Absolutely love this Japanese brand! Simple, basic clothes but in a unique way. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean store and good fitting area. No 'large' sizes (go up to 10 I think)

Went in the last 20 mins before closing on a Monday night and the staff working there that evening were helpful and friendly. It was my first time there and I felt overwhelmed by how much stuff was in the store. Within minutes a lady came over to help me while browsing, I told her I wanted to get two pairs of fitting jeans and didn't know my size, but she and a colleague were able to figure it out quickly. I tried on about a dozen pairs and ended up purchasing two. Sure, products can be expensive but wow great customer service despite the time crunch. At the checkout, another staff member came over to help pack up things while one lady was checking out to speed up everything. What a nice bit of teamwork =)

Every time I come to this store, someone swoops down on me and takes all of the dresses I want to try/buy from my hands. When I want to buy the item or think about it, I cant walk around the sales floor with it, they take it immediately and put it on the sales counter. When I returned an item and the tag on the dress was bent, the sales associate told me that they were going to make a "note on my account" so such "incidents" dont happen again. I saw a woman with a baby whose bag went off and not one but 4 sales associates and a security guard converged on her. This store can be a little intense...

Huge with beautiful fashion. Be aware they only do store credit returns, I am pretty sure, but so do other brands too. I love their fashion and get lots of compliments. Look out for sales!

these people are seriously the nicest people ive ever encountered in retail. i grew out of all my jeans so i had to get more. i literally tried on more then 15 pairs of jeans. people brought me shirts to try on with the jeans, and generally just hyped me up :) the best people!!

Pretty impressive store with a great selection of clothes. They are pricey but the price seems validated when you see and feel the quality of the clothes. Staff is friendly and there’s a great sit down area upstairs near the dressing rooms to hang out while friends try stuff on. I believe there was also a coffee bar as well. Music was great, staff was friendly and helpful, and the store is pretty easy to get to right in the heart of Soho on Broadway.

Flattering styles somewhere between corporate wild-child and professional spiritualist. I'm tempted to ask the staff if they know what a drum circle is, or if they've seen the northern lights... I did happen to get a sneak peek of the new area of the their store though; grand escalators, and more floor space! Also, the sculptures and graphics in the store are amazing. The people creating the look of the store must be genius'...

The coat I got last week made with weird stuff. It just kept push my sweater or t shirt up. I asked for exchange. They said no store credit and no exchange some one. Only can spend same amount in different item. Wow I think something there need to recall. The Chinese girl there who worked in Broadway had really bad customer service.

I was on a hunt for a winter coat last year and as we walked down the street their store windows were so captivating and they had the perfect coat in the window. My husband and I looked at each other as we walked by it and immediately turned around. I tried it on and bought in with in 5 minutes and could have spent a lot more time shopping! I have it on my list for this year's trip.

This is my favorite clothing shop and it has a great selection as it is 2 stories! It also has a lot of seating areas in case you or your fellow shoppers need a break. What’s great about this location is that you could find a cafe on the 2nd floor which serves delicious coffees for free and they even have milk substitutes like almond milk and oat milk! Definitely creates a great shopping ambiance!

The window display is what got me inside to purchase a few things. The staff was super chill but very friendly. No one was following you around asking if you needed help a million times, but when I did actually need help they assisted in a laid back, authentic kind of way. I loved it... verses the hyperactive, fake sales people you usually get. At the register I also noticed they all meshed well working together. (I use to be a manager so I'm a little too observative in retail lol). Definitely will be back :)
