Today I had the worst experience at this store.!!! Everything is suppose to be $10 I went in with the intention of spending $10 the cashier came around telling us that if we download the app we can get a $5 discount (who doesn't like a discount)? I downloaded the app went to cash out she asked me if o had the $5 coupon, she viewed it on my phone, she rings up my item and then tells me it's $10, I said 'you didn't enter my coupon? ' she says 'Ooh I forgot, why don't you get something else and I will use the coupon so you can get the discount and only pay $10 total for both items?' I'm like you mean 15 for both items she say no 10 i said it can't be 10 because you are charging fill price for 1 and discounting the other for 5 so that's $15. I told her I only wanted 1 item and that's what I came to get so I would like my $5 change back.. She went to get the manager who was out, then another girl came to tell me that I could return the item another time or wait for the manager yo come back from God knows where!! Then thru made it look as if I was inconveniencing them for my $5 can u imagine the attitude from these 'girls' in this store? No customer service whatsoever, they were so rude and disrespectful I cannot begin to tell you.... Someone needs to give them some serious training on how to properly handle their customers, I didn't go in there asking for a discount, you were then one that offered it to me so why be rude and disrespectful to me when u made the mistake!!!! A friend recommended this store to me but so will never spend a dollar their again!!! Talking about what is $5!!!! How rude are you!!! P.s - the manager came and refunded my $5 after 20 minutes!!!!

Where do I begging.... 1 - The music is too loud. Very unpleasant shopping experience. 2- stop hiring these un experienced kids. I was charged $10 for an item that should have been $3. When i realized what happened and try to return it they did not allow the return. Honestly not caring about me the customer. I just left the item at the store. I will never shop this location ever again

Similar to another review, the customer service here is astoundingly the worst. If you're in a rush and can't read my whole review the overview is an employee got mad at me for returning something and fat shamed me... I wear a size 4/6 usually and am in recovery from an eating disorder. This "employee" almost caused a self harm relapse because of a gross thing she said. When I came in on the weekend everyone was so nice and I felt great about buying from them. However, I had to go to return what I bought today because it didn't fit (side note: I advise sizing up here) and they no longer had the items and store credit was fine with me of course. My tags had fallen off but were in the bag with the receipt, and it's an easy clasp on them so all you have to do is reloop it through the tag and snap it, takes about 20 seconds. This is why the woman wouldn't let me return the items though. The tags had to be on the , so I offered to just put the clasp and snap it on there but she said she wouldn't take the items still? At this point I'm mostly confused, as a customer service employee if its an easy return yay and if not you have to work a little bit but thats okay!! After all, it is your job. So I keep talking, trying to figure out why she wouldn't take them back now, even with the tags, and she flat out blames me for buying the wrong size, saying I should know my body type better and implied I should lose weight so I could wear the item instead of bothering her with the return. (I wear a small/medium but bought a large on a previous employees advice, because I have thicker thighs.) I've had an eating disorder, and am a healthy weight finally so maybe I'm over sensitive but how and what she said really hurt me almost to the point of relapse. I think its really disgusting these people exist and more so that they're employed at a company that seems to celebrate the female body. Also if anyone wants a small top with medium pant in nyc I can give you these brand new, with tags, matching set from here.

I thought I lost my phone in the store around closing time yesterday and a really nice worker named Jessica let me use her phone for Find my Iphone and for calling it repeatedly to hear for vibration. She and the other staff members were SO kind and helpful. I know that this isn’t shopping related but if they were so helpful in finding my phone then I’m sure they are also great st helping you find a shirt or what have you. Thanks again Jessica and other staff members that were there closing on Sunday July 14th! Hope they get a raise
