Their clothes are hit or miss but god forbid you need to contact their customer service! Its non existent. Even when they screw up your order they do not make up for that, its your problem and you have to go all the way to Soho to return or mail it back and then wait weeks for your refund. I ordered a Medium. I received a Large. Their customer service in Spain had an interesting explanation: since their clothes are cut in Europe, and since we are bigger in the US, the Medium i ordered - they decided to send me a Large! The Large was too big. But they wouldnt even give me 10% off my next order, which i should have gotten for signing up for their newsletters. But that code never came either. So - not worth the aggravation. Zero customer service. The quality is mediocre at best and the fit is awful. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I emailed the company superior management team, never heard back. From nobody at that company. They dont care! I would rather buy from local snd have customer service. This company is complete failure.

The store closes at at 8pm but the fitting room closes at 7:30pm. So if u walk in at 7:35 and want to try something on at 7:50, the fitting room associate will tell u the fitting room is closed. This is senseless, if I cant try on clothes l'm 50% less likely to buy from your store. Very rude sales associate at fitting room on 6/21/19 near closing. I even heard her complaining about customers who were placing clothes that couldn't try on in the incorrect place. The fitting rooms should be open to customers to try clothes on as long as the store is open. PERIOD.

I bought Shirt and guess what... on the 1st day of wearing i hooked fabric with pen and was trying to pull it to make the hooked line even. when i pulled it lil bit from 2 sides i noticed that fabric is such a thin that it is about to rip. OMG new shirt turned an old. So sad and disappointed. I expected better.

Misleading advertising of coupon code, please shop with care. I made an online purchase and entered in a coupon code that was advertised on mango's own website. The UI showed that a discount of 20% was applied (screen shot on right). However, once I made my payment I received a confirmation email with the full amount (screen shot on left). After speaking to a few representatives they told me that the coupon was not valid because it was for an item that was already on sale. If that is the case then I should have gotten an error when I tried to enter the coupon in the first place. Really misleading to show that a coupon was valid but then invoice the full amount. This is pretty much they way coupon codes work for other online retailers I have used.

Here now..the workers are rude not helpful. I wanted to exchange my items and they dont do store credit... and a 15 day money back. Workers were making fun of consumers in the fitting room, i had one lady complain to me how mean they were about her weight and race. MANGO is a great place to shop for casual/fun/business clothing for women. Price range is pretty reasonable - similar Zara's. They do have bi-annual sales (summer & winter) at ~50% off, which is a good deal! I also find MANGO to be less crowded than Zara (especially the Soho store), and it has more fitting rooms. So it's a bit easier to browse through the collection and try things on. If you are interested in checking out European style clothing, I recommend checking this place out!

I literally spent like 5min in there. There are barely any guys item in there. The entire store was full of women's clothes. They have some nice selection of women's clothing but for guys.... terrible. Last time I went they only had demin outfits for guys which was a bummer. Felt like I was shopping at Old Navy when I was at the guys section (no I do not shop at Old Navy).

Very bad experience ordering online. Recently moved and ordered sth shipped to my old address. Admitted it was my mistake though they made the changing address function hard to find. I found the address wrong immediately after 30min. The order was just generated and not shipped yet. Called customer service and wrote two emails, no response till 2 days later. They told me everything is too late and the item is shipped. (Based on the tracking number, I called carrier and they told me the package is not arrived to transition center yet) So my package is just sitting in their warehouse for two days w wrong address after I told them two days ago and they chose to do nothing. They only care about selling, not the customer service after that. Take your risk after the purchase is for sure.

I love the clothing at Mango. I got in and out in under 30 minutes. During that time I was able to try on an outfit, this was made easy by a salesperson who helped me get another size so I didn't have to leave the fitting room. In addition I returned three items I bought months earlier all still in the original package since I ordered the incorrect size. The return was effortless no questions asked, no aggravation. So I was happy to purchase a lovely top and trousers at very good prices.

Store Manager lacks people skills. Was trying a dress on and it had a hole. Asked if a brand new one could be mailed to me. They said its not available online. And they refused to give a 10% for the "last item" in store. Spoke with Mgr Nick who didn't even bother to speak and just said "no discount" and did not care about what I had to say. Which is pretty prejudicial. Well, went online got the dress and ordered it, and got a 10% discount. My conclusion is that the staff is clearly incompetent and prejudicial. This is probably the worst outlet you can shop at. The quality of the products are just outright garbage for the price. The employees are unprofessional and refunds take forever to be issued. They're based in Spain and refunds won't be issued (more than a month) until product goes back all the way to said Spain even if you return the items in the store.

I went in here because I had never heard of the shop so I was curious. I found a few things I liked and I tried them on and I was not impressed. In the dressing room I had one item that was too big and one too small. You can scan the bar code and order a different size, but I waited for about 15 minutes in my room and no one ever came. I didn't even go to try and find the items myself because I just dislike having to get undressed again. The clothes honestly weren't that nice anyway.

Companies like Mango are a good reminder of how not to conduct business. They sent me someone else’s order and appeared very casual about it, rather than expressing any apology they insisted that I immediately mail them back the order THEY messed up. Having done that and sharing the receipt there seems to be a complete radio silence from CS for over a week now. They don’t respond to emails, helpline is always DEALING with other customers. It seems like a completely incompetent company running themselves to ground. Will now pursue my bank to get charges back. Update: Nothing happened after a month and constant follow up. The dispute raised with bank forced them to do a refund.

Mango is probably among the most shadiest companies of all times, their call center only has 1-2 staff who are interesting as they: 1. Refuse to give their full name 2. Mango has got to be the worst clothing company out there. I purchased a wool coat online but sizing was completely off for an XS. I went to the Mango Soho store to return the coat. Return was easy and quick. However, I didn't see a refund in my account after 4 business days. I finally called their customer service and the guy told me there was a problem scanning at their store during my return process. I don't understand why they wouldn't let me know in advance or at least reach out to me regarding the issue. They had ME call THEM. What kind of shady company does that? I waited another 2 business days and still didn't receive a refund. I called again and said it will take another 3 business days. I called again just in case because I received no confirmation email regarding my 2nd call which they said would be sent to my email. In the end, I had to go to the store, call 3 times and wait a total of (9) business days to get a refund. Absolutely the worst retail company out there. I'm still VERY surprised Mango is still alive in Soho and as a company itself. Be aware and careful with this brand. Shady. Horrible.

One thing you'd expect from an expensive brand is a good fault-free products; if that doesn't happen you'd atleat expect a decent customer service. Our experience with Mango when visiting New York City was they failed at both! Sold a damanged product and then, we had a very bad experience with their customer service - arrogant and unfriendly managers who told us they'll get back to us in a few days. It's been 2 months and no one has contacted us!

I can understand why there's two only Mango stores in NY. Jessie or Jenny not sure who the manager was but she basically told me I couldn't return a GIFT even though I had the original receipt & price tag & item was unworn. It's cool I guess..
