First off, today was the second time in a row that I've had a negative experience at this location. A few days ago, I went in and asked if they had more "street style or urben" clothing that I needed for a photo shoot. A female working there was rude and acted like she was too good to even answer my question and then turned around and started talking bad about my cousin and i. Also, an employee (who was nice) told me I could return something I had exchanged if it didn't work out for me for a full refund. I took the exchange in to be returned and they told me they could only give me store credit. I didn't need store credit I needed the money so I could take my business else where. They gave me store credit anyways and then talked bad about me on my way out of the store. I'm so upset because the customer service was trash. the employees don't know the return policies and just tell you whatever and then switch it up later. They are always standing around gossiping infront of customers and they are always stuck up and rude. I'm over how awful these people treat everyone.

This store was horrible. It was a complete mess inside the store and upon being ready to check out, I stood there and watched as 3 of the employees ignored me so they could stand there and talk. None of them acted polite and friendly like usually other clothing stores I go to. They acted like they couldn't be bothered helping a customer and went back to talking once they finished ringing me out. Never shopping at that particular store again.

I'm never shopping at forever 21 ever again. I bought a pair of LARGE yoga pants. I'm usually a size medium, size 4 waist, I like to buy one size up for comfort. I go home, try them on and it doesn't go over my hips. Okay. I go back to get an xl. Doesn't fit. I tried a 2x on. $2 more. ***Puts everything back and leaves the store.*** Truly disgusted.

Forever 21 has a really good section of clothes and accessories. Forever 21 is a trendy store that is a perfect place for teenagers and young adults can go and shop at a reasonable price with many options. The store has beautiful displays and is very eye catching when you walk through the mall it looks very inviting.

This is THE BEST forever 21 in Oklahoma. They carry kids sizes, plus sizes, lingerie, and men's sizes. It's like 6 stores in one. I love it here.

Threatened by a past employee, she threatened not just me but my mother, husband and my dead father! I reached out to HR where Kathy Harris did not care that someone's family was I'm danger. This is how this company works, no cares complete bullying and honestly the worst retail establishment I've ever come in contact. Jocelyn Padilla the manager would degrade employees on the the sales floor, spend her day on snapchat like a teenager and then you have Julyette Pope her assistant manager, amazing her side kick or bff for 4 years. When they continued to perform policy breaks that were turned into the DM Craig Williams, it was completely ignored. This company has a lawsuit waiting for them and honestly the names and the abuse I keep receiving; it just might happen. I have one suggestion...get a mirror and look into it because you'll see the biggest bigot and disrespectful person ever. YOU are responsible for your employees and these are direct reflections of an establishment that holds NO integrity, NO dignity, and honestly NO need to exist! If you can not take care of your people, internal and external you have no idea of business. I will out your company and all these people, because that is the right thing to do, but you as forever 21 wouldn't know that ideal.

Honestly, I was the most disappointed in Forever 21’s plus size section. For one it was tucked away in the very back of the second floor like they were trying to hide it. Not one member of staff asked me if I needed help while in this section. Secondly, it wasn’t organized in any manner and the few sizes they had were things that most plus size girls don’t feel comfortable in or can’t wear professionally. Like they do a great job with the rest of their merchandise being very style inclusive, not with their plus size....

This is absolutely HORRID. My daughters left this place in TEARS earlier this week! Your employees are obnoxious and rude, and your sizing is way off. My daughters said that the larges in here fit like an extra small! What in the world! Also I don’t appreciate how your manager treated my daughters! She was very very mean and hateful to them for absolutely no reason when they were trying on clothes in separate fitting rooms, but if they’d walk out to show each other the clothes the manager would get mad? What kind of stupidity is that?! It shouldn’t be illegal to walk out of your fitting room to show someone your clothes you’re trying on! This place is a disgrace and a joke and I hope it fails. Or gets entirely new staff. Never ever EVER giving this place a dime of my money again and my daughters will never be coming back to such a hateful place.

I used to love this store until recently. I cant ever find any clothes in a style that I can wear anymore. Their Vnecks and tank tops used to be my favorite but they seem to have gone down in quality over the last few years. They dont carry bras or bralettes in my size. Their shoes are not quality. I hope they return to what they used to be, I miss their old inventory.
