Walked into this place to do some serious present shopping for my friends. This is by far not the type of place I would shop at for myself everything in this place is cheaply made just too cheap for me as far as thin fabrics. It is more of a novelty and I have grown tired of these cheap stores on West 125th Street. I would have bought out the whole store and had something nice to comment about but instead of the staff coming up to us to greet nicely and politely and ask if we needed any help. The staff began circling around us hiding in spots like animals acting as if we were trying to steal at this point I noticed it and it made me very angry and we walked out never to return to this sub-human place where they cannot even greet customers nicely and ask "may I help you" The staff are rude, paranoid honestly I don't know how people so unprofessional obtained a lease to open this store. But I tell you if you keep treating people in this manner you will be out faster than you think lease or no lease. You absolutely can not treat people in this manner then expect they are going to spend money on your cheap garb. Better check yourself and present a nice new attitude and demeanor before the neighborhood runs you out!

I really like the clothes here. It's not much different from Bolton's (different store of the same location) and the price is still affordable.

Bolton's on 125th St Harlem is No Longer at that location. Before I traveled there, I checked on google for the hours of operation. I get to the store and the BOLTON's sign is not anywhere on the building but the sign on the glass door still remains. The store is empty of merchandise and there are construction workers all around moving in & out the store remodeling for whatever vendor will be there next. Neither is there any notice if or when Bolton's will be returning to that location. And my only reason for going to the Harlem store was because it is closer to my home and I had made a purchase at the Grand Central location on 42nd St the day before where the sales associate left a security alarm sensor tag on the outfit I bought. Yes the outfit was equipped with 2 alarm tags & she only removed 1. Mistakes Happen! Nobody's Perfect

nice clothes cheap prices but the store has a really bad smell and they dont have enough cashiers every time i go i be on line for like a half an hour and the line dont be that long sheesh

I was in your on 125th Street and the manager Mohammed or Moe was at the register serving a someone after her finished he walked off the register to go help a customer on the floor while leaving customers that were on line to wait til he was done then gets an attitude as well as being very nasty with me. I asked was there anyone on the floor he stated look so u want these items or not I don’t have time for your nonsense. WOW really I then proceeded to purchase my items he snatched my money placed my change and receipt on the counter. He needs to be reprimanded for his actions and also needs a class dealing with the public (customer service) he stated that he was the manager but his manager skills suck badly. I would like a formal apology from him not you or this matter will be taken else where. I have witnesses as well as names of other people. Thank you
