pieces of clothing to find there. If you're into resale shops or retro dresses or holo or need costume pieces, this is a good place to check out. The problematic thing is simply the layout/building itself.

As a new business that uses Vintage material for new products, Chelsea's was great! They have a VAST offering that would take DAYS if not weeks to get through. It can be a bit over-whelming! But it's the PLACE for vintage finds! I feel the quality is wonderful and the prices are a wide range from affordable to kind of pricey - but they KNOW their stuff and I feel the prices reflect that. The only suggestion I would have for the place is - better lighting in the isles. They have product all the way to the ceiling and it blocks the light to really see the details of the items below the top rack. But I love "the hunt" so - that just goes with the hunt too! :) The owner was great and so helpful with our new business, she gave us some materials for FREE! Yes FREE! And she was very excited about our business idea. Muffs' And Me - thanks you again!
