I had a very good experience with these people , there clothes are beautiful and the prices are so very reasonable and you get all the designer outfit under one roof. Excellent customer service for the people who are doing online shopping . My recommendations to everyone looking for decent ,beautiful and reasonable designer clothes.

Decent store with good selection. Expensive but that is expected as it's imported clothing. It is not a Junaid Jamshed store. They carry Junaid Jamshed merchandise among many other brands.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to find out what time they close and the guy on the phone said 8 or 8:30. I said I am coming from far so can you confirm what time you guys close since we will be getting there after 8 so he says ok I will confirm in one minute and puts me on hold. That was the longest one minute because it felt like he forgot I was on hold and eventually disconnected the call. I called back and told him that I was on hold and the call was disconnected to which he says he had a customer so I said so you’re just going to hang up like that? I am a customer too! I told him I will be leaving a bad review and his reply was it doesn’t matter to them. I couldn’t believe he said that. Never ever I am giving them my hard earned money. They Need to work on customer service and hire professional people. I would rather get my clothes from Pakistan and spend money there rather than Salai.

The store is decorated beautifully...as soon as you walk in the aura feels pleasant and the positive vibes can't be missed. I have been to the store 3 times and have always walked out with bags of clothes (the lawn material is super soft and I am crazy about the different styles of pants offered at reasonable prices)...last but not the least Naqash has been an asset to their business, his professionalism is uncanny!

I don't want to sound so harsh but I didn't feel like I was at a Junaid Jamshed store, because I have to many in Pakistan and boy there is a huge difference. First off, there were hardly any JJ pieces, second off, I saw a lot of simple cotton and lawn suites that you would stitch at home, third off, the party dresses were way outdated in style. Over all, the clothes aren't up to date with the current pakistani trends because I guess it is tending to a majority of indian customers.

Junaid Jamshed has a wonderful reputation in both men and women apparels, however, the level of quality you will find in the New York location is completely unacceptable. The quality of stitching and the quality of material are like those of clearance sales in retail stores. I'm no clothing expert however I do know quality when I see it. Another thing that really shocked me was the fraudulent activity of the managers. They took my card at the register and never gave it back to me when I left. I came back 5 min later and they would argue that it's not my card. To not give my card back at the moment of purchase and when I came back to retrieve it is when you know this place is up to no good. I'm writing this review so people know what they are getting themselves into. Anyhow, in the end, I'd rather go to Pakistan and purchase from the AUTHENTIC JJ retailers instead. Period.

I love Sana Safinaz' lawn collection but I was disappointed with my purchase.The outfit did not accurately match the model as displayed on the website. The displayed piece looked more formal and had a modern cut out style. The product I received had no cut out on the arm but instead a boat neck. Also, the pants received were straight and the ones online showed a more bell bottom pallazzo look. The outfit is also more pricey for what the material is. The quality of the material is definitely good and the design was pretty but otherwise, it was not impressive. Be careful what you order!

Amazing experience! So many outfit for men's fashion as well as beautiful prints and designers for women's shalwar kameez and suits. The staff were all very helpful and quick to bring sizes and show us different vests, shalwar kameez, and even shoes for an engagement ceremony that we were looking to purchase.
