I was standing by the door for 10 min, they sow me but didn't even bother to open the door. If the owner was busy with other customers at least he could of open the door and say something or ask me to wait.

I went today with my daughter and all I can say yessss she found her dress in less than half hour.. The owner is super friendly and very helpful....so looking forward to her prom day. BTW the dresses there are all beautiful . I already recommended the store to other moms .

I'm honestly angry with the owner of the store. I recently brought a prom dress because after trying on the dress the owner kept forcing me to buy the dress. later I went home tried on the dress again and it didn't fit the same way. So I set out to find another dress and I did. I called and asked the store do they give refunds and they said no but they didn't say this before I brought it .Now I will not be attending my senior prom on May 30th 2017 because I have no money to buy a dress. PLEASE DONT BUY A DRESS FROM HERE EVER BAD SERvICE❗️

I shopped a full day in NY the day before I found the Love to Dress store. I was defeated. I went online and searched for formal dress shops in NY and this store came up. I read other people’s reviews and figured, might as well give them a shot. I’m so happy I did!! I walked in, the gentleman asked me what I was looking for. I told him a formal long red dress. I had already picked one that was on display and asked him if he had it in my size. He immediately looked at me, obviously questioning my size I gave him, he measured me and said, “No, you want this size.” He gets me the dress, i tried it on, of course he helped with the zipper, and BOOM! Found the dress I wanted! Most seamless purchase I ever made and am so excited especially after wasting a day the day before looking. I highly recommend going to “Love to Dress” first before wasting your time anywhere else!.

Perfect! While visiting NYC me and my daughter spent the entire day before looking elsewhere not finding the a dress and then the next morning we walked into Love the Dress Inc and found the dress that my daughter had her heart set on for over a year but couldn't find anywhere locally nor online in our budget! The owner sized her and had her try it on and we were out the door within 20 mins with a very happy girl for her senior prom carrying her dream dress! I have another daughter that will be going to prom in 4 years and I will buy her dress here also even if I have to online! Thank you!

My daughter bought he HS Senior prom dress here and was thrilled- both with the buying experience and the compliments at the Prom. Markou was terrific in listening and setting her up with the perfect dress for what she was looking for - and the fit was fantastic. The price was very good also - compared to some of the others shops in the vicinity. I definitely recommend Love to Dress for variety, service, and price.

I went to buy my prom dress yesterday and it was a success. The place is nice with an abundant variety of beautiful dresses. The owner is extremely helpful; he will help you look for your ideal dress, help you with the dress and give you advice. The prices are just since the dresses are of fine quality and exclusive design. Great experience! Found my perfect dress in just two tries and it fit perfectly unlike the other stores I had visited.

I visited Love To Dress about one or two weeks ago and this review is way overdue. I was initially terrified of going to look for a dress for my senior prom because I was convinced I wouldn’t find anything that looked nice on me, so imagine my surprise when the owner of the store, Markou, showed me the perfect dress on the first try. Not only did I love how it looks but it looks amazing on me. I cried tears of joy when I looked in the mirror and I am forever grateful for Love to Dress.

I ordered a dress in this store and was told I would have it in 2 weeks. I explained how I would need it by the two week mark as it was for a special event. When I went back to pick it up they did not have the dress. They told me they will not refund me because I used a debit card even though they could not provide me with the dress I bought. In the last two months I have called numerous times and being told only the owner can help refund my money yet the owner never calls me back. I visited the store and the employee told me again the owner would contact me. They are thieves and have very bad business practices. Although they sell nice dresses I will never shop here again as they still have my $200 and I still have no dress. Very unprofessional and disgusting that they are so petty to keep $200 and know they did not provide me with anything.
