Returned purse the same day I received it. Was told 7-10 days for refund, it has been over 15 days, with multiple emails to the company, with no response. It seems that this is their normal, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will report them to BBB, shady company, I've NEVER had any retailer take this long for a freagin REFUND. Stay away!!! I ahd to give one star, but should negative 00.

Awful, be careful - i ordered 2 gowns from this company which i returned the same day i received. I noticed a month later they never credited me. I emailed the company and they said they would take care of it right away. To make a long story short i had to open up a dispute with Amex and they have not been responsive. Sounds like they are trying to keep 1500 of my money. Idiots. Will never be doing business with them again. I would encourage people to proceed with caution - crooks.

Interesting mix of items. Not too hip for uptown but then what is? I liked a few things and even bought a dress. Be prepared, this is not for the inexpensive shopper. I also like Kirna Zabete in Soho and Pilgrim on the Lower East Side. Both complete my downtown and uptown girl vibes. The sales staff was very helpful and it was a good experience, but I found the selection missing a few things. Maybe they like to keep it very well edited. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

I would give zero stars if possible. Sales assistant couldn't care less. I also shopped online for a pair of '18k gold earrings' but when they got here ( not to mention it took forever for them to ship) it says 925 silver. Not very fond of false advertising. Anyways good taste doesn't help if service is this bad.
