I contacted Party Fair because I needed some extra large, round white balloons for the entrance of our wedding venue so that guests wouldn't miss it. The staff at Party Fair was so helpful - they communicated all of the options, and even delivered and set the balloons up the day of our wedding - I didn't even know they were there! Highly recommend working with Party Fair in Chester.

We had to throw together a very last minute gender reveal so we stopped at this party store for balloons. My husband specifically said we did not want a balloon arrangement. When we opened our gender reveal box, out came a balloon arrangement. Very disappointing, especially for the cost. Spoke to the owner about it and he basically said this is something we should have given a few days notice for and that he told his employee to make an arrangement. Will not be recommending this place.

Good selection. Horrible service all around. I normally don't write bad reviews however when you have a bad experience on multiple visits I believe it is justified. I wont bother with details however I will say don't expect much assistance from the store manager. Sad as they do have a great selection as mentioned above.

Good selection of Half priced greeting cards. This store has everything you need to throw a kids party and seasonal events. They have extensive Halloween Costumes and stuff for children and adults. Nice employees.
